Really, the title says it all. Fish Tycoon is genius. I waited years for a sequel but it looks like they dont want to mess with perfection. Have played this game on & off for longer than any other computer game I've ever had. Even bought it on my phone.
I am gushing over this game. I knew within probably 10 minutes or less that I'd be buying it. I've been telling everybody that i know who plays pc/mac games to go and try this out. It is NOT a mass-produced thoughtless, mindless, hastily put together game like everything else out there. Nuff said.
Great piece of work & I cant wait to try whatever else is related to this. I hear there are sequels - I HOPE there are sequels!
I HAVE HAD IT UP TO HERE. I am sick & tired of these short 2 or 3, 4 or 5 hour games. This has not much to do with Big Fish as it does with the people making the games (unless of course its a BFG original that is short) because when I look at other game sites I see the 14, 16, 20 hour length pc & mac games that I desire. I am at this point, I'm not even annoyed anymore I am somewhere between having given up completely & enraged. TOO. SHORT. Not ok.

This game is epically awful. I cannot recommend it. I am being honest & truthful. Storyline, upgrades, gameplay, etc. all not good. Played this for around 40 - 45 minutes & I just had to stop.
I should mention am normally a fan of this type of game. I play strategy & time management, primarily. Just to give some background. TV Farm felt like it was made by amateurs. I dont mean to be rude.
This is nearly embarassing to admit LOL but I loved Royal Envoy 2 so much that I played through the whole standard game TWICE ~ well....the first time I only got about 98-99% of all of the achievements. Oh, and by the way, in THIS game, 98% of achievements means probably an actual 98 achievements. THATS how filled to the brim this game is. Its all I have wanted for the past 2 years or more. Seriously - if even 5% of the games I've played this year had this much playtime & content, I'd be a much less sour gamer.

The title sums it up. Finally, a game that you can play for longer than 3 days!! OMG! I am so grateful. (and sad to say I've experienced games the past year or two that lasted even less than that long!)
Royal Envoy 2 is just great.
I recommend this game!

I came back for a few reasons. One, like another reviewer said, was to see if there has ever been a sequel made. I'd be quite disappointed if that never happens. Another reason I came back after at least...i'd say close to 2 years from when I played is this: I read a review on one site - I thought it was Big Fish but apparently not, because that review is not here! Thank Goodness. And the person gave the game a poor rating for one of the worst reasons I've ever seen a game get a bad rating! LOL!!! She said that ECC had "hateful characters". SMH...... I dunno. So everytime I'd see this game in the list of all games, I'd think of that & also wonder about the sequel. Note: this game does not have hateful characters. Jeesh. What it Does have is something so good that its got me coming back to check for a sequel 2 years (I think) after I played it!

1st - i've ot a broken keyboard - I really like t is game a lot - it may have an issue or two but nothing too annoying. I've had it or a while - over a year? - and i still come bac to replay every few months because its really quite a satisfying play. it does have another mode after you finish the game, so its not terrib y short but each time i play i catch myse f wishing there had been another 10 levels or so. That would've made the game awesome...there is a voiceover actor in some brie parts who has a voice only a mother could love but again, i en oyed the overall game so much it didnt matter. I would almost de initely play a sequel - the producers of t is desperately need an English translator - does not inter ere with the game though.

This is normally exactly the type of game that I play & I love them all but was sorely disappointed with Jack of All Tribes. I thought I liked, it & bought the full version after a 1 hour demo then just minutes later, the game came to an end. I was nearly irate. I dont appreciate these game companies churning out generic game after game after game (almost all of which are hidden object!) rather than a smaller # of Good Quality games with decent length. As for the tiny bit of gameplay that there was it had a mix between good & frustrating
