I had been looking for this game for awhile. I came to BigFish in the past & I searched for, I think the name "Family Feud" or else the search I did was for the 2nd half of the title. Nothing came up. I happened to try again today & nada so I went & did a web seach. Well, guess what the 4th result down was? Big Fish! So they DO have it.
IDK why it is so hard to find, but this has been happening to me a lot lately here. The game is fuuuuun. Love it. Basically, you just play Family Feud as always & then with the money you win, you do some house decorating.

I had bought this game in 2008 and its now 2014. I was looking for a new similar game here on BFG & came across Forgotten Lands 1st Colony & realized that I have not installed it on my current computer. So as I went to re-download the game, I wanted to leave a review to mention how replayable this is.
I believe that just about every year for 6 years now, I've picked the game up & played through it fully. It gets you hooked & in a good, non-frustrating way. Wish there were more like this. Its very relaxing & satisfying to play.
Oh, how I wanted to like this game. I desperately wanted to find a casino building/management game for PC & Mac. I tried this out with high expectations. Turns out, I wouldve been disappointed had I had low expectations. 1. Dragging the customers around, specifically to the cashier, was very user-unfriendly & did not work about 75% of the time. 2. The sounds & graphics are poor. About a 4/10 3. No real goals & no interesting incentives or reason to play 4. Lacking in purchasable upgrades 5. Not much variety in anything
This game is so bad. And as I mentioned, I'm sorely disappointed. As everyone in the Big Fish forum for the game has been posting, we all wanted a game like this for a long time but Casino Chaos does NOT do the job & thats such a shame. Many of us would give anything for it to have been just mediocre.

Recently I've been perusing thru BFG for games that are sold here but dont get the advertising or publicity & that are super-hard to find here. Doing this, I"ve come across at least 5 games in the past 6 weeks that are just amazing & certainly far, far, far, (I could go on) better than the ones that DO get all of the fanfare here! I've even gone as far searching other sites for good games, then coming back here to see if those games are offered, since I'd rather buy them from Big Fish. Well I found this & its awesome!! I was already having a great time building my park & then voila! A new one opens up. I was pleasantly surprised.
how about ONE SINGLE instruction? So I thought, ok. It must be intuitive. I'll figure it out, I'm a big girl. I tried fooling around & aimlessly clicking on places throughout the game screen and occasionally some sort of action would take place. But that was totally not logical nor was anything explained, except for one time after clicking something.
I went & replayed the first 3 levels a few times hoping to give this game a chance. I am an experienced gamer. And by "game", I dont mean staring at a screen looking for hiding images. I can tell you that Island Realms will stand out for awhile as being the game with the least instructions & least reason to be played.
Give me some incentive! Attract me with something! Make me WANT to play. Dont turn me off within the first 3 minutes.
All that said, I did stick with the game for awhile & kept trying but ...no. Bad. Bad game! Sit. Stay! Roll over.
I don't recommend this game.

Why are these game developers pushing out games en masse with no regard for quality over quantity?
Don't treat your customers like fools, assuming we will go for anything. This game is not well done...at least its not a 2 hour game crammed with HOG scenes. Actually I cant say its not. I only lasted 40 painful minutes into this.
What do the peasants do? What do the archers do? Why is this or that action not available while others are? Why is the game not providing us with that info? Where are the settings for sound & screen size? Where are the quality assurance people at Big Fish? Does this game mean that I could set our kitten on the computer & have him churn out a game that may be sold online to unsuspecting players? I'd suggest, if youre looking for what this game purported to be that you check out some of the long, long more professional games that may not be found round these parts.

I just played about 40 minutes of the demo and I loved every minute. All the usual things from Monument Builders games. There are some additions - I don't recall other ones having shops, for instance.
If you liked the others in the series, this is at least as good as them. It may even be better. Give it a try.

I want to start by saying that the game from which the ideas for Battle Ranch are so obviously swiped is & long has been one of my absolute (maybe my #1?) favorite games for PC/Mac. See my reviews on it. So that being said, PvZ is everything that this poor knockoff is not. I played Battle Ranch for as long as I could stand & was left rather confused & annoyed. No instructions - not just none, but none in a game sorely needing them. Poor graphics, unpleasing to the eye, no motivation given... If youre going to strongly emulate the best of the best you better at least do a half decent job of it. On the other hand, there was so much of this that I didn't even KIND OF get that who knows? Maybe its better than it seems. If there's some way they can go back & add a tutorial-but idoubt that bec. I suspect the game just isn't well enough put together to even explain. I guess I'm just irked that they had the GALL to steal ideas from a game so perfect that 3 generations of my family play & then to execute these ideas so poorly & that there seems to be a lot to this game that I just cant even tolerate my way to. I'm not saying every game needs to be 100% original. But this? This is a bit much & not even well done!
I had the best time playing this. I don't know what I can say that hasn't been said already, just wanted to add my voice to those who recommend Jet Set Go.
I can see myself playing it again soon. It has a lot of different types of challenges or gameplay types in it. For those who dislike timers, this will make you happy. (I prefer timers, but even still enjoyed this game.)
If it had the ability to get gold stars/expert on levels I'd be super psyched.
I don't know how many of you are intel Pentium processors or omniscient beings, but for anyone who is NOT one of those things, I'd say its pretty much impossible to begin a game & remember like 5 (and then more!) different recipes all while making them in a time constrained setting with no visual aide to look at & not really any room for error.
Sure, there's the recipe book. But guess what? You have to stop what youre doing to open it & look at the recipes and the time does NOT pause while youre doing that! What?! Are you kidding me? How?! Absolutely not.
I literally couldn't complete the first 3 levels. I even went as far as taking my phone - since it was already next to me) & jotting down the first 4 recipes that came up in the levels that I played to use as a guide.
That's not a very practical thing to do & even then I could not succeed. Not going to give a game a bad rating because I stink at it, but I Can say that I generally am very good at TM & the fact that I cant get 3 levels into this game without multiple repetitions of levels 1, 2 and 3 says something about its design. I thought about it & realized that in all of the dozens & dozens of TM games I've ever played, this had only happened to me once before & guess what game that was the prequel to....?!
How...?? Did anyone at all play this game? I literally don't understand.
