Sorry I hated this one and I have the first 4 and loved them. The flashing lights of the warning system was too much for me. I could not see where I was supposed to go or do. Gave up after first episode.
Well I almost did not give this even a cursory glance however I read the reviews and thought I would try it. I was not disappointed. Ok, the drawings are childlike and the story line is definitely sick but if you can get past that it is well worth it. I have played bad and neutral outcomes and attempted good outcome. It is odd how hard the latter is. My overall comment is just give it a try it is really addictive.
I love Rescue Team but this one in the series was not as good as the one before. The dog bit was ok but you cannot pre-ordain tasks if there is no free worker. This is beyond annoying and wastes significant time which as all Rescue Team players know is NEVER generous when completing any level even the earlier ones. I didn't finish the demo. Not a buy for me.
I haven't reviewed in a while but had to have a say on this one. I loathe fairy tale games with little helpers, witches and unrealistic demons. What I do like is a psychological thriller or a whodunit. This one fits the bill on the first front.I have so far only played the demo but I was literally on the edge of my seat. It reminds me of those few games that I still have on the Asylum theme and Abducted which was another I thoroughly enjoyed if that is the right word. I for one did not find the puzzles as easy as others and if I had a criticism I thought the graphics were a little grainy on some HOS scenes. The storyline I thought was excellent. It's a buy for me I just hope the story continues as well as it started.Well Fishies you will either love it or hate it!

This is Elephant Games back to its great origins. Wonderful story line. Great VO's and graphics. Others have given more detailed reviews so will not go there. Bought the game as soon as the demo finished. My only criticism was that the game was very short even with the bonus content. I finished it within a couple of hours. Elephant is well known for giving value with long games which take a few days to complete. This I finished before lunch yesterday. Having said that even knowing that it would still have been a buy for me!!
This is not a CE but nonetheless it is one of the best games I have played this year. The graphics are excellent and the story line intriguing. Save to say I have been playing this game when I should have been doing other things but it is so addictive. I have just finished Dire Grove and while it was very good , this one which I got for $3.99 was just as good if not better. The hint button is excellent. There are no glitches. The people are computerized figures and move fluidly. The colours and graphics are excellent and the locations are inventive and original. I really recommend everyone to give this one a try.
EPix has done it again. This developer never get complaisant with their games. Each one is as good or better than the last and this is no exception. Based on completed game including extra game play I would rate this as my most favourite game this year. Excellent graphics and well represented figures who move naturally instead of so many others like matchstick men. The cut scenes were excellent and the Hidden object scenes had plenty of variety in them. The puzzles were all well thought out and often quite original. The hint button also gave accurate information. I consider it well worth the CE price containing morphing objects and collectibles for those fishies that like that sort of thing. Thank you for this one Big Fish
I really liked it. Creepy and interesting storyline. Trouble is that I could not hear the people talking, the reason I only gave two points for that. I liked the puzzles and the suspense but again the story was not complete. On both the original game and bonus chapter I was left wondering what on earth had happened. There seemed to be no proper explanation or conclusion.. However I am glad I purchased for all that. There have been for me some diabolical games out there but I am clearly alone in this opinion as so many of the games I don't rate as good, gamers seem to enjoy eg the latest Dark Parables which I thought was awful.Still as they say one man's meat...

Ok not a great lover of fairy tale games. I did buy The Frog Prince from Blue Tea which I thought was excellent. Recently have bought none of them because frankly they are not up to the first ones that came out. The graphics in this one were grainy. When I read the review about the scenes being too busy I really thought that was a poor criticism but sorry I agree. They were so busy you could not see what you were doing or where you were going. This will be a winner because so many gamers love fairy tales whatever the story line or presentation. Me I have not even bothered to finish the demo I am so bored.
Your librarian friend wants your help as a journalist – he’s found an ancient book that is still unfinished. Can you save the world in the book before their story ends?
Fabulous graphics. A fairy story complete with Alice in Wonderland style rabbit wanting your help. An imprisoned king and an evil mage. Your job is to find the enchanted crown and save the kingdom. Well yes a little hackneyed to be sure but having said that this is delightfully produced and the story is beautifully told and executed. This review is only based on the demo but it is a definite buy for me. I won't go into the details of game mode etc others are more interested in doing that but I must say this is a definite try and gives the gamer a new fairy story world without the painful cutsey animals.
