After purchasing the series of "Art by Numbers," this Paint by Numbers was a real disappointment. The lines between numbers, which are difficult to see, are thick and interfere with the pictures. There is such a difference between this series and the Art by Numbers, that I am sorry I purchased them.
I thought I'd play the trial first, but right off the bat, I find the game uninteresting. I don't care for the "astral realm" and trying to find Richard's path to saving his soul. I have always enjoyed the games following the Gray family, but not this one.
I was very happy to find this HO game. Great storyline that actually flowed and made sense; great graphics; great eerie music; HOs that were a bit more hidden than the usual run-of-the-mill HOs. This developer seemed to take the time and effort to create a fun, interesting, and clever game. Thank you!
I am so happy to play a game that is different from most other games of the HO genre. This has a real story, eerie music, great graphics, and plays in a sequence that makes sense. The HO's are not too easy, so I'm enjoying the hunt. I commend the game developers for creating something refreshing and interesting. Thank you!
I'm in the shop with the phoenix bird and I'm supposed to light the incense on the bird's magic fire. I have clicked and moved and clicked and moved, but it just isn't working. I'll have to give up on this one.

I couldn't give any more starts because I was stymied right from the get-go. The hint button NEVER recharged, and when I attempted to exit the game, it froze. Not well made, at all. Back to the drawing board, folks

First of all, I have purchased every single one of the Vacation Adventures: Park Ranger. Absolutely love the concept, the scenes, the games, the puzzles, etc. This new one has me a little put off due to some of the graphics in a few puzzles. Too difficult for an older player like myself to see tiny features in the drawings. In the hidden object scenes, I find that an over abundance of objects have been thrown in which, again, makes it difficult for me to determine starting and ending points for a few things, such as hiding most of an object behind something else. I usually play these games over and over to relax and enjoy myself. I'm not enjoying this one so much.
I loved the game and enjoyed everything about it, but I missed Richard! I've gotten so used to his face and manner, and I was disappointed to see Anastasia. Overall, a very good game.

This "game" is too clicky for me. Too much dialog and it makes the game drag a bit. I prefer a classic game with puzzles, and less of a story with several characters you are forced to speak with. Some people may really enjoy it, but I don't. The graphics are nice.
I have been looking for a new game that would hold my interest and entertain as well as challenge me. This is a beautifully drawn, well thought out story that is just what I was looking for. Good puzzles (not terribly difficult), good HOS, and a very good story with some good characters. The story moves logically and the voiceovers are done well. This game is worth your investment.
