I first started this game when it was released enjoyed the demo bought it Then had computer problems so now playing loads of unfinished games I am just not sure about this one Ok so you become a wolf and wear a cute glove to change back to human form and it does add to the game play But some of the revisiting places becomes tedious ok there is an interactive map or make that maps along the way But the game got lost in Ho's loads of them . Ok they were not piles of junk But... Very little interaction with other characters that made a lot of sense to the story your companion is a young girl who keeps rushing off leaving you stranded to re appear later and act as though nothing had happened while we lamely have to find our own way through the country side For the CE we had a bonus chapter that was terrible I gave up May be its just one of those games you play once and either love it or not sorry
I don't recommend this game.
Visit a boarding school abandoned after a terrible accident. Unravel the mystery of the loss of its former students.

OK , I am someone who really believes in giving a game a chance to prove it is worth buying ! I played the 1 hour and I knew this was not a game for me in 10 minutes . The opening with a semi naked young woman being dragged through the undergrowth was bad enough but the close ups of her anguished face was typical of the direction some devs are going . The storyline was all over the place was this a ghost story, paranormal activity or a mad person on the loose . The only plus side for me was the actual game play I enjoyed solving the puzzles and had no problem with the ho's . This for me COULD have been a really good game but the story line forget it sorry and before anyone condems me for this I have been gameplaying for years a game can keep you wanting more But it does not need to have semi naked women to tell the story of kidnapped girls
I don't recommend this game.
His mother escaped her murdering husband just before he was born. Now the son of Bluebeard must break his father's curse.

I played the original game and enjoyed it but I was a bit doubtful about a sequel. I was so wrong it is better . The style is similar to Drawn and possibly Princess Isabella But the game play is definately in the relms of Drawn. If you are not familiar the artwork has a cartoonish feel not too many HO's more like an adventure game but if you get stuck a map indicating where there are things to do and a hint button which gives a screen shot of what you need to do ! Ok, the story involves the son of the only Bride to escape the castle who now returns to break the curse of his father . The opening segment of the game is dark and creepy But as the game moves on this changes to vibrant and colourful locations So if you were put off at the castle stick with it for a SE this really does have a lot to offer
I recommend this game!
You came to the town of Brownville, Louisiana hoping to find a new job. But you weren't expecting to stumble upon a strange adventure in a world filled with beauty and danger!

When I played the trial for the CE I didn't read any of the reviews I loved the game but decided to wait for the SE and use the wait to catch up on all the games I had yet to play while I was working away from a computer. Coming back to the game I realise just how good it is .I have also read the reviews, Were we really playing the same game? Lured to the town of Brownville you are tricked into a game world where you (and the friends who invited you) have to work togeather to survive! The HO's are uncluttered the mini games varied the artwork clear and fresh and as a previous reviewer stated a mixture of Logans Run and in my opinion Running Man This game has stayed with me more than I expected. Whatever skill level you are give it a try .Good Luck

It should have been a tremendous achievement, but the tunnel through the Ridge of Leviathan became the site of a great disaster. What really happened that day?

Just got back from months working away with no chance for gaming to find loads of new games including this gem. I think every other reviewer has mentioned everything possible about the game! I will just add these developers have a gift of coming up with stories that manage to challenge and entertain I have played them all they just get better .The mix of real people and computer generated manages to blend easily and however unrealistic the stories are they pull you in .There are enough extras to keep the dedicated happy . I bought it straight away and was not dissapointed
I recommend this game!

I really enjoyed the first game so I was delighted to find the sequel was even better .There are references to what had happened before in the opening scenes but I don't think it would be too difficult for any gamers who didn't play it to catch up. Once again you are Sara but this time instead of rescuing your daughter A stranger turns up with a parcel at the museum where you work and before you know it you you are in the middle of a mystery of who or what is turning the locals into sea creatures .Lots of cut scenes excellent graphics a good storyline awards galore ,collectables and a wide range of puzzles including HO's and a choice to play mahjong instead.The demo time flew by I can't wait to find out what is going to happen next so I am downloading the game as I write this .I recommend everyone to try the demo I think you will really enjoy it

I Beta tested this game a while back I enjoyed it then and I haven't changed my mind ! I know a number of people found it slow boring etc I think the idea is that it plays like some of the Hindu folk tales which are long and involved . Some of the art work is outstanding and it is a nice change to have a setting that is totally different to the normal. As with most fairy tales the heroine finds herself in danger when she is told she is the chosen one and has to battle evil forces . The HO's are straightfoward the puzzles skippable there is an interactive map which indicates if there is anything to do at a location . Ok there are no cute pets no morphing objects BUT if all games were the same that would be pointless . I think this is a game that deserves a chance give it a trial if you really hate it ok but there may be a few of you out there who will be glad you did if you feel its not worthy of the CE price wait for the SE I for one am downloading now

I almost missed this game when it was released today I am so glad I decided to download it . It has the look of Dreamscapes also by playrix that was released a short time ago But this is a fairytale with a mecanical army as the bad guys . The opening chapter is quite long but it does set the story up. The royal palace invaded the king imprisoned with only one person escaping - the new born Princess . we move foward in time and we are living with our uncle an inventor The king sends a message to find Nostramus a wise man who fortold the rise of the mechanics and may have the answer to defeat the invaders But before we can do anything the army arrives and we are imprisoned in the palace our job is to escape .Free the uncle and find Nostamus. The game plays as pure adventure NO HO's A number of challenges opening boxes doors making equipment to help in the challenge etc The hint button refils quickly .There is an added minscope we make that tells what people or animals are thinking A journal that is very usefull Help comes in the form of a cute robot called Jim and a squirrel like animal who is always hungry .There are plenty of achievments to earn For a standard game it really is worth the money I am definately going to get it !
I recommend this game!
Save the kingdom and reunite Princess Isabella with her prince in the exciting conclusion to the Princess Isabella trilogy!

I have played the previous games and enjoyed them ,so as soon as I had played my Demo I decided to buy. Although the game plays like a Fairy Tale I would not see it as just a childs game It may not be as grizzly as some. but that doesn't mean adults won't enjoy playing. I agree with others that the custom option is a plus but I didn.t find there were too many HO's [ I am not a big fan.] The story flows along there are some lovely cut scenes which are skipable and the usual cute animals from previous games unfortunately there is also a rather chatty fairy so I kept the sound off . Once again the Princess is trying to defeat the evil witch who having kidnapped and turned her mother to stone has now captured her fairy god mothers . ...I don't want to spoil the story The art work is lovely the gameplay quite easy there are wands to be made musical intruments, flying dragons etc etc If you find the game a bit confusing at first because you havn't played the others I suggest you have a look at the previous games before you give up you may find it helps
I recommend this game!

I have only played the Demo but I really enjoyed it despite the slightly cartoonish opening I was relieved to find it became normal game play The graphics though dark are of a very high standard and I didn't find any scenes were blurry . The story of a happy couple who vanish and for the husband to turn up dead dressed as a pirate with a hook Our job is to solve the mystery and help the ghost who appears to find her lost love . As previous reviewers have said there are coins to be found if you have the right number to open the chest you can move on in the game some coins only become visable after you have performed an action luckily you have an interactive map that not only indicates if you have an action to do but also if you have coins left to find . Some of the coins are more difficult to find but if you move the mouse around slowly it becomes a hand when near a coin - it works for me! I didn't have a problem moving about but it is easy to miss arrows indicating another direction and area to search best to take your time There is not too much hand holding don't expect hints to tell you exactly where or what to do just check the map less frustrating as the hint button is not that fast at refilling . I liked some of the mini games they were varied and different and not too many HO's some items you find can be combined with others sometimes you can't move on in the game til you can combine 2 items ! I would suggest trying the game it is definately one you will love or hate I am definately going to buy
