I almost didn't try this game after reading the 2 reviews that were both negative, but I decided to see for myself. Ok the graphics were not as polished as some but they were perfectly ok . The storyline was quite good ,you are sent to investigate a series of brutal killings ,it appears that vampires are involved and judging by the amount of garlic about the place we are led to believe that But are they? Or is it a crazed killer? So far so good .Game played perfectly have no idea of sound always play without . As for the HO's well its ineresting they were thought not good! But for once they were relevent to the fact the story was set in the past and you found items you needed Also I clicked away merrily and didn't get a time out which for me is brilliant I am not a big fan of them . This game is a mixture of a lot of things it is most definately not the worst game I have played I enjoyed it enough to want to know what happens . The debate on graphics will run and run I wasn't that bothered that it was a bit dated Would I buy it now ? not sure I may use a free code or wait til its on offer
I recommend this game!

I read the 2 negative reviews Before I played the demo and I loved it Yes its Cinderella with a sight twist and no it isn't a regular H'O But does that really matter sometimes they are just there to fill in story time . Elephant games are always worth playing the graphics are crisp and clear which lets face it is a plus for a fairy tale and I am fed up with the murky grainy games around at the moment . I didn't feel it was any more girly than any other fairy tale game . There is a nice touch with the camera and taking photos of the beasts along the way . I have no idea how long the game will be I can only say how much I enjoyed the demo and that as far as I am concerned is the most important thing , Try it you may just enjoy it

I played the full Demo and really enjoyed it I had no problem with the HO's they were done in a slightly different way you had to be sure to check reflections in a mirror or water in a fountain but it wasn't too dark yes sometimes a lipstick seems odd but if it is too for the time would we be able to recognise it . I have more problem when the items are translated and make no sense ! The storyline was straight out of a Grimm fairy tale and thats the point you have to solve the mystery behind the fairy tale. Acting as A detective every so often you are sent or find telegrams that point you in the right direction to defeat the puppet master and undo the magic . Overall I really enjoyed what I played the graphics were crisp and clear I played in the easier mode because I am not a big fan of the HO's and they can waste time on the demo I think I will probably buy now and use my game credits I enjoyed it enough to want to finish it .Give it a try you may just enjoy it

I am guessing this was made by the same people who did mortlake manor I enjoyed that and so far I am enjoying this You discover you are related to Alexander the great and your job is to discover artifacts before anyone else can get hold of them ,because they hold the power of the world . It is a mix of mythology and history you are the young man who recieves tickets to Greece and a ring which strangly enough you have just dreamt about .Once in Greece you are left to find an underground temple and then perform a ritual on your ring without having a clue what to do . before someone else can get hold of it . I have to say time just flew by maybe not to everyones taste the graphics are more old style But the voice overs are good and plenty of ho's to keep the die hards happy!
Olivia has been kidnapped by the mysterious Lonely Hearts Killer who murders those suffering from a shattered love. Save her!

This game is really a large file mystery with hidden objects its beautiful to look at and plays like an old fashioned thriller I notice most people who didn't like it felt it was boring or not enough ho's and yes there are cut scenes like large file games used to be 5 years ago before they became too expensive to make . I think this is just one of those games you either love or hate I personally loved it my only confession is I very rarely play any games with the sound on so I havn't heard the English voices to know if they sound authentic give it a try you never know you may love it
I recommend this game!
The wolf has returned and Red Riding Hood is in danger - but this is no fairytale!

I Beta tested this game and really enjoyed it . Loved the Biker club ! It has just enough to keep your attention as the story moves you along to different locations It made a change for the story to be threatening without being nasty I know it may not be challenging enough for some ,but I suggest giving it a try you may be pleasantly surprised and enjoy playing it
I recommend this game!

Oh dear, I did try to like it there was so much to do on the ho's I got bored and I agree some objects are impossible to put togeather and it definately is inferior to the first game in the series The visual look of the game is good may be the problem comes down to the storyline its too same old same old please can developers come up with some new stories sorry but I only lasted 15 mins
I don't recommend this game.
Can you restore the Gears of Light to the Clock Tower to defeat an ancient evil?

When I first started playing I thought it was going to be a standard hidden object game but I found it much more enjoyable . Some of the mini games were hard. The story line was an old and tried one time is out of control and you have to sort it out etc etc but it was done in a refreshingly new way the HO's carry the story along and you do have to use your brain although if you get stuck the hint button refreshes quickly . My only disapointment was the demo finished far too soon and Yes I will buy it
I recommend this game!

I have only played 30 mins , but I have already decided to buy . It's good to have a pure adventure mystery Sent undercover to discover strange goings on and the disapearance of a monk at a remote monastry I didn,t find the cut scenes overly long , the hint button is there if you get stuck , and there a 3 levels of difficulty I agree with other reviewers that the lack of hidden objects is a bonus often they just pad out the game I got far enough in the story to know this is a well thought out game with some nice touches see if you can find 21 hidden angels although they looked more like cupids to me

I bought this game in 2009 in the days before every game had a hint button . Yes it is difficult you have to work for everything .Some locations take a while to find but you can then use the map and jump there .It is a game that takes time, the story is adult and does have some graphic details but as you move along in the game you get a sense of achievement andthe best thing NO hidden objects scenes .
I recommend this game!
