I just finished this game and REALLY enjoyed it; the nuances of the pictures on the tiles would sometimes throw me off as they appear to be the same as others but weren't.
The dimensional way of playing this game made it much more fun and easier to "see" than the flat version of mahjongg games.
I did find the music extremely annoying to the point that I had to turn it off; it kept cutting out and stumbling.
The ending confused me as I wasn't sure that I'd finished the game as there were no comments, no statements, nothing.
There are 3 modes of play (in the Menu section) and I played the UNtimed version of this game as I am RARELY able to complete any timed games.
While I can appreciate a game being challenging, THIS GAME, imho, is just down-right mean-spirited. NO ONE should have to spend more 1/2 - 1 hour on 1 LEVEL before being able to accomplish the task.
I have already spent 2 weeks for up to 2 hours PER DAY trying to complete Level 85 and I honestly find no way of being able to accomplish the task. If I wait (as 1 forum member suggested and DID work on other levels) to near the end of the trail to add more birds then, you've reached a no-return capability. If you add on same-birds in the beginning, AGAIN you only push the line closer to the cat's house with ALMOST no possibility of shooting down said birds because of the curves and I basically end up just ADDING more birds than taking out the birds.
What's more upsetting is that when I do manage to get 3 same-colored birds in a row, BEFORE IT TAKES OUT THAT GROUP, it PUSHES the line FORWARD FIRST and then takes out the set-up group. I would've been able to accomplish this level MANY times if it did NOT push the line forward before taking out the birds.
ALSO, I've noticed that MANY TIMES, it does NOT even take out the 3 same-colored birds that I JUST LINED UP, they stay there BUT, of course, it has ALSO pushed the line foward!!!! What's up with that?
Having patience is one thing but when the game itself doesn't seem to play by its own rules is another thing
I normally don't buy timed games but did take a look at this one and discovered that IF you play the CLASSIC version and though there IS a timer -- it's NOT AGAINST THE PLAYER; it's just telling you how long it took you to play the game.
However, I DID play the timed version and I was rolling along very easily from one level to the next; the last level -- Level 15 -- I DID have to repeat 3x but it still was pretty easy.
Sadly, in the Adventure mode, there's ONLY 15 levels so it'll make for a rather short game.
A gamer does NOT have to replay the entire game under a new profile and NOT finish the entire game 20 levels BEFORE restoring the entire collection of artifacts.
I had completed all 20 levels of a certain location WITHOUT restoring the entire collection of artifacts and ascertained that despite the lack of display of increased monies when replaying silver levels within those 20 levels -- your money is SLOWLY increasing to allow you to restore whatever number of artifacts is left.
The score DID show me that I completed one of the REPLAYED levels with NO HINTS having been used and UNDER the expert's time (though it did claim that I also had 1 error which I was surprised at as I thought that I'd also completed the level with NO errors) so I am NOT sure if having accomplished 2 of the 3 goals is important or not.
I found this particular game MORE challenging that the other World RIddles and World Mosaics games (or maybe my memory is just short-term...hmmm) from the onset but very entertaining and fun and educational.
While this game APPEARS to be very easy, it's a deception as it becomes very challenging later on to the point of you MIGHT not be able to complete a level without having to look at the walkthrough; just google the walkthrough and you'll find one.
This game has:
*Spot the Difference -- very subtle differences towards the end of the game *Silhouette Hidden Objects *Puzzles *Match Pairs of Cards *Match Identical Pairs *Inlay Puzzles *Find 12 or 20 of the same item
You only get 3 hints and yes, it is timed but the timed portion of the game is very easy to beat; there was only 1 level in which I had to repeat and was able to complete it the 2nd time.
One of the things that I did NOT like about this game is that you have to COMPLETELY get out of the game/quit the game in order to look at the walkthrough and/or to read the forum members' comments of certain levels -- which did NOT make me a happy gamer.
Quite an interesting and deceptive game in which it APPEARS to be easy to complete.
I recommend this game!

Blood and Ruby
Use ancient magic, alongside your wits, as you hunt for your missing brother in a haunting city possessed by vampires!
The dialogue and cut scenes are skippable but I wouldn't suggest doing so due to the fact that oftimes it provided me with the knowledge of where to go and as to what to do next.
This is my kind of game as I spent a very relaxing afternoon/early evening time playing without once becoming frustrated.
I did not have to look at the walkthrough due to the hint button letting me know (when needed) what I needed to do/go next, I didn't spend alot of time needlessly walking around trying to ascertain what to do/where to go next, was able to figure out the mini-games and not skip any. and the inventory items made sense as to their usage.
I recommend this game!

Big City Adventure: Sydney, Australia
Search for cleverly hidden items around the amazing city of Sydney. Head down under and join the next Big City Adventure!
While this game is repetitive in visiting and revisiting the same locations, I found that many times you were more often looking for different hidden objects than the same ones overall.
I particularly liked the facts (via postcards) that were provided about the city; there were very interesting tidbits and despite revisiting the same locations, the postcards NEVER repeated the same history comments.
Be careful in using your coins (you need to pick them up in each hidden object scenes -- up to 3 each) as in later locations (particularly the last 3 or 4), it appeared to be more difficult to find the objects.
Also be careful in NOT using your "skip" button when doing the mini-games because said buttons do add up and you MIGHT want to use them towards the last 2 mini-games; though I had them I didn't use any but ALMOST had to. The "skip" buttons are earned but don't know how; the game just eventually states that you've earned a "skip" button.
The player completes quite a few tasks BUT when it comes to actually taken possession of the missing item and replacing said item to its rightful place -- the game activities just stop and the journalist's dialogue takes over CLAIMING to have found said missing item, CLAIMING to have returned said item to its rightful place. It just seems to be a shame to have worked through this game without having the feeling of accomplishment in actually finding and returning said missing item.
I also found the dialogue somewhat annoying as the written portion did not come close to keeping up with the voice-over.
Overall, this game is not a bad one; it just didn't leave me with any sense of completion.
I beta tested this game and having never played poker before, I was rather surprised how easy it was to learn (through the tutorial) and I remember winning several gold and silver trophies BUT I didn't even complete the hour testing time period because I became easily bored with the game.
For card players (which I am not) particularly poker players, I see where such gamers would greatly enjoy this game.

After purchasing the game: Exorcist, of course, I had to purchase this game to "continue the fight" against demons.
Though I didn't find the hint button of much help (it would only circle things in your inventory) because it lacked needed instruction, I have to say that I found this sequel very supportive of the original.
