I can't believe the low ratings, so here's mine: I played it for fifteen minutes and then bought it! It is far above average in HOGs, in my opinion. The games were unique and varied - right up my alley. Sure the storyline wasn't exceptional, but the audio and video was. Give this game a decent try. I feel confident that you will not be disappointed.
I recommend this game!

It took me ten minutes to decide that I needed to own this new CE! I loved Toto, of course and the graphic arts, the music, the play of the game and the fact that I love the Wizard of Oz. The Hidden Object scenes were numerous and made me quite happy, since that is why I only buy HOGs. Go back in time and enjoy your childhood again and again with this new game that made me happy with the new ideas that it uses. Enjoy!

Perfect from the very beginning! Loved the Hidden Object scenes, the plot, the graphics and this time, the puzzles! It's probably not for experts, unless you like an easy game. I will purchase this right away. Enjoy!

I was surprised by the negative review and I disagree. The game opens with a HOS and kept up the scenes that I purchase HOGs for. Graphics and music were good and the storyline was dorky, but adequate. If you like a fair story to accompany your urge for HOs, then this is your game. Sometimes, simplicity is the key to good entertainment!
I recommend this game!

I purchased this as a Daily Deal, even though I had coupons, because I wanted to complete the game. I love Hidden Object games with a plot of some sort. This was perfect. Plenty of time to indulge in a fairly easy adventure and plenty of HOS to keep me happy. It had all the elements of a perfect game, for me: great graphics, beautiful music, easy to remember scenes - all different and easy or skipped mini games. Pure entertainment for a quiet Sunday afternoon. Enjoy!

I was so surprised to see the two star rating, that I had to reply. It's a good HOG with a typical storyline. Good vs Evil, etc. I loved the Hidden Object scenes and thought that the puzzles were fun and a bit different. Graphics are excellent. This game is the best yet from this developer and I enjoyed it. It didn't deserve a 5 star because of it's typical storyline and the small peeve of not having enough space to write my complete name - 10 spaces would be nice!. This is the type of game that I really enjoy, but a personal trial is called for - you decide!

WARNING: Do Not purchase if you don't enjoy lots of Hidden Object Scenes: varied and unusual and just plain, good old HOG scenes - they are all there and re-playable in the Collector's Edition. EIPIX hasn't made a bad game this year and I expected even more of them - they came through. Great storyline, great detail and where would you rather be on an adventure than the Smithsonian where centuries of history are on display for you? I loved the entire game and purchased it after reading a review that didn't appreciate the tons of HOS that I do. I played for five minutes before buying. And even though there is a scare element, the entire family can enjoy the play. Go EIPIX - you just get better!
I recommend this game!

They had me at the first HOS. I love vampire stories and this didn't disappoint. It has Custom settings and repeat HOSs in the Bonus Content plus Bonus Chapter - a must have! I set in on Easy, and it still took a bit to get the hang of the program. The puzzles were different and the graphics the best. I'm buying this after 20 minutes of play and look forward to many hours of enjoyment! This will satisfy the Beginner to the Advanced. I own all in this series and this is the very best. Hats off to my pick for Best of the Year!

Yes, another Fantasy program. I love them when they are as well done as this game. I wasn't going to buy it, but because of the great sale this weekend, I added it to my purchase. I'm glad I did. They story was involving. The otter was my best friend for awhile and then he dumped me. It was after I really needed him so I can't complain. Loved the Troll. There is still an ugly character that I still haven't found a use for other than glue. I don't usually buy the CE when avoidable, but I really got stuck at one point and the answer was easily found in the guide. Maybe the authors did try to put too much in one story, but I thoroughly enjoyed the first three hours and I've got a long way to go. Loved the HOS which were varied and lovely. Enjoyed the mini-games which were a bit unusually presented. One complaint: No Custom setting, but it didn't interfere with this game. Thoroughly fun and reminds me why I love these games so much. Enjoy!

I'm glad that I read the reviews before I purchased this game. I agree that is was frustrating and I spent forever waiting for the recharged Hint so I could decide what to do. A puzzle without the Skip option took longer than I liked. Even though it has the potential of winning game of the year, I wouldn't purchase this game as a CE. I did so poorly without the Hint that it wasn't an enjoyable or relaxing game. If you like a challenge, you will love this game. I played on casual, but it was still too difficult. What a shame because the story, graphics and dinosaurs were terrific. Good Luck!
