based on game and bonus ... of course i really ENJOYED this sequel ... i give if 4.5 STARS!... the QUALITY of the game overall is EXCELLENT! ... since it is a sequel, there weren't as many surprises as one would find in a completely new game, BUT .. i just thoroughly enjoyed all aspects ... the characters were familiar, but not boring ... i love the little helpful characters, especially GEARS; so cute! ... the GAMEPLAY SMOOTH, well thought out, and FLOWS in the best possible way ... the MUSIC in the HOs was at times really BEAUTIFUL! ... even though the HOs weren't too challenging, I really enjoyed the interactive nature of them ... the MINI GAMES were beautifully rendered and oh so intriguing ... doable and fun ... MAD HEAD GAMES never disappoints! ... i think i would have given 5 STARS if it were a NEW game rather than a sequel ...
I recommend this game!

but if i could give this a ZERO i would ... game has NO OPTIONS, no GAMEPLAY QUALITY and no sophistication ... the graphics are good, but who cares or who can even see them ... couldn't get past the first voiceover ... i have NEVER given a review like this before ... too bad ...

based on demo ... great gameplay ... lots to do! ... fun mini games ... love the interaction throughout ... mini games are fun and doable ... hos great and not too many ... love the detective aspects of this game and the way the game is set up ... other detective games i've played are not nearly as SMOOTH ... looks like another WINNER to me! ... and no technical difficulties! ... yaaaay!

based on the whole game including the bonus ... the artwork was pretty good ... the animation was pretty good ... there were some glitches in the mini games ... for instance one area where i had to use the pick the cursor did not match up with the item ... just several little things like that ... the storyline was pretty good ... but the game was a little short and the HOs were pretty standard, i.e. not very exciting ... i used my game credits to purchase this one ... i'm glad i had them ... better than having no new game at all, but not the best ... i'd rather have a game to really RAVE about! but it did help me pass the time ...
I recommend this game!

based on the whole game including the bonus ... the graphic quality wasn't up to the best standard, but the storyline was good ... not too many HOs that was good ... the mini games were challenging but doable ... i plan to go back and do some of the mini games again later ... the only problem i found was that the animation everywhere slowed down the progression of the game ... just took too much time to animate; needed to move faster ... but since i didn't have another new game to play, this was ok with me ... still looking for the 5 star games, but they wouldn't be special without the lesser games i guess !

i am enjoying the storyline, the characters and the mini games, but there are not enough mini games ... the HOs are good but a bit tedious and too many ... took a short while to realize that you had to use the medallion all the time, but that's a bit different so i didn't mind that ... not all the bells and whistles, but it's good for something to play while waiting for the 5 star games .. no technical difficulties; that's a plus ... 3 and a half stars for the effort ... worthy of a review which is more than i can say for some!

based on entire game and bonus game ... dark parables are always to beautiful ... i really enjoy the HOs where you are piecing an item together ... makes them so much more interesting ... and the puzzles are also beautifully done ... the storyline is of course very good ... and the length of the game is what i look for, one i can play for two or more days ... the artwork in the animation seemed to be pretty low res, but i'll take it with the rest of the game ... a great "fairy tale" game which i enjoy ... but i still would like something a little more adult ... this is a great family game ... one of the better ones for sure! ...

i really think the artwork is FABULOUS and the storyline is good, but if i had realized that i would have to change from my pen to my mouse for EVERY HO, i would not have spent the money ... and the PUZZLES while BEAUTIFULLY done sometimes i just didn't get what they wanted me to do ? ... am i losing my mind? ... i don't know ... i just think this game would have been FUN if there weren't these problems with it ... i recommend for others, but i feel like i am missing out ... and my hand hurts! ... o well ... woe is me!
