I hadn't played the Garden Inc. games in awhile, but this one will bring me back to the fold! In some of the earlier games I got stuck and ended up not even finishing the games. This has an option for a relaxed mode and that is just right for me. I personally loved decorating the room with the cash I earned for doing the shows. Also loved the little twists thrown into the plot. Because it is CE I will probably wait for a really good sale to get it. It is definitely on my list.
First game I have loved in a long time. I can tell how good a game is if I am so disappointed when the demo ends. Wanted to just keep playing into the night! Some parts actually made me laugh out loud. Full price game isn't in the budget right now, but this is on my list to buy at the next great sale!
This game was super. Gave me no problems (a rare thing anymore) and was fun. Different types of game play and a story that actually kept me interested.
I hate the games that suddenly decided the game was long enough and just cut it off. This one brings the story to an end and the bonus tells the prequel.
Loved it. Length was good also. Felt like I got my money's worth.
Same scenes over and over. Often same items in the same place over and over. Translations for some items were really bad. Strange names for items. Switches back to "hardcore" after every completed puzzle. I tried to play this game several times and finally just quit because it put me to sleep.
This was an okay game. It left me wanting something more. It just kind of plodded along and got the job done without much else. I would still recommend it, but with reservations. Don't expect the usual we got from Mystery Trackers games.
I recommend this game!

Subliminal Realms: The Masterpiece Collector's Edition
Albert's worst nightmare becomes reality when a creature from his grim paintings kidnaps his family. What does she want?
I loved this game, and I'm hard to please. Wide variety of games, hogs and fun story. The art was outstanding and I loved to finish the paintings. I would vote this a game of the year if I voted now. Long game, well worth the money. Even a long bonus game that made sense. Find the slides so you can "paint" some more in the extras!
Complete dangerous missions amid dazzling landscapes of prehistoric Earth and alien worlds. Can you complete these thrilling puzzles in order to return home?
There were not a lot of HOGS in this game, but the mini games were abundant. I patiently worked thru the first several but they soon became tedious. I skipped most in the later game, and still had a really long game. I love that. I really like the jigsaw puzzles, but even got tired of them.
Again, I wanted to like this game. Something just didn't click for me. I can't say it was story or just the sluggishness of the game. The hints drove me crazy. Got tired of same inane remarks. There were other little quirks I hope they can fix that took away from the smooth running of the game. As of right now, I might consider an SE if the sale is really good.
I really wanted to like this, but the demo was short and just didn't hook me in. Also, the little doll helper was a bit much. I guess I could have overlooked it if the game was more interesting.
