Based on demo: My biggest complaint was not being able to see the dark shadows of the hidden objects on the dark red background. I was having to look based on object name. That was frustrating. Lots of running back and forth to decide what to do next. The hints filled fast and that helped in trying to navigate. Idea of game sounded great. I would like to get to end if I can get past frustration and buy the game.
I don't recommend this game.

Royal Envoy: Campaign for the Crown Collector's Edition
King or Swindler? Who will be the new ruler of the Kingdom?
I loved this game. For those having problems getting finished, go to the strategy guide. It is great. First time thru I didn't use it - didn't do so well. Second, I got highest on every level. The hints really help. Only thing I didn't like was "expert" is just same thing again - nothing different. It is still fun though.
I would gladly have given this game 5 stars and recommended it, BUT Twice it has locked on a mini-game. I couldn't find any solution but to start again. It locked in different locations. I am now starting the 3rd time. I have everything to a certain point memorized! There is no way I can find around the lock points and there is no skip for either. Can't go forward and can't go back. Cute game, lots of fun, but (at least) 3 times to finish - come on!
This is a very strange game, but I enjoyed it once I figured out what to do. Not a lot of handholding in this one. Use the hint in the upper left corner and watch carefully. It jumps to several possible places. I skipped the silly "fighting" and still got crystals to buy things. Basically you find various items and must give them to others in the hypnotic state trance. It is hard to decide where to send Maya next, but look for blue sparkles around edge of screen. Walking her to the edge will sometimes skip to next scene. I played the demo and got to the third person (Indian healer). I don't know how long the game goes. I'm not much for "adventure" games, but this is the best I have tried. I'm intrigued enough I may just buy it.
A UFO is rumored to have landed in the small town of Tundel and the mayor is trying to conceal it. Run your own journalistic investigation and learn the truth behind the event!
I loved this game. Lots of running around looking for the correct address (unless you can remember them all). You never know what you will find. Characters are really funny. I was never bored with this game and had hours of fun playing it.

This game is soooo much better than the first. Lots of little things you don't think about until they happen. i.e. able to demolish old unused buildings and rebuild, not having to click on gold or stones for them to be acquired, game saved when you quit so you don't have to start level over, etc. I'm looking forward to book three! I highly recommend this game for hours of fun. I anticipate replaying often.
I recommend this game!
