This is a great game, full of mystery and challenge, and just enough to want to know more. I am excited about this new series and cannot wait to purchase. Donna travels to Paris to meet with her uncle about strange murders, only to find out, he is involved through a very elite club of creative types. The storyline leaves you there and wanting more. The graphics are outstanding and the music fits the theme. I am particularly happy the game developer does not give you too much, so it makes it challenging. Thank you, I highly recommend this game to all. :) Mia
Wow! This grabbed me from the beginning scene. I love these types of games that keep you on the edge of your seat and begging for the demo NOT to end. This is a great game, fun, fun, fun, and challenging with excellent graphics and sound that keeps you wanting more. The storyline is a little tired, but I love the museum with artifacts to replace and the whole concept when the museum curator's daughter is taken by some evil force and she must find her before it's too late. Too late, for what who knows, but the build up is very well done. I highly recommend this game. I will be purchasing this one. Thanks, Mia. :)
I'm sorry, I just couldn't get through the demo. It was just okay for me. I don't much care for fantasy games with lyrical music that can put me to sleep. The colors in the graphics were beautiful, but they lacked in movement and likeability. The music was the same lyrical sound, while lovely, was very boring, more like a lullaby than an adventure game. The puzzles and HOPs were few and dull. Even the voice over was kind of campy to me. The challenge was beginner level in my opinion and the storyline was complete fantasy. A tiny man lives under the mushrooms in the forest and travels home to his mother. They live in a city made of things you would find on a forest floor, but with their own technology. His first encounter is with the tax 'rat' who insists that he be paid. The main character, enters a tournament to win money for the taxes and to find out why the city is in a drought. Suddenly, there is a princess 'rat' who runs out into the forest. That is as far as I got. I was done. It's one of those lazy Sunday afternoon games when you have nothing better to do, I guess. Sorry folks, it wasn't for me. I do recommend this game to beginners and those that like fantasy. Thanks, Mia. :)
If you are into dinosaurs and mystery planets, this one is for you. However, it is not the best representation of this developer's ability to create and inspire. The game starts out okay with Eve, the main character, off on another adventure exploring a cave to pick up where the Professor left off. From there, it takes a turn for the worse with a campy storyline that fizzles out and makes little sense. The mini games are very easy and the HOPs were few and far between. All in all this installment of a popular series fell short of excitement for me and did not leave me wanting more. I will not be purchasing this one. I recommend it for those who are beginning their adventures with Hidden Object games. Thanks. Mia :)
I really like how this game unfolds and keeps you busy until the end of the demo. The pace is just right for me and even though it's set up so you really can't fail, the challenge is there as the excitement builds through the music. The visuals are very well done and the storyline is sound. It makes sense and since I'm not into magic and fantastical imagery, I like the realism and plausibility. You are on the case of what appears to be a serial killer who is back out killing off the jurors who put him behind bars. I'm not sure if that's the final outcome, but that just adds to the need to see how it ends. The demo walks you through every step of the investigation, including the lab work, which is not too difficult or annoying. And I enjoyed the way the story writer included lots of secret locks and hiding places. It's on my list to purchase and I highly recommend this game. Thanks, Mia. :)
Of course, I loved it. I have nearly all the Mystery Trackers and this will be added to my collection. The fun begins when the detective's nightmares cause memory loss, enough to allow a psychiatrist to hypnotize her to remember her last case. Beautiful graphics and sound quality guide you through this intense storyline when she begins to remember the case of a missing girl named Alice and her job to find her. The attention to detail and surprise ending of the demo leave you wanting; and believe me, I have to find out how this ends. Thanks, Mia :)
I was on the edge of my seat during this demo. It was exciting and challenging with beautiful graphics and visuals. Sarah travels to visit her mother who is racing to locate the Flower of Life before the 'dragon clan' does, a flower that cures all disease. Of course, the dragon clan want it for evil purposes, but those are not explained very well. The only lacking in this game was the storyline for me. I would have liked a little more info on this dragon clan and what they want to do with the flower. I do want to see how this one ends, so I will probably add it to my collection. I do recommend this one, it will keep your interest for sure. Thanks, Mia. :)
This one is pretty good, but not my favorite, as I am not into the magic stuff. The demo was fun and kept me busy the whole time. Still there was really no background given about the fire princess, the last one needed for an evil doer to complete her ritual to own the world. The visuals were pretty good. I'm not into using a prop to find things, in this case, a mirror to scroll over the picture and find 6 glowing skulls. It seemed a little campy to me and not challenging enough. The storyline was pretty good. There should be a little more background given, and perhaps a little more to keep you wanting to know how it ends. It was a little predictable that way. I do recommend the game. Thank you, Mia :)
This demo kept me busy with some interesting mini-games and basic HOPs about a woman who goes looking for her love, who has been missing for two months. The storyline is the only thing that really kept me interested with a lot of potential. The visuals were simplistic and kind of pre-school, which is surprising with this game developer. There was no build up of the storyline and too much was left out to get a good grasp of why anyone would want to see how it ends. Still, it did keep me busy, like I said and might be a good game for beginners. I won't invest in this game, mostly because I'm not in to the magic and fantasy style, but also because it needs to be cleaned up and polished a bit. Thanks, Mia. :)
I loved this game. Yes, it is similar to all the hidden object games we play, but leave it to EIPIX to select the perfect music, excellent graphics, and the build up of a unique storyline to keep me on the edge of my seat in this illusion/murder mystery. Two illusionist brothers turn down a movie mogul to reveal their 'magic' tricks, leaving one brother dead and a would-be stagehand as the culprit. But, knowing EIPIX, there is much more to the story than meets the eye. The demo provides the sense of urgency needed to want to know more, and the puzzles and interactive HOPS were a lot of fun. Thanks, Mia :)
