I know there are many people, I think those with a mouse instead of a mouse pad, who prefer to drag rather than click-click to move things. I have a mouse pad and an hour of continuous dragging hurt my hand even though I changed the finger that held the button down. Also my hand would give out and drop the piece and I wouldn't get 100% accuracy. I prefer any timed elements in games that are relaxing to be optional. That being said, it was worth a free game coupon because it was so beautiful and I love this kind of puzzle. I'll just play a little at a time. Also when I paused the game as per instructions it sent me back to the beginning of the puzzle and all progress was lost.
This is a great game to brighten up a dreary day any time of year. The graphics are adorable. Each level is different. It starts out easy but there are some tricky levels later on
I recommend this game!

Mystery Solitaire: Secret Island
You're stuck on Secret Island. Match cards and explore intriguing island locations in search of clues to find your way home.
Play different games in beautiful settings. You can go through and play each puzzle consecutively in chain mode or take your chances like a game board in dice mode. Never dull. Play HO, find the difference, matching, match-3, swap jigsaw and flip jigsaws plus answer trivia questions, word jumbles and more. Everything is skippable and there are unlimited rapidly recharging hints
OK, so there are better match-3 games around but I always like ones with click/swap action, rather than chaining and pretty natural objects to swap. Also it was the perfect length. A good game to play while eating or talking on the phone!
I almost didn't buy this game due to the bad reviews and the hint sytem. There are only 3 hints per level and the only way to earn more is to play this horrible mine sweep game which I hate. I'm so glad I finally used my free game coupon on this game cause I loved it. I did use a magnifier because the objects are small, but they are clear. So with the help of that and patience I was able to complete the game without ever playing the mine sweep. I loved the beautiful historical locations and the story. I even liked the made up ending. I liked this game much better than Hidden Mysteries Salem, but not quite as much as Graceland
This is a very strange game but worth playing as a break from the adventure clones. It's like a hidden object game designed by someone who had never played one. Some objects you can see clearly and others you can't see at all till you move your cursor over and they pop up. The decorating was fun. If you get frustrated but are a little patient the game will show you where to put the items so you are never stuck. The story was interesting but got bogged down near the end. Sort of a soap opera.
This is one of my very favorite match 3 games. I love the graphics and love the animals and the sounds they make. I hate time management games and never buy them, but the time management aspects of the game just add to the fun and break things up. You never are penalized for being slow--the worst that can happen is a crow will eat your apple or a chick will hatch and you'll have to feed it. Can't stop playing. Useful powerups and just the right amount of challenge--never got stuck but not easy either.
If you want a break from running around in adventure games, this is a great HOG. Straight HOS broken up by jigsaws. This story is the addictive thing--a real mystery, kept me playing.
