This game is totally unreal and boring. After about 10 minutes of game play, that was enough for me. Sorry I wasted my money. I'll have to choose carefully in the future.
I don't recommend this game.

Two games in a row with wonderful animation, VOs, HOs and puzzles. The hint directed me to where I wanted to go and filled quickly. The storyline was excellent with romance, adventure, spooky scenes crawling with nasty creatures. Also carrying on conversations with undead pirates to boot. Great game! Hope the guys don't let the romance part keep them from experiencing this game. Yes, I had to save my daughter but under very unusual circumstances. Buy and enjoy!!!

Just loved everything about this game - the HOs, VOs, ANIMATION. HOW I LONG FOR THIS IN EVERY GAME!!! Heads up to all the DEVS out there in game land. Scenes were beautiful. There seemed to be an equal amount of HOs and puzzles to suit any players' taste. I usually tune out the music so I can't comment on it. The animation, dialogue and/or VOs and the storyline are the most important to me. The hint button recharged quickly and gave directions as well. Buy it! You won't be disappointed.
I recommend this game!

Just did 15 minutes of this game and had enough. Boring! HOs were small and hard on the eyes. No animation. VOs seemed to be the same voice for each character. Grew tired of the cartoonish curtain coming down to tell someone's story. Will have to check my purchase history. Did I pay for this game or did I use one of my free game coupons? Either way, I lost.
I don't recommend this game.

Loved almost everything about this game. Storyline wasn't anything I hadn't played before. Rescue your sister. This one had a twist. I not only had to rescue my sister but also my nephew, brother-in-law and brother-in-law's ancestor!! VOs were great but not much animation to speak of. HOs were a tad crowded and objects were very small and hard to see. The hint button and map were a huge help in going from scene to scene. Never had to use the walkthrough at all. There was an equal amount of HOs and puzzles. Some puzzles I was able to solve, others I skipped. Bottom line? Great game so buy and enjoy!
I recommend this game!

HOs were dark and objects small. Cursor breaks apart with too much random clicking. Storyline was the usual good versus evil. Hint button does guide you from scene to scene which is a big help. Judging by the ending, perhaps a sequel is planned. Not a game I would care to play a second time.
I don't recommend this game.

Just finished this game. It was good mostly. The HOs were mixed, some you have to look for the items - some you put back the items. The puzzles were challenging; some I did manage to solve. The hint button was no help except in the HO scenes but not as directions to go from scene to scene. The storyline was excellent. I've always been interested in the paranormal. The hint button will show solutions but you must try to figure out the background and where you've seen that area before. Good game.
I recommend this game!

Just finished playing this game and was not impressed. The ending was a bit confusing unless a sequel is coming. HOs were repeated at least 4 times, each time with different items to find. Not much animation and VOs. Usual puzzles, some easier than others. The hint button was helpful as a guide going from scene to scene. Don't remember but I hope I purchased this game at 50% off or the buy one CE and get another CE free because, to me, it wouldn't be worth the full price.
I don't recommend this game.

This game was excellent in just about every aspect. The use of live actors and the VOs were great. Enough HOs and puzzles to satisfy any player level. Graphics were clear. There was the usual jumping from scene to scene but the hint button was my guide. The map was not helpful at all. By the ending, I sense a sequel perhaps?
I recommend this game!

I did so want to save my sister and played this game to the end. The visuals seemed to be set in the days of old when knights were bold. Too far back in time for me. I prefer the Victorian era. Should have submitted this review shortly after completing the game while it was still fresh in my mind. The same old, same old. My apologies for this rather vague review but I found the game to be tedious and boring.
I don't recommend this game.
