I was two hours into this game when I had to stop and submit this review! I have been a fan of MCF since its inception and seen many ups and downs. However, the bar has been raised and this is how a CE is done! Developers, imitators, and everyone who has a hand in making HOPs, this game should be a prerequisite moving forward. The homage to the ones who came before, loved it! The mini games took me back to when they were actually challenging and real thought had to be put into solving them. Stellar. I had a bit of trepidation on buying this one but I am so glad I did! Visually appealing, very generous gameplay (which a CE should be) and enjoyable. I cannot give more than 5 stars it deserves 10! WELL DONE. Do I recommend? Absolutely!

I loved Elephant Games. I loved Paranormal Files. Until this so called CE. I played the beta. I loved it. Couldn't wait for the full game to find out how this all played out. I feel like I was hoodwinked. Chaos Weekend felt off. It felt rushed. It definitely wasn't what I would label CE. The bonus game was even worse. I don't understand what has happened to BigFish and its offerings. I guess I should come to the realization that times have changed and not for the better. I do not recommend this game. Unless you have points or money to burn and time to waste.
I don't recommend this game.

OK, it is 2025. I bought this game in November of 2017. I played it, I loved it, and didn't give it another thought until I replayed it today. I can say with certainty that Eipix is still the most innovative and top developer of HOPAs! I really do hate that I didn't see it until going back and replaying some of my most loved games. My apologies. This MCF install had everything I look for in a good game. Great storyline, challenging puzzles (nothing like a MCF puzzle to this day!), and visually appealing. I hope that this game finds its way into the collection of a newbie. If you have this, it's time to replay it! If you don't, buy it! You won't be disappointed.

I truly thought I had every Eipix CE. Well, now I do! I am very pleased to have found this gem. Early Eipix. This game definitely showed the beginnings of the mastery of Eipix! It had a great storyline, challenging mini games, and plenty of hidden objects. Released over 10 years ago and it's still better than a lot of what's offered today as a CE. I'm glad I found this. Boy do I miss Eipix.

I bought this in October of 2015. I played it and totally enjoyed it. However, replaying it in 2025 gave me a new appreciation for the whole Dalimar story. For me, this is the linchpin of the Ravenhearst saga! This gave history as well as great foreshadowing! How I missed it the first time around has me hitting myself! Eipix did an exceptional job with this part of the series. If you don't have this, buy it! If you do, do yourself a favor and replay it! You won't be disappointed.

I bought this in 2017 and just went through my archive to play some favorites. It is 2025 and this is a better HOG than what is offered up today as a CE! I loved this series back then and I love it even more now. If you don't own it, buy it. If you have it replay it today! The term Collector's Edition meant something back then. It is pretty much slapped on any game now. Do I recommend? YES!

Boy do I miss Eipix! It is 2025. I bought this game 10 years ago and it is still better than most of the offerings today! I have been just replaying my Myths of the World series and couldn't help but leave a review for this one. Again, it is a much better experience than the majority of HOPs being offered today! It is more than apparent that careful thought and consideration, not only to the player but to the storyline as well was put into this game (and to the series as a whole). Yes, highly recommend!

Yes, I know. There are no ghosts to find. No murders to solve. No other worlds to save. But guess what? Sometimes I don't want that. Sometimes I just want beautiful scenery with good music. Sometimes I just want to relax. That's exactly what these games do for me! #4 happens to be the best one out of the collection. It's perfect at its purpose. I love these games. well done, Avi Games!

As Marvin Gaye once asked, "What's going on?" I played the beta. I had very high hopes for this game. However, I feel like I've been hoodwinked! The storyline was amazing, it was visually pleasing, but the amount of gameplay was very disappointing. Way too short to be called a CE. The ending (without giving anything away) to the main game appeared to just be a cop out only to get it over with. I had more fun with the bonus game. This one in the series missed the mark for me. Do I recommend? If you have points or just want to pass the time, yes. I happen to love the series, Richard (the original) and Anna. But this, not one of the best unfortunately.

Number 10! This one does not disappoint either. As with the other games in this series, this checks all the boxes for me. Visually stunning, great storyline, generous gameplay (especially when developers are shortening CEs and passing them off as CE worthy), and the perfect music to accompany my journey! I will travel with Agatha anytime! I am beyond pleased with this trip to Barcelona. Can Washington, D.C. be next? Just a suggestion. Do I recommend this game? Absolutely!
