Restore the kingdom's mesmerizing castles in this enchanting Solitaire adventure! Travel the lands and collect resources to rebuild majestic monuments.
I'm so happy to see Jewel Match Solitaire 2! These games are so pretty and there's SO MUCH CONTENT! Lots of regular levels, many extra solitaire variations (some I've never even heard of!), and yes, more castles to build. I do agree with the other reviewers that it would be nice to have something new to build in these games. Maybe the developers will read this and do something different next time!
But, my favorite thing is Hard Mode. It adds a different level of challenge than typical solitaire games, making each level even more interesting. It's also fun to learn how to play the different solitaire variations. My favorites with this game are Lady Palk and Ali Baba.
Yes, Jewel Match Solitaire 2 is more of the same, but in a world of way too many Hidden Object and meaningless mobile games, I'll take it!

Like one of the other reviewers said, this is how a Collector's Edition should be! So much content that you will be playing for a long, long time! Tons of regular levels to play and many different unlockable bonus solitaire games too!
The card backs and faces are really awesome and can completely change the look and feel of the game. The castles that you build are gorgeous as well! It truly is a visual treat.
If you love the up/down style of solitaire as much as I do, you NEED this game!

I decided to try out the demo for this game since the title was Big Fish's Catch of the Day. I've never played any other games in this series, and it wasn't quite clear to me if it was supposed to be a continuing storyline or not.
I thought from the demo the storyline was really intriguing, and it definitely reminded me of the Winchester house. I thought the execution of the story had its flaws, and it sometimes felt a bit basic. However, overall I enjoyed it.
Some of the interactions for inventory objects and the environment weren't always clear, though it definitely added another level of challenge trying to figure it all out. However, regardless of all this, I thoroughly enjoyed how the dog Rocky could help out from time to time throughout the game.
The visuals were really nice overall, though they had their moments of low definition. The animation for the vines and for Rocky were especially pretty impressive.
Overall, I liked this game!
I recommend this game!

This game was fantastic! I played all the way to the end of the demo. I loved the opening sequence cinematic, it felt very unique and theatrical, which ended up being pretty fitting.
Everything throughout this game felt very suitable for the classy era, from the character designs to the HOP visuals. I liked how the story immediately gets you interested and unfolds as you go, instead of establishing a long backstory right at the beginning. Gameplay mechanics were similar to your usual HOP game, with the different difficulty levels and interactive objects in HOP scenes, though that's not a bad thing. The actual puzzles actually proved to be quite a challenge at times.
The only negative is that I noticed from the beginning that the visual quality for the cinematics and the rest of the game weren't very high definition, as though they weren't meant to be on my screen. It didn't end up mattering much, it just was my only real complaint.

Full disclaimer, I'm not an avid mahjong player. I've decided to pick it up recently just to get a bit of variety in my game habits, and I've actually found a few favorites from doing so. However, this game did not become one of them.
Mahjong, as I've come to learn, is meant to be relaxing, and since everything was timed and there wasn't a relaxed mode, I got stressed trying to match the tiny pieces. The game only got more challenging as it went on, hence my high level of challenge rating. Achieving stars for the bonus levels also was impossible with how fast everything moved.
There were a few things about the game I did like, though. I liked all of the different African locations and tile customization options. I also, to an extent, enjoyed the challenge of trying to fill the star meter, since sometimes mahjong can be monotonous. However, overall, I wouldn't recommend.

What a fantastic game! One of the only games I played to the end of the demo for and just wanted more! I was hooked.
Firstly, I loved the graphics for this game. Sometimes I play games where I have to push through even though the graphics aren't very good, but not this one. Everything looked very bright and clear, from the game pieces to the character/object designs.
Overall I liked the gameplay. The addition of collecting gems and keys made this game interesting. My only complaint is that everything seemed a bit too easy at first, though it got a bit more challenging as it went on.

I have no words for this game! I absolutely loved the customization and creativity options added in here, such as the ability to change your city's policies (which actually alters the gameplay) and the other different aspects of city-building. The option to change the different sound levels was also a nice touch!
The actual gameplay was a bit hard for me to understand at first. It was almost a time management, match 3 blend, with a tower defense aspect, also. However, once you got the hang of all the different mechanics going on and all the different levels of the game, it was brilliant.

Now granted, I know this game is a bit older than some other ones, but I wanted to play a TM game with the old school style. However, I could barely make it through 5 levels of this one.
First and foremost, I didn't like how monotonous the actual game mechanics were. I felt like I was just clicking and clicking instead of getting engaged in what I was actually doing. Although I didn't mind the introduction of making pots for the flowers, I would've loved the ability to make them beforehand instead of being forced to hold it and put something in it. Everything felt much too fast, and I couldn't actually control what I was buying with my money at first.
I also wasn't a huge fan of the visuals. Although this is more of a personal choice than an actual issue, it just wasn't my cup of tea. The cutscene art was a bit better than the actual gameplay models, but overall I just didn't really enjoy them.

I'll start with what I liked about this game. First and foremost, the graphics in this game were very cute and pleasing to look at. The two raccoons were so adorable, and I liked how they were on the side of the screen during all of the minigames. The game pieces and backgrounds were also very pretty.
I enjoyed how there were a lot of different game modes for you to play, though it was a bit tedious to play the same three game modes over and over to earn enough money to play even more minigames in the treasure hunt. I just got a bit of a headache trying to follow all of the different rules for each of the treasure hunt minigames. Though in the end they all were fun when you have time to kill and an itching for a good M3 game with variety.

Decided to take a break from my usual TM and HOP games and try out a mahjong game for once. So, my opinion isn't backed up by a lot of mahjong experience (though I have played it before).
Right off the bat I thought it was a bit strange that it was a "tour of the greatest places of the world" yet the tiles didn't seem to change for each place. Why would there be tiles of Chinese characters and cactuses in Rome, Italy? The music also didn't at all seem fitting for the places (though it was really pleasing to listen to).
The actual gameplay felt average. I enjoyed how it wasn't just the same matching, and it cycled through a few different modes. However, during the Logical Pair mode, it took me forever to figure out what some of the tiles were without getting close to the screen and squinting. It took much too long to figure out a few of them. Though, overall, the gameplay was decent.
Overall, this game wasn't awful. If you have time to kill, then this is the game for you.
