This is a long and involved SE game. You and your friend get trapped in a game and visit each world. Charles has developed the game to keep his son alive at great cost. The graphics are very good. The hidden objects vary; there are some interesting twists in the mini-puzzles. For example, the last puzzle is a familiar one match color square to color square but with added pipes to turn correctly.
Yes, it is a short game (or seems that way as it goes fast), BUT the graphics are good and the mini puzzles are not too hard. The hidden objects are pretty standard.
As others have stated, I also have played most of the MCF games and I was disappointed with this one. I kept getting lost as the game keeps going back and forth -- not an even flow. I did like the three part puzzles but I would always try it yourself before buying.
Enjoyed the entire game and bonus game (which was of a good length.) The slide rule hidden object was new. Found the mini-games to be fairly easy and fun. Great graphics.
Save the forest from evil. The graphics in this game are some of the best I have seen. The puzzles are really good and with some of them you have to figure out what they want you to do (as no specific instructions) which I found refreshing. The hidden objects are of many types and not just lists. Overall a wonderful adventure.
I have played every Surface game and for me this is one of the best. The adventure takes you into dreams or nightmares of the individuals in the town. The mini-puzzles are challenging and the hidden objects vary. All your tools are used in a logical manner.
This is a good adventure game with lots to do. There are a variety of mini-games which I loved. To save the nine worlds you must travel through them and save the stags. You get to kill the dragon at the end.
