When this came out as a CE I played about 45 minutes into the demo before I purchased the game. Would have done it after 15 minutes but I just didn't want to stop playing.
Once again, you're on a quest to save your boyfriend and this time you have to save three other people as well.
What a fun game this is!. Love the artwork and fantastic cutscenes - Dr. B. is my kind of villian, lol. Has a good hint system and recharges quickly. Love the animals - what's not to love in a doey-eyed kangaroo? The music and background sounds are complements to the game, not just noise. There is no map but one isn't needed. There's also a portable laboratory that you use to make concoctions that you'll need now and then.
There is plenty to do. Besides exploring around for the items you need to find there's also the interactive HOS's-list, frog and silhouette-it's puzzles within puzzles and so much fun to play. Also, great to be able to open doors with puzzles instead of all those darn keys and I enjoyed them immensely.
The game has five chapters but is a good length. The CE has a more complete ending however you should be satisfied with the SE ending. I recommend you get the CE though as the bonus chapter is really fun but, whichever you choose, don't pass up this game :)

Other reviewers have given details of the game's mechanics and such so I will just say I'm very surprised by the poor picture quality in this ERS game-I expected better. The voice quality is good enough that it underlines how poor the picture quality is. The story, while not enthralling, is interesting enough that I will want to play this all the way through at some point, just not now. I will wait for the SE or possibly even a DD.
I rate this 3 stars and, although I recommend the game, I suggest you may want to wait for the SE also.

I do not like TM games however wanted to try this one because it gets such good reviews. I have to say it is a fun one and I enjoyed it for the demo. The colors are nice and bright. The music is upbeat. There is encouragement along the way. The characters are so cute. There's not much to dislike about the game. My only problem is that timer. I do not like timed games (which, I realize, is the whole point of this game-to get the tasks done in the allotted time). Timers just put too much stress on me and I play to destress. If the dev would make an option of timed and untimed games and the ability to switch between the two I would purchase a game like MKFTP as everything else about it is great.

I don't care for TM games. I played and enjoyed Farmington Tales but that is unusual for me. There's just something about TM games that don't appeal to me. This game looks like it will be fun for those that enjoy TM's though so I think it should be demo'd by them.
The music was repetitive but wasn't unpleasant however I kept it low. The story was told in comic book pictures which weren't bad at all. The visuals of the game itself were very bright, clear and uncluttered during the short amount of time I played. The tasks were clearly outlined and there's a tutorial that cannot be skipped and is helpful in teaching the game mechanics. There were options of adjusting sound, music and vertical alignment. There was only one mode of play-timed, although I didn't actually see a timer. The challenge increased as the demo went forward and I didn't find any minigames but I only played 20 minutes.
Not being too familiar with this type of game I can't offer a comparison to other TM's but you should demo this to see if it appeals to you.
I recommend this game!

This is a straight seek and find of the numbers 1 thru 40 in various scenes. The scenes range from Americana to the seasons, travel, evolution, etc. The scenery is very bright, sharp and clear however a lot of the numbers are hidden in ways that are impossible to identify in the 5 minutes you are allowed. When you're done with a scene it highlights any missed numbers and even then I couldn't see a lot of them. Music is boring, there's no storyline and no reason to look for the numbers other than for points. This is NOT a simple, relaxing HOG and I say don't waste your money.
I don't recommend this game.

I'm one of those people who remembers where I was and what I was doing when I heard on the radio that Elvis had died so I was glad to see a game with him as the subject. Well, not exactly as good as I'd hoped but not too bad either.
I've not been to Graceland so, if the depiction in the game is true to life, that's interesting to see and the Elvis clips are interesting also but the gameplay itself is just average-nothing out of the ordinary or special about it.
I won't be purchasing this simply because there are better games to spend my dollars on but I suggest you try it and see what you think-it might be right up your alley and it isn't terrible.

Lots of other reviews on this one so I'm just going to say what a fun game! I don't usually like this type of game but thought I'd try it anyway and am I glad I did. It's so bright and colorful, with a good story and so much to do and see. I have a feeling it might overwhelm me until I get used to it but so what-I'll have fun figuring it all out :)
I definitely recommend you try it too.
I recommend this game!

This is a straight HOG much in the same vein as the Mystery P.I. series. You're given a piece of a story to read at the end of each chapter of HOS's and a minigame. Each HOS has 2 crowns for a total of 50 that you must find to unlock bonus play. The bonus play is unlimited HOS's and the ability to play the minigames as much as you want. The graphics are sharp and clear and each HOS has one interactive step to perform such as find the knife and cut the fruit or put the basketball in the hoop. The music is low key and I kept it at a very low level.
When you're in the mood for a relaxing, straight seek and find this game fits the bill.

The CE The Last Performance was my first Agency of Anomalies game and I loved it. I have since played the others and, for those who chose to wait for the SE, you aren't missing anything. The whole story is contained in the SE and the CE bonus chapter doesn't add anything to existing story or set up for a sequel. I'm not unhappy to have purchased the CE though.
There is a lot to like about this game. Beautiful, clear and colorful artwork; good (not great) music; 3 types of HOS's with can-see objects; fun minigames-some original; a good mix of HOS-minigames-adventure; some back-tracking but not bad; a high level of enjoyment.
If you did not get the CE, I highly recommend you try the SE. You won't regret it :)

I got to beta test this and am soooo glad it's here. It's a GREAT game!
Starts out with you as a detective investigating an evacuated town in which large, odd looking animals have been seen and from which people are mysteriously disappearing. Right as you enter the town a young woman is accosted by a fierce looking, huge and hairy creature and abducted. Your mission is to discover what is happening in this town and rescue the girl with the help of your little dog Elf.
There are so many good things to say about this game. The cutscenes, of which there are many, totally immerse you in the story and make you feel the urgency of the situation. It is set in cold and snowy winter and you can almost feel it as you play. The scenery is bright, clear and crisp. The music is apropos to the gameplay and I played with it on low. The environmental sounds are perfect too.
There are 4 modes of play: casual, regular, expert and detective. I played on casual as I always do for review. You can adjust sound, environment, music and voice levels. There is an transporting map that shows where you are and where tasks are yet to be done. The HOS's are not crowded and are interactive-cleverly so. The minigames are thoroughly enjoyable and seemed original to me and can be skipped after the button charges. I'm not a long-time gamer though so those that are may have seen these games but I haven't. They weren't super simple either and had just enough challenge to make me work a little but not beat my head against a wall. The music was good and put me on edge at the right spots. You have a companion dog to help reach things you can't and you collect coins to buy him stuff from the store. There's also another collection but I don't want to say what-let that be a surprise. The game progresses very smoothly and logically and there's a hint button if needed. The one drawback is the hint button tells you what to do rather than giving a hint rendering a strategy guide unnecessary. A new player could play this game because the tutorial is very clear and the hint button so exact. I don't know if there's a journal because I never looked for, nor needed, one.
Even though there's really no need for a SG I still recommend the CE rather than waiting for the SE because this game is so fantastic I know I'll want the bonus chapter, as I suspect so will you.
