I'll keep this brief. The storyline was cohesive, but at the same time, I couldn't understand why anyone would go through all of the trouble that they did to support the storyline. I enjoyed collecting ducats along the way to make purchases for the items I would need throughout the game. The visuals were great. The challenges were challenging at times. There was no interactive map. I would recommend the game overall. But it really depends on the types of games you like.
Initially, when I played the demo, I was more so intrigued by the storyline. So I knew I would buy it. But it wasn't enough to make me buy it right away. So I waited for a deal to come along. Since purchasing it, I had to warm myself up to it and re-discover why I wanted to get it. There's quite a bit to say about the game. But I will keep it brief. A map is available, but you have to piece it together throughout the game. It is NOT interactive, but it very well should be! The character you are looking for in the game is a friend of yours. She leaves hints along the way for you to find her. There are times in the game where you turn into some type of beast yourself to help you defeat the evildoers. The graphics were sharp. The challenges were challenging at times. It was ok as far as the fun factor. I definitely recommend playing the trial version FIRST. Depending on your tastes, it could go either way as far as the actual purchasing of the game. But do so with caution. Use a deal or game credit to be on the safe side.
An hour was long enough for me to decide to purchase this game. I am more intrigued by the storyline than anything else. I definitely want to see where it goes and how it ends. Although there is a map, it's not interactive, which displeases me. It does, however, let you know where you are and if there are tasks to be performed there. The hint meter charges quickly in casual mode. The mini games, thus far, are relativley simple. I did not care for the visuals too much because I prefer them to be sharp. Normally that is a definite deterent for me. But as stated earlier, the storyline was enough to convince me to buy. It is definitely well worth the hour to make an informed decision.
I will be purchasing this game! The graphics were so amazingly sharp - love, love, LOVE that! So far the storyline seems to be cohesive and sensible. I love that this game has an interactive map. The hint meter doesn't take forever to recharge. I love that the areas of interest are highlighted by a static ball of sparkles - not just the hidden object scenes. I think that is a perfect feature for beginners, especially. The mini games were pretty cool and not so difficult. I just think this is an overall good game and it has held my interest enough for me to purchase it. I only expect things to continue to get better from there. Hope I'm not disappointed. Try it. I think you'll like it.
I recommend this game!

I enjoyed playing this game. It has all of the qualities I like in a game. It was fun being the detective and solving the case. Although the graphics weren't sharp, they were still pleasing to the eye. The mini games had their challenges. The skip meter didn't take a long time to charge up. The storyline was an interesting one. By time you did solve the case, however, you pretty much knew who the guilty culprit really was. Although the initial suspect is not who he appears to be - which was surprising and good for me as a twist. I don't think you can go wrong purchasing this game. I believe the trial version will draw you in so that you will give it a try.
Compared to the other 2 Drawn games, this one is the best thus far! Each game in the series seemed to be improved upon. It's a learning experience I suppose. This storyline seemed to be a little different from the others because Iris isn't the primary character in this installment. It seems to have its own storyline and I greatly appreciated that in this particular game series. The graphics were beautifully done. I had more fun with this game in comparison to the others. Advice was at your disposal if you needed any guidance. If you needed to skip any of the puzzles, the skip meter charged up rather quickly in comparison to other games, which I liked. I've only played the trial version of this game. But I would still recommend it. I plan to purchase it. But not just yet. Give this one a chance.
I'll try to keep this brief. I DID NOT like the first Drawn game. This one, I wasn't too crazy about. But to me, it was better than the first one. There was little to no guidance on the first one. This one was different because you were given advice instead of hints, which was a bit more helpful. I could tell that there was improvement on the second installment, which I appreciated. However, I still do not plan to buy this game - even for the current special of $1.99. My best advice is for you to DEFINITELY play this game prior to buying it. Use your game credit or game code for free if you are that daring. But I would still feel like it would be a waste.
Enter the world of Drawn. Explore the Painted Tower and unravel its mysteries on your quest to save the hope of the kingdom. Can you reach the top of the tower?
I didn't really care for this game. Admittedly, it IS different from what I am used to. But I just could not get into it. I tried to last the whole hour of this game and I could NOT do it! It was not fun for me. The visuals do change and become somewhat beautiful, (and I use that word lightly), once you complete a drawing of Iris'. It was quite the challenge to figure out what to do. You do have a hint helper. But to me, he wasn't as helpful as I needed him to be. If I were to buy this game, I would have definitely been using the walkthrough for this one at least 3/4s of the way through this game. And I don't roll like that. Using it now and then for when you get stuck is one thing. But not what I deem may have been the entire time. The storyline was literally clear. Maybe if I played it a little while longer, I would have had a better understanding. But I'm nowhere near interested enough to find out. So I definitely will NOT be buying this game. And I DO NOT recommend it!
I thought this game was great! The primary aspects of the game were spot on! The storyline was an interesting one. The costar asks you for help in righting a wrong he is responsible for. But sometimes with great responsibility comes sacrifice. But he is still helpful, along with the other souls of the village, in helping you to put the villian back where he belongs. There is no interactive map. But it's not so bad without one. Your task list serves as a diary with hints that you can click on to show you where you need to perform a task, or where you need to use an inventory item. The hint button is not really necessary to use unless you have a problem finding an item in the HO scenes. The mini games were fairly easy to complete. The visuals were sharp and beautifully made. Overall, this is a good game to play and buy. Well worth the cost and the bonus punch!
I liked this game. The storyline flowed well. The hidden object scenes were not difficult. The graphics looked good. It was fun to pick up pieces of a drawing and have it come to life to help show you clues/hints, and to move the story along. I did wish, however, that it had an interactive map. It would have been useful at times when navigating throughout the scenes. The ending was a happy one, but it did leave room for a possible second edition of the game.
