This is one edition of the Redemption Cemetery series that takes you on a journey so incredible that you may never sleep again, yet once you complete the adventure you deserve the much needed rest. Dr. Jim Phillips and Dr. Jane Warovski have resurrected a Dark Lord out of an obelisk at an excavation site. A terrible Night Terror Virus is unleased and patients at the Dream Research Institute must stay awake or else die in their dreams. You will really have to think outside the box once you discover the morph cola vending machine (Morpheus Cradle) and use it to deposit soul spirits from the patients in the institute to be transported into their dreams and save them. This theme of tele-transportation and time travel is what has made Redemption Cemetery such a cult classic fan favorite! ERS has done a fantastic job with this new edition and it's trending at high velocity on social media. Heavily criticized on one hand and highly praised by the other, just proves that the developers deliver for fans who crave counter-culture and are bored with the status quo. The graphics and voice overs are really other worldly too creating a trippy almost hallucinogenic effect. It isn't a game for kids or the faint hearted. Oh how I love a game that comes with a warning disclaimer! Demo this one and wave goodbye to the ERS rabbit when your mind plunges down the hole...........

Okay detective put on your black leather gloves and travel to Bordeaux France for your next assignment and prepare to encounter Saint Germaine, the sinister dwarf of Haunted Legends as you investigate eight murders of the Marinite Monastery. Upon arriving and learning the history of Stephon Astor from Abbot Dominic and you examine one of the items from Stephon's house. This item which you call "the eye" isn't a magic artifact by itself but just one part of another one. According to "Haunted Legend" the Astor family possessed a mirror of truth which can only be activated by placing on it a dozen such EYES. The only way to discover how the mirror works is to find all the eyes....CREEPY! When you meet the Cardinal and save his life he tells you of the story that took place 20 years ago when he made a terrible decision without examining the facts. A decision that almost costs him his life if not for you. He reveals a secret to you that Stephan Astor is a powerful Mage. During a search of his home the Cardinal discovers a magical artifact "the EYE" which Astor never denied belonged to him, yet couldn't prove he hadn't used it to harm others. The evidence subsequently resulted in a death sentence which was later pardoned. However, during the 20 year sentence Father Dominic was charged with the responsibility of hiding the secret artifact in the Marinite Monastery. To keep them hidden a key was split; Father Dominic has one half and the Cardinal has the other. Together they reveal the hiding place of the artifact. You can start your investigation when you research the court documents stored in the secret cache in the monastery. Take the keys and find the documents. OH, and I trust you can keep a secret....... Adam Wolfe is an episodic hidden object adventure game created by Mad Head Games. It’s more “adventure” than “hidden object” and even though that is usually a big turn off for me, in this case things are completely different. Before getting to the review itself, it’s worth mentioning that the game has been released on multiple platforms in different ways. For us as Big Fish gamers it is available as two Standard Edition games: Adam Wolfe: Flames of Time and Adam Wolfe: Blood of Eternity. Adam Wolfe is not your regular guy – he’s that type of private investigator who specializes in investigations of the supernatural. Part of this is caused by the mysterious disappearance of his sister who still haunts his dreams every night. He knows she’s still alive and, after months of no progress with his investigation, he finally has a new lead. And his life is about to get a lot more complicated, as all sorts of supernatural creatures and unimaginable cults will get thrown into his life, resulting in incredible adventure after incredible adventure. There is a total of four different mysteries that you have to solve during the game. You can consider each a standalone episode, but they are all connected and lead to the inevitable conclusion. I really loved this approach and enjoyed the different mini-adventures, each with their own characters and mysteries.
Although Adam Wolfe throws at you all the known tricks of regular casual games: like hidden object scenes, hints and HOPA mechanics, this is also a game that players who don’t really fancy playing hidden object games would love. This means that the focus is greater on the puzzles and adventure itself, while the hidden object scenes are few and far in between. But even the hidden object games come with new elements and manage to sometimes stay away from the regular list finds: I really enjoyed playing them, even though I wouldn’t have minded getting a bit more of those. They were really well done and with each new episode, their quality increased. The minigames and puzzles were fun to play as well. I found most of them fairly easy to complete, but I had a few where I ended up scratching my head and wondering what to do next. This is a great thing as I don’t like games that are insanely difficult, nor those that I cruise through like a hot knife through butter. An extremely important element – and definitely one of the game’s greatest strong points – is the high quality of its graphics and sound. The visuals are absolutely amazing, with the cinematic cut scenes delivering the wow factor like few hidden object puzzle adventures do. Attention was paid to details and everything in between. I never found anything to complain regarding the graphics and the amazing animations – and I usually find at least something to complain about. The sound is surprising too. Not only that the soundtrack is decent and never gets annoying, but the voice overs are absolutely amazing! With this game, you’re getting AAA voice over from talented actors – again, something that you rarely see in such games. Kudos to Mad Head Games for investing tons of time in all areas of the game! What Adam Wolfe manages to deliver is a complete adventure, a skillfully brewed potion of awesomeness, mixing smart storytelling with great game mechanics and topping them with eye candy visuals and great audio. It’s an intense adventure with horror elements (but without overdoing it), a beautiful game that manages to make you care about its characters and keeps you glued in front of the screen until you reach the final credits. All in all, Adam Wolfe is a must play game, both for fans of the genre, but also for those who don’t necessarily play this type of games in their spare time. And the best part about it is that each new episode is better than the previous so you’re always getting better and better content. Amazing!

Embark on a dangerous adventure in which you’ll have to go against forces that are beyond this world. Play the role of Adam Wolf investigate the disappearance of your sister and travel through the world in order to find out where she is. Use a variety of tools during the gameplay to progress further into the game. Adam Wolfe: Flames of Time is without a doubt one of the most unique games out there and, alongside this, it’s also one of the most enjoyable as well. The game features a very creative setting, innovative gameplay and, to round everything off, visuals that are some of the best that this genre has to offer. However, before going into any further detail about the game, it’s worth mentioning that there’s a lot of graphic content in it so it’s intended for mature audiences only (Yay)!!! In Adam Wolfe: Flames of Time, you play as Adam Wolfe himself whose sister has been kidnapped by supernatural forces. This won’t be an easy task but you’ll need to go against all odds in order to figure out the mystery behind your sister’s disappearance so that you can rescue her before the supernatural forces end up harming her. As mentioned earlier, Adam Wolfe: Flames of Time is quite unique and this is mainly thanks to the addition of a variety of useful tools that players can use during the gameplay. Each and every single one of the tools that Adam Wolfe has at his disposal can be utilized in a creative way and it’s up to you to figure out how you can use them to progress further into the game. These tools add a lot of depth to the gameplay and they do an excellent job of setting this game apart from the rest. Other than the tools, the game also features a variety of spectacular hidden object scenes that are a delight to play and are quite challenging as well so you’ll definitely have a good time going through the game. Alongside the hidden object scenes, the mini-games and puzzle sequences of Adam Wolfe: Flames of Time are quite enjoyable as well because a lot of them are based on supernatural elements that make them very unique. The puzzles and mini-games are quite tough as well so you may need to put in a bit of extra effort to get through them. However, if you absolutely cannot seem to get past a particular mini-game or puzzle, you can use the skip button to get through it. In terms of visuals, Adam Wolfe: Flames of Time is absolutely breathtaking. The creepy and ominous art style has been pulled off with perfection so the game is pretty much filled to the brim with many highly detailed environments that are a sight to behold. The animations are very fluid as well and there are also many creative supernatural elements in the mix that make the experience extremely immersive. I can't wait to play the next installment of this excellent series!!!

I love the Living Legends series and Immortal Love, and now these developers take the genre to a whole different level. This is the second installment of Edge of Reality. The first one was Ring of Destiny. The opening of Lethal Predictions asks the question, "What if I told you that accidents aren't accidents at all, whether it's a broken nail or a plane crash someone's evil will is always behind it?" Welcome to University city and the extraordinary story of Sarah whose magic infused charm bracelet enables her to see into the events of the future. Events of horrifying murder's and the ability to change the trajectory of these murders before it's too late! Reviewers have already touched on Jacob and Charles with their involvement with the story. Now you are faced with the supernatural task of stopping a spirit of vengeance. A horrifying Banshee and she is cursing her victims one by one, fulfilling an ancient tragedy that dates back 100 years. The police investigation team Beth and Roy enter into the story after your accident and hospital stay, when they become suspicious of your encounters. They believe you have a personality disorder. Beth even tells Roy you need psychiatric help. You can't blame them though; they haven't seen future like you have. It's only after you see the future fate of police investigator Roy and what you must do in order to save him AND your father that the story plot thickens. You won't be alone though, Uni your dog is along for the journey. Uni is a dog lovers dream by the way and while using the bracelet may at times be a bit cumbersome it is a useful artifact that helps you progress forward in this quagmire of a quest. So if your looking for something beyond the status quo in this genre this game is for you! Phenomenal and riveting accurately describe this unbelievable adventure. Players of every level can enjoy this edition, so Demo and keep in mind that the storyline and gameplay really change velocity after the demo. I was pleasantly surprised just how intriguing and engaging this HOPA was, in spite of the rather easy puzzles. The hidden object scene's are exceptional, like the graphics and the voice-overs. I hope 4 Friends developers continue with this series and if you've been looking for a game to use a game coupon toward this is it. Cheers!

Domini Games presents the next exhilarating chapter in their classic Dark Romance series! In this installment you once again get to play dual roles as Romeo and Juliet. The story begins with a back story of how Juliet's mother Alberta dies during the birth of her daughter Juliet. It's an emotional beginning to this adaptation of the classic tale and I really didn't know if I wanted to pursue this avenue on this particular adventure. My trajectory soon changed as I continued with the narrative of plot and I am so glad it did. When you progress with the game and learn Romeo and Juliet survive their families' feud and pledge to get married, a ghost from the Capulets' past surfaces and wants to make sure the feud never ends and the Capulets are destroyed! Juliet's father locks her in a room within the castle determined never to let her see Romeo again but protecting her from a gastly ghost named Gaspar may be the greater motive. There seems to be a Dark Romance that occurred with Alberta and Gaspar decades earlier and the only person who knows the true secrets of this affair is Aunt Lucretia. Her knowledge is ultimately key in defeating Gaspar's dastardly desire to destroy the Capulet family. Will you be able to reach her in time? Play dual roles of Juliet and Romeo with unbelievable challenges via puzzles and hidden object scenes to find out. It's an engaging mystery that pulls you in to help them find a happy ending, or else they're doomed to forever be star-crossed lovers.

Moreover, all sorts of other obstacles stand in your way, and it’s important to deal with all of them. The story is full of unique characters with excellent voice acting and human emotion. Following the success of Subliminal Realms: the Masterpiece, Boolat Games is back with another Subliminal Realms game. With terrfic visuals and mesmerizing fantasy landscapes, Call of Atis does deliver all of this. It pains me to rate this game at only 2 stars because I tried to remain objective but it doesn't even come close to "The Masterpiece". The game play was boring and so was the story. I've played too many games with the exact same story that were much better. My review is subjective and only my opinion. Demo this edition and decide for yourself.
I don't recommend this game.

This is the 5th installment of the "4 Friends" Living Legends series! They took the World by surprise in 2012 with the snowy ground-breaking ICE ROSE, which is 1st in this incredible series. Now in Beasts of Bremen you are introduced to twin sisters and you take the role of Emily who goes after the living legends. The other one is Rosabella. She is a talented musician with a totally different life. In this episode the two sisters come together to enjoy a big city music festival, where Rosabella is honored to perform. It is a big deal for the sisters, but the joy and festivities are gone when an ominous magic fog comes into town and transforms the whole town into animals. Animals which have been cursed into the form of dolls and given to each of the musicians and they subsequently become cursed. The musicians have always been able to keep the fog out of Bremen by playing their music but that's about to end and Rosabella is kidnapped leaving you with the mysterious task of figuring out what to do next in this tantalizing tale. It quickly turns into another case for Emily where she has no doubt that she needs to deal with another living legend. Is it a Mistress of fog who is behind it all or will your suspicions rise regarding Rosabella? Emily can not resist the fog forever. She has to hurry to find Rosabellla and help the town to go back to its normal state. Hence, your mission is to stop this evil and save your sister, as well as make the festival happen. The game's graphics are beautiful and fitting for the time and place. The scenes are colorful but with a feel of dark magic in them. The festival details add another interesting kick to the locations of the town of Bremen. This Collector's Edition offers all the things you would expect. You are going to play many hidden object scenes, most of which lean toward interactive lists. Then there are mini-games, some of which are rather easy, but it always depends on the skills of a player. Some of both of there and available for replay! Players of ALL levels can enjoy this edition. Search every scene for a morphing object and a collectible paper doll. To add more challenge, there are 22 achievements that you can earn and a whole lot of media extras to enjoy when you are done (concept art, wallpapers, music etc). But it's not the end when you are done with this story. There is a Bonus game with another interesting adventure! This edition isn't like the acclaimed ICE ROSE. It's not the winter adventure of FROZEN BEAUTY with snow white and her nemesis the queen. It's not WRATH OF THE BEAST when you helped Goldilocks defeat those magic infused man-bear creatures or BOUND BY WISHES where saving souls and making dreams come true came with a hefty price. It is an awesome adventure nonetheless and one I am glad I added to complete the series. Demo this one and keep in mind that the real adventure lies beyond the demo play and the ominous fog is just a small aspect of a much more intricate and unique story......

This is the 4th installment in the unique series Royal Detective. Borrowed life tells of a sculptor named Tristan who crafts a living stone statue replica of his wife Olivia when he believes that she has died. When the story unfolds and Tristan learns that his wife isn't dead at all and he now has two Olivia's subsequently the story and gameplay drafts you into an adventure that is truly marvelous. What a conundrum! Tristan also has another dilemma on his hands when the other statues he makes come to life and turn on him for not being able to eat, can't enjoy life or feel pain or heat. Who would figure the statues would take on personalities of the people they resemble? You meet the living statue Henrietta, a sweet granny whose living statue granddaughter Maya tells you the secret of evil statues with red eyes and kind statues with green eyes. All of this comes together so you gain awareness of the age old story of good vs. evil and the story becomes even more incredible. Royal Detective: The Lord of Statues took the world by storm when it first came out in June 2012 and Elephant has put forth tremendous effort to do it again this time. The graphics are gorgeous and the hidden-object and puzzles sections are very entertaining. This was a wonderful surprise and long over due. The bonus game is a save the love of your life story which is an added plus. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. The usual CE bling is all included and if you haven't played the first game purchase that CE version as well. You won't be disappointed!!!
