With a good tempo and a strong game play, this episode was really fun, but with some minor issues here and there and some frenzy puzzles to solve. You get to collect golden feathers (usually 2) in every scene and bird-like morphings that light up. I liked the idea of a lit, caged crow as a hint icon in the Menu bar. And the bonus round is equally strong. The scenario good be better...
I recommend this game!

So, this episode is yet the best so far of this title. The way the story unfolds and gets to its peak, really makes up for all the slooooow talking of your ghostly father. You get to collect: morphing silhouettes (good luck with that), on-scene showed emblems, and hanging pictures. The assemble of the picture in the bonus round a pretty unique one. Overall it's a good game, with good flow. To me, the bonus round was better than the main one.
I recommend this game!

This story gets even more emotional and moving from title to title. A beautiful and even delicate storyline that must conquer its past and then darkness. Some of the puzzles, like the one with the horse and the candies, are just a beauty brainer. You get to collect candles in all sorts of forms. Loved it!
I recommend this game!

So... this game got me torn a little bit about my rating. It's a ridiculously cute game with fairytale-like artwork and that's its only bonus. Not a small thing, but still... It's music, in the main part, is monotonous and sleepy and the puzzles are for the best part just too simple. Almost childish. You get to collect coins and dolls in almost every scene. And some fun features are the spells you can cast and the traits you observe on people, while talking to them. Although that only happens once... And what is this with the so few wallpapers? I mean you already have the artwork, so why not share the love?!
I recommend this game!

Although the artwork is in general ok, in the close-up scenes it is for sure outdated. Or at least it feels old. And I'm guessing that the No8 accompanying the title is there for a reason... Also, I'm not crazy about those ugly interactive HOPs. Although the flair and era is prehistoric (aka dinosaur-y), the puzzles and objects you interact with are pretty much technologically advanced. You get to collect in every scene frescoes of dinosaurs embedded in surfaces like stone. As for the puzzles, some are quite challenging but most, like in the bonus round the sliding pieces box, are just no fun at all. No point in even trying to "solve" some of them! So, overall, an "ok" game. Is it worthy of your free time? Only if you're out of options... Still, I'm gonna recommend it.
I recommend this game!

Having just finished the latest (poor) Danse Macabre 8, this one is always a joy to play, beautiful like a painting and cute as a button. It starts off early, setting the tone! The tiny doll is just smashing fun! Oh wow, and what an ending! Only small downside the few wallpapers that aren't even the best ones of the game
I recommend this game!

Uh, this title is like walking into a trap. It's a game that has its own flair, magic, experience for sure, and of course followers. And yet, this episode is just a very uneven game with awful artwork. How sad. Why change something successful? But, if you give it some time and get past the ugly artwork, then maybe you'll get to appreciate the truly lovely, positive story and celtic atmosphere. After all, you are chasing a banshee! Now I simply can't fathom, how a celtic game can not have celtic music! What a miss... Don't forget: You have eternal-like sign for grabs in every scene, usually but not restricted to up high. Also, on the minus side I put the very disappointing wallpapers, to which I always pay attention and seek out. Lastly, this game is a bit short in duration. So no, I don't think it deserves my recommendation and one's time.
I don't recommend this game.

Although it starts at a great point, I think that after a while this game becomes doomed, mainly because of its so uninspired and boring scenario. I mean, we've seen this concept over and over again. And I don't want to categorize it, but you either love "Witche's Legacy" or not, because of its somewhat oldish flair. You get to collect morphing silhouettes plus puzzle pieces, to which the cursor changes once over them -a good thing, always. The blow-wind puzzle is just a beauty! I could play a whole game just based on this concept.
I recommend this game!

My new fav. By playing it, I discovered bit by bit new features, original puzzles and that was a gaming unmatched surprise! What a clever game. I might not agree with its aesthetics completely, but it consists of really-really clever and unique components, all the way to the end. You must find collectibles in the form of books with a heart in the center plus morphing objects in the mini HOG interactive puzzles. The imprint on the typemachine of the items you must find, in the interactive puzzles, is particularly clever. Another clever puzzle concerns your entry to the elevator, plus the idea when you must following (with the arrows) the beast flying in the abandened cowboy city. Even the menu is completely differently "staged". I really liked the performance in terms of speakage of the witch-cat. And the cherry on top being the flying broom... vroom, vroom! Like the best surprise party ever, I was really thrilled by playing this game. Bravo!
I recommend this game!

Look for morphing figures and butterflies in scenes. And then you have tarot cards and of courses your see-the-past glasses. So, my opinion? Everything seems so... tiny? Really unpleasant music and in the HOG puzzles the artwork is just mediocre, at best. The whole "look in the mirror" and find the reflection differences is just sadistic. From the point of game play reaction it's really slow. I mean every time you grab something, you have to wait for your hand to go through the ghostly world. Come on, get some energy going! It's the world of the living... The scenario plus wording of the script is pretty gruesome. Also, it's kinda frustrating: Usually, the bonus game is either the prequel (how did it all began) or sequel and closure to the story. With this one... I'm not sure! Was it the father of the father?... And then, what's with the "sadistic" notion that when you make a mistake in the piano "puzzle" you have to start over?! And last but not least, the wallpapers are dreadful.
I don't recommend this game.
