First off, this game kicks tail and asks questions later. I noticed quite a few had a problem with the Ravens and so did I. Do the full tutorial and it will show you where the first one is. And yes it is where the strat guide said it was. For some reason I couldn't pick it up either without doing the tutorial. The 2nd one is not. It says it's on the rock when actually it's to the right of the screen, and clearly visible. From #3 on, they for me were where the strat guide said they would be. I have them all up to Chapter 4. And they're adorable I might add. The VO's in this game are awesome. These devs (like they did with the first one), put their heart and soul into this game. The length is awesome, just the whole nine yards.
Story: The wicked witch of the west known as a Dark Other is after your poor adopted brother Jace. Then shortly down the road Jace gets kidnapped by the witch. Another Other known as a Light Other eventually comes to your aid. But things take a turn for the worst, and you are still trying to help your brother. And the story will continue. Awesome story.
Graphics: Gorgeous! The cut scenes are like watching a movie. Incredibly done.
Music: Fits the game perfectly. Really adds to the game.
Mini Games: I am on one tough now, but I will try to figure it out. Some reason the solution in the strat guide doesn't fit the way the puzzle is or I am doing something wrong. Most likely the latter. But the other ones we're really fun, and all are made strictly for the game, so yes they're all original.
H0GS: There is a variety of H0GS, like the lists, using one item to get the other items, and silhouettes.
Map: Has the icons such as the exclamation point to show you have something to do there. Green mark is where you are, and blank means you done with that area. It is a jump map.
Hint System: Works well outside the H0GS, and shows what items you need with what. Really well done, and it has a 10 second recharge rate.
Again, kudos to the team! These guys put out one of the top CE's. The length is great. Keep up the fantastic work. You guys rock! I highly recommend this game.

I saw this game on a different site who I don't deal with, and I was one happy camper to see it here. This is the second Greed game, the first being Greed: The Mad Scientist. The VO's in this game are done extremely well. The cutscenes are done very well also. There is a couple of collectibles in the game. Ten purple oracle discs, and nine pages of Sophia's diary. You start collecting those when you go to the lab. I have not ran into a map yet, so I don't know if we get one or not.
Story: You play as Julia who starts out with having a bad dream where you are being abducted by these 'Oracles'. the look guys in black wet suits and gas masks. After you wake up, you receive a call from a man who's asking you about a package. In it is a letter stating that your sister is alive and that you need to get to a lab to rescue her. According to Sophia, she said she was being treated well, but didn't look it when you saw her. They say she is the 'special one', and they want to keep her alive. Well off we go to rescue her. And this is where the rest of the story continues. Very interesting so far.
Graphics: Awesome. I really love the 3D graphics. It makes the characters look so much more lifelike.
Music: Done very well. Adds to the creepiness factor of the game. You get the goosebumps every now and then.
Mini Games: Not too hard or easy, just right for me. I am truly enjoying them.
Hint System: I tested it out on my demo game in a H0G for this review, and it shows you on the blue words exactly what you have to do. On the outside it shows you what where to go or what item to use for the area in question. Note: On the games I am going to play all the way through, I don't use the hints.
H0GS: So far I only ran into lists with the blue words for the extra step. I don't know if they will have different ones or not.
Again, all in all this is one fantastic game. Kudos to the team!
I recommend this game!

This is to me by far the best Puppetshow ever. For your main character, you get to choose whether you want a male or female. There is as always a custom setting. As collectibles you find dolls. Note on the collectibles. You will see where the doll are in the guide, but you do not just click on them and collect them. Some are in hog scenes, but the game will tell you when to collect it. Some you have to give them missing body parts in order to collect them. You also collect coins to upgrade the dolls. The upgrades are cute. on the bottom left is the doll house. The VO's were done exceptionally well in this game. We have a little sidekick puppet who is extremely handy. She not only collects things for you, but her hat works as a flashlight and she warns of things that are going to happen. And of course it wouldn't be Puppetshow without the comical spider puppets.
Story: You play as a reporter and you were sent a letter by your best friend Enrique Torres. He needs your help. So naturally you go trucking off to give him aid. Upon your arrival you meet the Sheriff (who from the first meeting seems shady). As you see more of the story unfold, you see why I said that. Your next encounter is with a woman named Helen. She is on your side from the beginning because she is in love with Enrique. She tells us that he is the next one to 'perform' at the the Theater of Emotions. So you and Helen team up to try and save Enrique.
Graphics: Totally awesome! This team has one of the best graphics team ever.
Music: Couldn't be any better. Really adds to the spookiness of the game.
Mini Games: Gives you a choice of 'Hard' or 'Casual' mode. So far all the mini games I've played are original. They are not to hard or easy no matter which mode I chose. They are really fun.
Map: Very animated map. Nicely done. You have: A little dude-means you are here, a blue exclamation point-means unknown, a red exclamation point-means something to do there, and a green check mark-means area is completed. And it's a jump map.
Hint system: I don't use it in H0GS cause I like to go for the achievements, but outside of H0GS it is a huge help. Between the map and hint button, I just use the guide if I'm stuck on a puzzle.
Again team, kudos to all of you for an awesome game. I highly recommend this game.

This team did a superior job on this game. This to date is my favorite game. I am loving every aspect of it. Emily is totally adorable. Arya the cat is great. I am a cat lover through and through, so it's great to have her along. I love animal helpers. A roll with the punches kinda gal. Awesome sense of humor. The VO's in this game were brilliantly done. At the time of writing this review I played the game for around 2 1/2 hours and now flaws in the least.
Story: Emily was at home and in her photography studio living and ordinary life (as she put it), when there was a knock at the door from a lady by the name of Kate Reed. She told Emily she is in danger if she stays here and showed Emily a purple meteorite heading straight for them. She got Emily into the car and off they went to the House of Lancaster through a portal. She met Gabriel, (the owner of the House of Lancaster) and got the lowdown of what's going on. She finished things up at her place, grabbed the cat, (I wouldn't leave my cat either lol), and off she goes. Now on the the rest of the story.
Graphics: Superbly done. The way you guys did the robots everything, it looks so real.
Music: Couldn't fit the game better. Adds to the suspense of the game. But you guys to me always did have the best music ever.
Mini Games: The ones I played are totally original and a nice change of pace. Finally get some new blood in the mini games. They are really fun to play and a challenge, but just right.
H0GS: A very nice variety. But this team even in their SE's always had a nice variety of H0GS. There is my one favorite type of using one item to get another, then to find parts for a particular object. Just a variety.
Hint System: I don't use it in H0GS, but if you get stuck, it works beautifully outside of H0GS. I honestly don't see how you could get stuck in the game.
Map: Four green arrows is current location, Pink dot is location has objectives, Question mark not discovered yet, and Check mark location completed. It is also a jump map.

There is no VO's in the game, but to me that's neither here nor there, it's the game that matters. I love the main character and his sense of humor, and this is the first time we had a child as a main character. A very strong willed little man. This game to me is running smooth as silk. No hesitations in the zoom-ins, not dark in the least on my monitor, fine to me. And I love the creepiness of the game.
Story: This town turned into a total mist, which did steal the boys parents away from him. He wants to find his parents and find out why the town turn out like this and what is causing it. Practically around every corner he is running into shadows but it is not stopping him in the least. While on his journey he ran into another orphaned girl named Emily. She knows what is going on and what is causing the shadows, but just as she was about to tell, the shadows abducted her. Now he is on a quest to find out where Emily and his parents are.
Graphics: I think the graphics are wonderful. The lighting is just right on my comp in and out of H0GS.
Music: This is totally adding to the creep factor. I really like the music.
H0GS: So far it is the list of words with green words for the extra step. I am not sure if that will change, or stay the same.
Map: You have your exclamation points to let you know you have something to do there, and yes you would have something to do, not just the ! and you still have to wait for another item to complete the task. It is also a jump map.
Mini Games: Except for one, all the mini games were original which makes it truly enjoyable. And they're nice mini games. Not these umpteen step ones where you need the strat guide for or you end up skipping.
Hint Button: Nicely done. It shows you exactly what needs to be done meaning even it's on another screen, it takes you there. I am playing in expert mode, and it's not a long recharge at all.
All in all this team did a really nice job with this game. I am going to truly enjoy playing the rest of it and see what happens. Kudos to this team!
I recommend this game!

The VO's in this game are superbly done. The VO of the demon to me sounds like James Earl Jones. I love that demon's voice. Talk about goose bumps! This is an escape the island game. And boy does that poor pilot (who is suppose to be the player), have a long ways to go. Spookiness factor top notch! The whole surrounding is just plain eerie. Collectibles are photos that go into a photo album, and there is 15 to collect.
Story: You're flying along minding your business, and then your plane decides to do a Bermuda Triangle type deal. The only difference is that you still have radio contact with the control tower and they're telling you what to watch out for, but the demon overrides all of that and you crash land onto an island. After you get yourself somewhat back together, you meet a fisherman who's a ghost and tells you his sad tale (which is really sad), then he helps you and your on your way to finding out how to get off of the island.
Graphics: Superb as always. This team always had awesome artists.
Music: Perfectly done and adds to the spookiness of the game. Eerie, I love it!
Mini games: Fun for me, look forward to more.
H0GS: Word lists so far and put the item you receive back together.
Map: A candle means an objective to do, a Raven's Head means you are here, and a checkmark means you completed the area. It is a jump map.
Again ERS never did disappoint, and this game is no exception. Kudos to the team for a job well done!

EleFun is one of my fav teams, and this is one of my fav series. My fav character is that little imp. VO's were superb, but with Lynn's mom her VO was good, but she could have gotten a little less excited to where everything appeared to be a major crisis and it seemed she was yelling. Wolfgang boomed out too this time around.
Story: The evil people set up a carnival to lure Lynn and her hubby into a trap. Once they got into what appeared to be the fortune teller's hut, the evil dudes opened up the portal to snatch Lynn and turn poor Edward into a puppet. Now we are on a mission to save Lynn once again. I know more of the story but don't want to spoil. But as much as I love this series, maybe they can rescue Lynn a couple more times and put this series to rest and let Lynn and Edward lead normal lives with their best buddy the imp.
Graphics: On my comp they were gorgeous graphics. No problem in the H0G scenes either.
Music: Fit the game outside of H0GS nicely and added to the game. In H0GS (sorry EleFun but it sounded like a bad version of Chopsticks).
Mini Games: Two I had to look at the guide, but the rest were really fun. On the repeat the sequence one, thank goodness you only had us do it once. Between that one and the image slider puzzles, those two can R.I.P..
Hint System: Don't use it for the H0GS, but for the other part of the game it was awesome. Couldn't of done no better.
Map; Exclamation points of something to do there, footprints to show where you are, and a star to show there is a collectible there.
H0GS: Different variety of H0GS from list with green words for extra step Items, also on these you would collect pieces of something to get a whole item, silhouettes, to where you open a main item and collect 6 pieces of it.
All in all it's a wonderful game, and I am truly enjoying it. Kudos to a team for a game well done.
I recommend this game!

This one I am truly loving. And I love Dupin's VO again. No, I don't hear the English, but this one fits him well. The VO's of all actors are done really well. And tidbit of info for me not knowing his first name was Auguste. If it ever was mentioned, blond moment for me. Also so far I had a few jump out of your seat moments. Love it! lol. There is 16 morphers for collectibles and your achievements. No animal helpers that I ran into yet. I do love them, but I think this series doesn't have them.
Story: We are trying to unravel the story of Dupin's friend Jacque and his wife Marie. Marie went missing supposedly, and we are trying to help Jacque locate her. We were on our way to see her Grandmother Madam Roget but she was of no help and it's like she is hiding something. When we were eavesdropping it sound like granny was talking to Marie or was she? The mystery unfolds and am curious to see where it leads.
Graphics: Awesome ERS style. Couldn't be better.
Music: Fits the game beautifully and adds to the suspense.
Mini Games: Not too hard or easy. Just fun!
H0GS: So far I only ran into the list type with the extra step words.
Map: Has the red exclamation points for your indicators, a top hat for 'You are here', and a green checkmark for the areas completed. It is also a jump map.
Hint Button: Tells you where you can go next and which item needs to be used on the scene as well as in the H0GS.
Again Kudos to the team for a very well done game! Thank you!

To me this studio is new and I am truly loving their game so far. The characters are awesome (especially that funny Uncle Peter). Poor Olivia and Nick has their hands full with him. This time we are going on an expedition. No relatives to save. Note this is an adventure game not a H0G. Not like the ones we are use to. And I for one like a good adventure game, and this fits perfectly. Also mention on the inventory bar. You don't need to lock it. This team did the bar very well. Not bebopping up and down when you try to go backwards. I hope more teams follow suit on this type.
Story: Uncle Peter has located an old abandoned church that is suppose to hide something fantastic that Uncle Peter wants to find out about. He calls upon the aid of Nick a famous writer and Olivia his niece. As they go a little further they find a corpse that looks like its been there for centuries warns them of demons and ghosts. Does that stop Uncle Peter? Nope. It makes him want to go on. Very intriguing story so far which makes me want to continue.
Music: Fits the game really well and adds to the suspense.
Mini Games: So far I am loving them. Nice little mini games that are fun, not the type where you have umpteen steps to complete the puzzle. Ex2, Fx3 etc... The kind you look at the walkthrough to complete. And yes there is a SKIP button.
Hint button: Very well done. You can't get stuck with that type of hint. It even shows you a picture of where you need to go. It shows you practically everything for help.
Graphics: Very well done for a cartoon style game. very crisp and clear. The graphics here are done better than some of the cartoons I've seen on my HD t.v..
Journal: I am putting the journal here because this journal is very helpful. This one here is a great memory jogger like when Isabela gave a list of what needed to be taken on the journey. It just doesn't repeat what the main character all ready said which I find totally useless. And it doesn't sparkle when a new entry is put in. Thank you team!
Kudos all the way around to the team on this game. I love it! Thank you for a wonderful game.

If I could, I would give it more than 5 stars. I am truly loving this one. No relatives to save in this one. The VO's are very well done and totally fit the character.
Story: A plague has hit the town and it's up to you to try to put an end to it. You were originally sent there by your mom Dr. Alyssa Tramell to Dr. Griffin to help find a cure, but when you get there, the town is in total turmoil because of an evil man's plan. Then it appears that same man set the whole town on fire and you are shipped to the neighboring town Wellport. There you continue on your journey to try and set things right.
Graphics: Awesome! Eipix couldn't of done it better. The H0S scenes and all are just beautiful.
Music: Fits the game beautifully. It adds suspense to the game.
Mini Games: Nicely done. Not to hard or easy. Just right for me.
Hint: Shows you where you need to go, and if you need help on what object to use where it shows that too. I don't use it in the H0S scenes, instead I play the match 3 if I get stuck.
Map: Has ! indicators to let you know you have something to do there, X 'you are here' and ? 'active objective. It's also a jump map.
H0S Scenes: I love them. Very active and gives a little variety in each. Really fun.
Eipix has done a superb job with this game. I will be looking forward to seeing it all the way through. Kudos to Eipix.
