A superb game. The storyline was fantastic. The music was beautiful. The graphics were okay, nothing to brag about but they were lovely. The HOS were very fun and not overly challenging. The puzzles, I did skip a few I don't particularly like the "tetris" ones. There was no map but tbh it was not needed as the "map" is small anyways and when you collect items it usually gives you a hint what to do with the object collected. The hint button charges fast but doesn't tell you where to go or what to do, if you are in an area with nothing to do.
Overall this is a great game. Not many extras with the CE version other than a semi short bonus game and postcards to collect. No normal things like wallpapers or music.
Loved, loved, loved this game. The storyline itself was so cool. The HOS were lots of fun and some a bit different. The puzzles weren't too challenging. The scenery was nice, not the best but that's okay. Just the storyline made this game fabulous. Only downside was it wasn't a super long game. Bunch of flowers to collect. Your own room to decorate with the flowers (buy items with the flowers like wallpaper, etc.) Just loads of fun, well worth purchasing.
It should have been a tremendous achievement, but the tunnel through the Ridge of Leviathan became the site of a great disaster. What really happened that day?
The storyline was cool. I like Sci-Fi a lot so it was intriguing. The gameplay, itself, was rather boring after awhile. The commentary began to get repetitive and obnoxious with the mommy sounding whiny constantly and seeming to only care or her child and not both her child and husband, which I thought was typical and cruel. So that turned me off of this game massively. The puzzles were okay, the HOS were fun as again you had to use items you find elsewhere. But the game was somewhat of a let down. Seems like this entire series isn't pulling me in which I got because it was 4+ stars. Wish I would've known. Oh well.
I did not like this game, I was bored the entire time. The storyline was awful, the voice overs were bad, the gameplay was not good, the puzzles were meh. The scenery was bland. Having real actors do parts is nice, but not in this series. The voices don't fit theirs so it looks awful and annoying tbh. The only decent thing I liked was the HOS because they were different, where you needed to use inventory items you found outside the HOS on objects inside the HOS. And the extras you get with the CE were cool, but other than that, I'm sorry mates but you got this one wrong.
I found this game a bit annoying. The puzzles were quite difficult for me, so that was a major turn off. I found the nurse annoying for some reason. The hint/skip button took too long for "casual." The inventory didn't stay open. The graphics weren't fantastic.
The storyline was good I have to admit and the game really made you think a lot, but the game itself didn't pull me in. I think there were too many obstacles that annoyed me that I couldn't get passed so it made the game not in my top 10, let alone top 50.
This was a nice "darkish" game. Liked the story and gameplay but the game itself was too short. Finished main and bonus in less than 4 hours. The CE basically only had a bonus chapter, no extras like morphing objects, extra games to play that weren't in the main game etc. It's a decent game, but get the SE version.
This was a fun game to play. The story was fantastic, puzzles and HOS were fun. Lots to do in CE version. Sea creatures to find then whale bones after you finish the main game. The bonus chapter was cool, but the game in total took me about 4 hours to finish including all the bonuses. The storyline did draw me in so that was a bonus and the CE bonuses made it worth buying, just wished it lasted longer.
`Really good game despite it not being like the original Shivers series

I thought this game was great, although shorter than the other Shiver series. It was NOT dark and gloomy, but colorful, in fact a bit too colorful from what I had hoped for. I really enjoyed the first 2 Shiver series. The dark, gloomy, creepiness about them made me delve right in and enjoy every minute. This game was nothing like that. It belonged with all the other games that are colorful with some evil creature in it. Some of the graphics were cartoonish, again nothing like the original Shivers. But the game was fun, just didn't belong in the "horror" category sadly. The puzzles were a lot of fun as were the HOS. Originality in the HOS especially. There was a map in this one which was nice, unlike the other Shiver games and you can use it to teleport. Way more bonuses in the CE version compared to the other games. Really cool they had an option to buy stuff for your house and get to pick which curtains, tables, flooring etc you want.
Like I said I really enjoyed this game but it isn't anything like the original Shiver games which I thoroughly miss and wish they would make more of. Need more "horror" series in HOGs than the repetitive princesses and blah.
Definitely worth the money, but like I stated above it isn't as long as the other games. This took me approximately 4 hours to finish including bonus game, give or take, on normal settings.
Werewolves, meh, not the same Shiver games I liked. Not creepy nor eerie.

This game is opposite of the last two Shiver games. This one doesn't contain the creepiness, the "scariness" that the other Shiver games had. It was just plain out meh. I am not a fan of werewolf movies, games, etc. The whole werewolf genre lost its touch with all the TV series that made it cool to be werewolves, etc. Just boring. But that is just me, I guess. The gameplay was again meh. Most of the time the cursor wouldn't cooperate if you didn't click on the exact spot, etc, especially in the HOS scenes which made it obnoxious. It wasn't as long as the other Shiver games either. Only good thing about this one was the hint charged way, way faster than the previous games.
Idk, I wasn't feeling this game, felt to dull, sad to say because I LOVED the first two Shiver games.
I can't recommend nor not recommend this game as a lot of folks like the werewolf genre, so up to you.
Another Shivers game that is fantastic. Dark, eerie, everything I like. Great story, long game as is the bonus chapter. Not many mini games, but lots of HOS and some difficult to find objects. Loved every minute of the game. Well worth playing.
There is no interactive map, not that it really was needed in this game as it isn't a typical do one thing here and run 20 screens over to do one thing there. You knew what to do and where pretty much. Your inventory wasn't overly cluttered with stuff either which was good and also helped you to know what needed to be done and where to go. It was also a very long game. Not sure the amount of time it took me, but guessing 7+ hours.
Only complaint is the hint button, even on normal/casual, took forever to charge. Felt like 10 minutes, but probably 1-2 minutes, I never timed it.
