Game had potential to be much better, but overall it was dull and boring. The story was good as were all the HOPs and mini games, but, I was eager to get the game over with. It was somewhat a short game as well. Took me between 3-4 hours to complete including bonus game on normal mode. Definitely not worth the money spent. Get it when there's a sale or if you have a free coupon.
Lovely game, but literally too short. I believe I finished the main story and bonus game within 2 hours. Not worth full price. Get on sale or for free if you can. But it is a beautiful and fun little game.
I got bored towards the end of the game. Why does it seem like every game I play from Big Fish it always has a female leading role. What happened to the men? We forgot about them? Boring and typical.
Without warning, a group of mysterious figures arrives and reduces your village to flames and rubble. What do they want... and who is controlling them?
Loved the game. Storyline was great, graphics were nice, but I found it to be a bit too short. I did not sit and play it straight through until I finished. I would get up and clean up a bit, come back play for 20 minutes etc. I must have finished the main story in 2-3 hours and the bonus game in roughly 45 minutes, give or take. They did a good job but I do think they could have dragged the story and the play time out a bit longer especially when she encounters the other "girl" to help her. I do hope if they make another Legendary Tales game it lasts longer.
I will recommend this game just because I did find it fun, just beware it isn't a 6+ hour long game. Perhaps if you play it on the most difficult it would last longer.
This game would have been so much more fun if it had a MAP. The continuous back and forth and constantly needing to use the hint button since there were so many areas with one or two little things needed to be done made the game basically 'use the cheat way or sit there for hours upon hours getting frustrated.' The story was decent, puzzles were okay, some difficult but not having a map to travel or know where to go made this game obnoxious for me. Sadly.
I found this game extremely boring. I was hoping it would have lived up to its "psychological thriller" warning but it did not. The game dragged on and on and on. Nothing thrilling about it imo. Some of the puzzles were annoying and difficult. It started off good and in the back of my head I was thinking, dang I wish I would have purchased the CE (especially after reading the top comments) but I am so so glad I didn't and instead purchased this game with a free purchase gift card. Not worth the money.
The game started off good and a bit creepy. After about 30 minutes of playing became boring with no creepiness left. The story was quite cheesy. The game was too short imo. Only decent thing was there were lots of different types of collectibles which were fun to find.
I must say I thoroughly enjoyed this game. I have no complaints at all. The scenery was beautiful, the story was as well. Lots of interaction throughout the game, for example, clicking on a ball of wool brought out a cat from hiding to play. Well worth the money and lots of hours of entertainment. Wish they would have continued with this series, both games are good.
