Spot on graphics –lots of detail and natural colors, spooky grays and shadows. HOPS were enjoyable to play because of the style and look of them. The puzzles are on the whole pretty difficult, at least for me!

There is still that serial-killer, mad-axe vibe especially in the beginning -which actually doesn't appeal to me. So, once I had got the gist of content of the initial cuts-cenes, I would skip them. I was able to watch the later scenes (where most of the story explanation is done), and I can tell you that this is a well-thought out story.
A deadly secret lurks in the woods of Dire Grove!

Fantastic graphics, absorbing story, likable characters, HOPS that are enjoyable to look at, and those puzzles that are like a mega-board of interactions, where one area affects/leads to another.
Due to the frequent interactions/conversations that take place (which had put me off playing this game for a good while) ,I muted the voices. In many areas of the game you can speed up the conversation by reading and clicking "Continue."
The game is designed such that you can roam freely between scenes. The graphics have lots of realistic items and views ploughed in! Many of the scenes are superb. LOTS of outdoor and woodland scenes are included.
So glad I finally got around to playing this!
I recommend this game!

Review based on completed game. I thought this was a fun game and I enjoyed playing it! I especially liked all the desolate looking places. The characters were done well, with great voice-overs. The graphics were very good in MOST places and the storyline kept my interest. There was occasional unexpected humor here and there, which made me laugh out loud. I played this game from start to finish, and there was no lag in interest. The HOPS (about 8-10) were nice to look at, and there are plenty of puzzles.
I'm not usually too bowled over by Redemption Cemetary, but this one was really good I thought!
I recommend this game!
Beyond the Invisible: Darkness Came is a stunning hidden object adventure game that will challenge even the most seasoned detectives.

WOW. Unpredictable! Now THIS is something different. This game is refreshing and not a cookie-cutter production. You're not fed the same expected scenarios and outcomes. Check it out! I loved this game so much I could play it and play it and PLAY IT! Even if the story had lasted another 10-20 hrs, I would have just kept looking forward to it! I was sad when it ended...How can I even express how RELAXING I found this game?
Another game with realistic items mixed in.! A game on the artsy side with great, relaxing, moody ambience. I'd say this is probably be going to be called 'old school' graphics by some? Yes, I love it! I'm so lucky! A rare gem indeed.
Something about the feel of the game reminded me of Azada in Libro, and a little of Empress of the Deep, not the content necessarily, but the FEEL of the game. There's something Anime too going on with an Elven warrior, during the cutscenes, but really it is... its own game.
Character interaction is limited, but I found the main character has too many same-ish still shots. Occasionally silly/non-logical solutions are included (but they just made me chuckle) and so it is worth trying your inventory items even when you think they wouldn't be helpful! The HOPS are ok, and a bit of fun. There are some benign grammatical errors here and there, but I just found it amusing - I found the sentence didn't quite make sense, but it was something you could easily figure out.
GRAPHICS - Widescreen or Fullscreen & a "Keep aspects ratio" option. Plus an added Brightness adjustment.
HOPS: Wordlists with some interactive thrown in – about 6-8. Hint recharge is same length as game difficulty chosen, so, if you choose intermediate difficulty, you'll get over a minute to wait for the HOPS too.

How can this game have not scored a 5 * yet????????????
Roam a European-looking, hilly, coastal town with winding and climbing alleys, and centuries old buildings all crammed in together. The cobbles, the kitchen tiles, the stonework on the tavern side, the mottled glass in the door frame, the velvet upholstery on the sofa...all realistic/real details...I love that!
The whole game has a haunting but relaxing ambience. Echoing background sounds are coupled with highlights and dark shadows. Together they help maximize a kind of atmosphere that works well in this game!
The characters are actually very good and how you would expect them to act in real life. I liked hearing the characters talk in this game. You can see that they used live people at one point to get the main image. The details are not just on static scenes, but in the clouds, the leaves...the tarpaulin moving in the breeze. Everything is artsy and every scene has had thought put into it. I like the way the scene flickers when the medium is having an insight into what happened. Dark, but lots of color too.
LOTS of interesting puzzles and the HOPS are lovely to play because they're nice to look at. The sound effects and music only add more and are spot on. The sound is mellow (and not an annoying thin sound.)
I was relieved to see that by the time the demo was done, only 15% of the game had been completed (at least for me!) and that there was a lot more of the good stuff to be had. I wondered if the game would change intensity and quality once I'd got past the demo...but...no it didn't!
Collect MORPHS and HIDDEN SIGN in this Collectors Editions. With the Morphs, you have to quick! The Hidden Signs aren't in every scene and they're fun to find.
This is my favorite game from this developer so far! I hope there are more like this on the way! Try it for yourself.
I recommend this game!

Absolutely love all the nature and forested areas in this game! What a wonderful game to play in the winter, when I'm missing the summer, warmth, plants and flowers. Ahh! This is another game I've been taking my time with and playing along-side other games to ensure I enjoy every second of it.
I wasn't a big fan of the characters so I silenced their voices, which made it a much better experience for me.
I recommend this game!
Accompany Diana as she chases the thief of an ancient artifact into another world in this hidden object adventure!

The DEPTH AND DETAIL of SOUND EFFECTS is astounding. You have to wear headphones and turn up the environmental sounds to appreciate it. In addition, the mouse-click actions effects are very soothing too. I silenced the voice-overs, because I just enjoy it more that way.
Mixture of HOP types, and a variety of puzzles at various skill levels. The HOPS are ok, but not the biggest pull for me on this game.
I recommend this game!

I skipped the cut-scenes on purpose, so I can't vouch for them – I was worried I would find them too terrifying...having that blood-chilling, mad-axe wielding, serial-killer orientated vibe. Not really my thing. But having skipped them, I could totally enjoy the spooky woods and wonder what the mist-thing was all about.

(I think this game is NOT as harsh, "mad-axe" and jarring as the previous Phantasmat- Insidious Dreams, because I can't finish that one.)
The Bonus game in this CE is good but short. It has at least 4 more HOPS.

Strength, kindness and insanity are all mixed into one under the stress of circumstances. The ending is pleasant because the situation is resolved and you as the hero are victorious.
I recommend this game!
