In this game, there are 72 Christmas themed puzzles. You can decide how many pieces each puzzle will have (I stick with 24 pieces because my eyesight isn't great). You can also change the shape of each piece, have the image in the background or off to the side. Not to mention Christmas music playing!
The thing I loved most about these puzzles is they look like photos from the 1980's. Like most people, I am nostalgic about images from my childhood and I really enjoyed this.
I recommend this game!

In this game, you choose a high or low card in order to uncover enough gold cards to move on to the next level.
I love the festivity of this game. There's Christmas music and backgrounds and lots of options for card designs. Unfortunately, you can only move on if you've earned enough gold cards. You can earn gold coins to buy helpers like jokers or shuffle, but they're pretty pricey. I was able to make it to level 4 and really enjoyed myself.
I recommend this game!

This was a match 3 game where you collect coins and decorate your front yard and house for Christmas.
I loved the decorations and backgrounds and festive music of this game. I also appreciate that you're not bound to the timer. I enjoyed the game for the first section but by the time I got to the 3rd section, I started to find it a bit tedious. The bombs, rockets and color matchers sort of showed up with no rhyme or reason and the only other power up available was a hammer. I mostly completed my house and it looked lovely even without completing the last 2 upgrades.
An exciting Christmas adventure across fantastic time management levels! Help the princess save the holiday!

I love the Gnomes Garden Games...I even felt the Halloween game was on theme when few other reviewers did...but this one was sadly lacking in Christmas cheer.
I was really happy with the 1st section of this game. It was the usual fun time management game but you discovered Christmas ornaments and eventually a Christmas tree. I played section 2 and 3, hoping I would see SOMETHING Christmasy...but to no avail. Finally, when I got to the 4th and final section and still saw no decorations, I gave up.
If you want to play just for fun, it's definitely worth it. But if you're like me and you want Christmas games at Christmas time...this isn't the game for you (at least not in December).
Can you reach your new family in time for Christmas?

A little girl wanted a doll for Christmas but Santa accidentally dropped her from his sack. This is her journey to get under that little girl's tree by Christmas. She'll battle an uptight elf and help other toys along the way!
This game was adorable and with such an original story line. It was bright and cheerful and the puzzles were fun. You have to suspend rational thinking in order to enjoy these games (like knitting a doily just to wipe frosting off the table?), but it's worth it to enjoy the childlike fun that comes with Christmas.
I recommend this game!

In this game, you run a factory that makes toys for Christmas. You load them up on carts with reindeer (who are all dressed like a mafia boss?) and you serve refreshments to the waiting elves.
I wanted to like this game...but it didn't feel like Christmas to me. I only made it to level 11 before I started to fail, so I never got to see the factory fully decorated. It was difficult to work the assembly line because you could only serve one toy at a time and there were endless orders coming in. It felt more like a chore than a game, sadly.
Who will save Fairytale land when Dame Gothel threatens to end Christmas forever?

This was a good one! You'll go into the pages of a fairytale book and help everyone from Little Red Riding Hood to Rapunzel. It was the usual bright and cheery atmosphere you've come to expect from these games and the mini-games and hidden object scenes were fun and challenging.
You were given three options for the ending and I'm very curious to know how the other two options would have ended the game. I chose the nice option because...well, it's Christmas!
I recommend this game!
Something is terribly wrong in the toy world, and only you can help!

Your childhood friend has been sucked into the world of The Nutcracker and you must save him to save Christmas!
I love this take on The Nutcracker and I was thrilled to see the developers of this game series decide to tackle a beloved Christmas story. I felt very involved in the story line and there were so many twists and turns along the way. My favorite part was feeding sweets to a cute mouse to get him to tell us about the past events leading up to this.
I recommend this game!

An evil witch has frozen your mother...you must save her and Christmas!
I know some people think the quality of Christmas Stories has waned over the years, but I disagree. I've played all of them from the beginning and the festive graphics and heartwarming storylines keep me coming back every year. I do think the title was a bit misleading though, since I don't recall every actually seeing a Christmas tree forest (and boy, was I looking forward to it!)
Side note to developers: If any game developers just happen to be reading this review I just wanted to say I MISS JOURNALS! I rarely get to sit down and play a game all the way through in one sitting, so the journal was a big help in catching me up on things I had forgotten about.
I recommend this game!

Your scientist father is trapped on a mountain and you have to rescue him before it's too late! I nearly didn't buy this game because it was so poorly reviewed, but I'm so glad I didn't listen! I absolutely LOVED this game! Visually, it was as impressive as any type of Sims game and I adored the festive scenery. My favorite part was decorating the tree on the inside and inflatables on the outside.
I'm not sure why people thought this game was too short. It took me at least half a Saturday to finish and I can't imagine wanting a game to go on longer than that. Perhaps some people rushed through and didn't realize that there are 90 items to collect (butterflies, ladybugs, goldfish, Chinese lanterns and logs for the fire). Then, there are endless dog bones to collect for hints, which you will definitely need, plus all the items it takes to complete the mission.
I recommend this game!
