Your daughter was taken by an evil ice queen and you must save her by melting all the frozen hearts along the way!
This game was graphically stunning and I had a blast with all the interactive HO and mini-games. You learn not only the story of the villain, but also the story of our heroine (which was surprisingly similar). Along the way, you discover 13 different cool magic spells to help you on your journey.
I recommend this game!

Amelie's Cafe: Holiday Spirit
Decorate three Christmas cafes, prepare yuletide favorites for your guests and earn enough money to fill Santa's sleigh!
Emily's cooking up festive treats for her customers at Christmas!
I really struggled with Amelie's Halloween Cafe, but this one I did much better with. It's important to click the items rolling by on the bottom, whether it's the cleaning helper or the candy canes to keep the customers happy or the coins to help you make bank. I'm never going to be crazy about games with time limits, but I managed to make it to the 2nd cafe with this one and enjoyed it while it lasted.
I enjoyed this game, holiday-themed puzzles really get you in the festive mood! Yes, they could have done a better job with keeping the photos on theme (some of them looked more spring than Autumn), but that didn't bother me. I only completed the food section, which was very much on theme with Thanksgiving. There were 100 puzzles in the food section alone, so it was enough for me. The best part was being able to choose the number of pieces! I have worsening eyesight, so 20-24 pieces is about all I can handle. They also have half a dozen or so helpers to make sure just about anybody can complete the puzzles.
Your true love is kidnapped and you have to rescue her from the Ice Knights!
I like playing snowy games around this time of year and this one was a beauty! This story seemed to be a mashup of fairy tales and Greek mythology, but it somehow worked. The mini-games and interactive HO scenes were lots of fun and I enjoyed the twist ending. My favorite part was the little helper lynx that you were able to name (I called mine Bubbles).
I recommend this game!

Love Alchemy: A Heart In Winter
When a new romance blossoms, the door to mystery opens in Love Alchemy!
You visit the castle of your new boyfriend only to find he has other plans for you!
This game was set during Christmas, but don't expect a Christmas game. You'll get a couple of wreaths and mistletoe, but that's about it. That being said, I really loved this game and I don't think it deserves the poor reviews, especially the comments about it being too short. You have 7 portraits and countless doors to unlock and it took me a good while to get through it. My only criticism would be that there were no skips on the puzzles, but I was still able to get through them all.
As for the alternate ending...it's really not a good idea to take a drink from a guy that's holding 8 women captive...just saying.
This was my first mosaic and I was really enjoyed it! There are so few Thanksgiving-themed games that I wanted to give it a try.
I was frustrated at first because of the time limit and penalty for not getting it perfect, but then I figured out a strategy. In the first section it's easy enough to get 3 stars if you liberally use the hint button. Then after you get to the 2nd section, don't bother with the timer and just strive for no mistakes. Thanks to the hint button I was able to make it to all 6 sections. There are cloth, paper, wood, metal, stained glass and my favorite at the end is made of gems!
This is a Thanksgiving-themed matching card game where you must find enough matches to reveal the gold cards on the bottom and move on to the next section.
If you've played the Halloween-themed card game from this company, it's the exact same strategy. It's quite a challenge because it gets tougher as you go through the sections to collect enough gold cards and move on. I was only able to get to section 3 with this game, but I still enjoyed it. You'll also collect coins along the way to buy helpers, such as shuffle and jokers. As with the last collection, you'll have a variety of card designs to choose from.
Your parents and uncle try on creepy masks only to become possessed by them. Defeat the boogeyman before it's too late!
This game is reminiscent of R.L. Stine's The Haunted Mask, which I was always a big fan of. The graphics were amazing, the puzzles were challenging and the HO games were a lot of fun. I loved that so much of this game was interactive (like clicking on a balloon that floats away) and that the HO games were very layered in a way that I've never seen before. It took me all Halloween day to finish this, so it's nice and long. Enjoy this on Halloween or year around!
In this time-management game, you save the kingdom from the grasp of an evil spell!
I disagree with the reviews claiming this isn't Halloween-themed and I'm assuming they never played long enough to get past the first section. As a couple of other reviewers noted, there are cemeteries, ghosts, werewolves and jack-o-lanterns. You have to get to at least the second section to see them, though.
I enjoyed this game and it's one of the few TM games I stayed with until the end. The timer was irrelevant because it really doesn't matter how many stars you get, unless you're a stickler for achievements. It was challenging with the gremlins but completing the game is still very doable. Just be aware that you'll have to start a few levels over until you pick up items in the correct sequence.

Tales of Terror: House on the Hill
Find your sister and escape from a terrifying haunted house!
You go on a ghost tour in an old house with your sister only to find out the house won't let you go!
This game is several years old, but I still enjoyed it. They used realistic people for the characters, so the acting will come off a bit corny. There were lots of rooms to explore and lots of fun HO and other puzzles to be played. I agree with the other reviewers about the ending though, where it seems they forgot about a few people that were stuck in that house.
