Once again our detective saves a town from the greed of a king (with a little help from a Red Riding Hood Sister and Rapunzel). This game took me a while to finish. The FROGS were fun, the mini-games were super challenging and the graphics were breathtaking, as usual. You'll enjoy this game immensely!
Instead of a the usual stories, this is just ALL mini-games...525 to be exact!
You can choose to do them all or just pick your favorites and do them, like I did. I really enjoyed the cryptograms and box quotes, because I like word games, but they also have the usual puzzles from the previous games. I do hope in future games they start to add some new puzzles and mix it up a bit.
I'm baffled as to why this game was reviewed so poorly. I've played it a few times since it came out in 2014 and I continue to love it!
Our brave detective is helping out the little mermaid, her father the king and the rest of her sisters beat a curse brought down on them by the sea goddess. Some favorites from the past also make an appearance.
This game was nice and long, the graphics are gorgeous and the mini-games are fun and challenging. You can also collect pieces of the parables that tell the story of her family, but try as I might, I couldn't find them all.
Don't listen to the reviews...this game is a winner!
Having played the previous two Clutter games, I can say this is definitely the best yet because you can disable the timer! Yay!
The games and mini-games were much the same as the first two. Funnily enough, the story line in this game actually addresses the criticism they received about the first two games. I found it interesting!
The appeal of the Clutter games is in their simplicity. I will definitely be continuing on with the series.
This game is nearly a decade old, so don't expect it to be on par with the newer Christmas games. That being said...I still really enjoy this game and play it every couple of years!
The tale of Holly's Christmas journey with Santa around the world mostly consist of hidden object scenes, spot the difference scenes and a few puzzles thrown in. The objects are rather difficult to see, but they provide you with a couple of hints in every scene that look like golden circus peanuts. If you run out of hints, it's no biggie because you can play this fun game with ornaments that's essentially a blast-style game and earn more hints. This game always gets me in the Christmas mood!
Little Ember must rescue Santa by lighting seven torches all over the island and warming the heart of a wayward elemental god. Good music, lovely scenes and fun puzzles!
It took me a little while to get into this game (Christmas on the beach?), but after a while I really started enjoying it!
This is an old-school time management game where you clear obstacles to meet your goals. You can beat the clock to win silver and gold cups or you can just let the clock run out, take your time and win the bronze cup.
I could only give it 4-stars, alas, because I only made it to level 35 before I could no longer overcome the challenges. Still glad I played it, though!
In this old-school time management game, you decorate a room to your client's standards and then the elves race the clock to complete it in time. You earn medals along the way that unlocks household items that you can use to decorate your own home for Christmas!
This game was a big challenge! You can receive hints in decorating, but when it comes to building you have to come up with a system to get the elves to beat the clock. I often double-teamed an item with 2 or 3 elves and switched them around to their color-coded items.
One reviewer said that you will fail...and that just isn't true. I completed all 50 levels and it's been a good while since I've played a time management game. I had to redo a few rooms but I always managed to get it on the second try.
This premise of this game is simple...complete a match-3 game screen, earn stars and save up those stars to buy decorations & gifts for your Christmas tree. I really enjoyed this!
I have no idea how many levels there are, but I stopped after about 100 levels because my tree was fully decorated. There are beautiful backgrounds and music and some of the screens were really challenging because you had to wait for one of the many power-ups to blow out some pieces in the corner. Play this at Christmas time and you won't regret it!
I've played this game several times and still enjoy replaying it. There's lots to do!
You have the sweet adventure mode where you help a little girl team up with a cute little ball of flame to save her frozen parents. Each screen is completely different from the one before! Adventure mode is relatively short, so they give you both relaxed mode boards and challenging timed boards to play. This one is a keeper!
