In this Dark Parable, Jack climbs up the beanstalk with our fairy tale detective in tow to save the love he left behind...and she's a familiar face from the past! There's also a little Rumpelstiltskin history thrown in to make the story more interesting.
I enjoyed this game. The mini-games were a blast, the sky kingdom made for very cool graphics and the music was beautiful. It also had the usual fragmented hidden object scenes (FROGS) and pieces of stories to discover. My only complaint would be that it was much shorter than these games usually are.
I recommend this game!

Dark Parables: The Final Cinderella
Become the fabled detective and rescue the Final Cinderella from the evil Godmother's clutches!
Loved this Dark Parable! It was nice and long and had a lot going on.
In a tale where Cinderella meets Pinocchio, the Fairy Godmother has turned evil and you must save the latest Cinderella (because apparently, there have been many)!
I enjoyed this one because it kept me on my toes. The map was huge, the fragmented hidden object scenes were plentiful and the mini-games were fun! In addition to all that, you have your usual cursed/shifting objects to find, collecting pieces to learn the stories and in addition, this one had an extra chapter where you find fashion items of 4 different Cinderella's from the past and get to learn their story, as well!
I recommend this game!

Grim Tales: The Stone Queen
The family saga continues when your nephew Brandon encounters the mysterious Stone Queen in a lonely mountain town.
Once again, Anna will head into the clutches of danger to save her nephew Brandon!
Anna's car breaks down in a village where everyone has been turned to stone. She'll have to save not only her nephew...but his new lady love!
I really enjoyed this game. It was different from the other games in that Anna didn't do her usual time travel bit. It was nice and lengthy with a teleporting map and very helpful hints.
I recommend this game!

Dark Parables: The Red Riding Hood Sisters
Discover the Red Riding Hood Sisters and defeat the nefarious Wolf Queen!
Red Riding Hood has formed a sisterhood to take down the Wolf Queen...who is someone you won't expect!
This game is about 6 years old, so perhaps newcomers won't like having to manually find their way around the map and the hints not always being helpful. I played it on the normal level and had no problems.
I personally enjoyed it. It had all the fragmented object games Dark Parables are known for, beautiful artwork and music and fun mini-games (that you can skip if you'd like). A familiar face from game one will revisit you, as well. This also is the first game where our beloved detective starts being thrown from her horse!
I recommend this game!

Grim Tales: The Wishes
Be careful what you wish for... A deadly bargain has been made, and it's up to you to set things right before your nephew pays the terrible price!
Auntie Anna is back again to save her nephew Brandon, this time from a demon that grants him wishes to steal his youth!
I really enjoyed this game. It was nice and long, the scenery was beautiful and the mini-games and hidden objects scenes were fun. You had a puppet AND a cat to help you along the way!
That being said, I could only give it 4-stars because there was a glitch that kept corrupting my data, so I had to keep starting over again.
I recommend this game!

Save This On Your Computer...You'll Want To Play Again!
This game is several years old, but still stands as one of the best match-3 games out there!
The graphics are great for an older game. You match up food items that eventually go on trucks and off to the market. You have to unlock certain parts of the board and there are helpers you can collect along the way. There is also a room full of trophies you can win for achievements and the money you earn goes toward improving your farm.
I believe this game goes to over 100 levels, but I generally just play until I've earned enough money to completely renovate my farm. Enjoy!
I recommend this game!

Oriental Dreams
Clear a board of colored runes by creating matches of three or more stones. As you progress, the obstacles become more cunning!
I've had this on my computer for several years and I won't erase it because I've played it at least a dozen times and still love it!
The story line isn't really important...in fact, it's quite confusing. A woman falls asleep and I guess the game is her dream. There are a few ho-hum hidden object games with hard to find items, but hints are available. There are also a few matching card games.
The reason this game is such a winner is that it's a match-3 game unlike you've ever experienced. You match these little balls together, but there's a trick to it and it's often complicated. The games are timed and you win trophies depending on how fast you've completed the round, but your playing time is still unlimited.
Give it a shot...maybe you'll love it as much as I do!
This game was reminiscent of the old "Campfire Legends" games, but with customizable settings, teleporting maps and new stories.
I saw a few people complaining about it being too short, but to me it felt like a pretty long game. Every time I thought I was going to be finished, there was a new twist on the game and it just kept going. Wait until you see the surprise ending!
I recommend this game!

Campfire Legends: The Hookman
Turn off the lights, turn up the sound and play the scariest hidden object game ever!
This is a spin on the classic campfire tale "The Hookman" with albeit a more pleasant ending. Being that the game is nearly a decade old, it doesn't have any customization, maps or endless hints & skips as the newer games do.
This game was really challenging! Many items were tough to see and you had to collect hints in the shape of bugs. In the beginning, the bugs reappeared practically as soon as you used one. The reason I could only give it 3 stars is that after a while I had to roam from screen to screen just to find one bug, and it took 5 in order to skip some of the rather difficult puzzles.

Halloween: Trick or Treat 2
Springfield has never been spookier! See the Costume Parade, Ghostly Museum, Dracula's Castle and Haunted Hotel in this superb Halloween adventure.
I wasn't so sure I cared for this game in the beginning. It's mostly just scene after scene of nothing but hidden object games. I think it would go over particularly well with younger children.
I eventually warmed up to the game however because, aside from the lovely Halloween scenes, I really enjoyed the puzzle games that were in-between the scenes. Some of them were really challenging! I also enjoyed collecting the golden pumpkins and hidden Halloween objects in order to collect items for your Halloween shelf.
