I thought for sure this game would get a higher rating, the only criticism I could make is that the words on the HO scenes were too small.
That being said, I loved this game! It had beautiful graphics and music, and a lot of originality (I've yet to see another game with Froids). Collecting the souls was fun (I liked to read the stories about each good soul), and it had a happy ending. Plus, I thought the cut-scenes were interesting. Try it, you'll like it!
I recommend this game!

James Patterson Women's Murder Club: Death in Scarlet
Pin the killer in this page-turning murder mystery by novelist James Patterson, and find hidden objects within nine distinct investigations.
I'm not sure why this game got such bad reviews, I loved it! My only complaint would be that the hidden objects were a bit too small. I enjoyed the mini-games and the eerie story line. I also enjoyed pretending I was a lab tech. I look forward to the next one!
I recommend this game!

Public Enemies: Bonnie and Clyde
Help Janette decipher a strange message left by Bonnie and Clyde! Follow the infamous duo on their crime spree across America!
When I started playing this game, I nearly gave up on it. The hidden objects were tough to find, and it seemed a little dull. Give it time, though...it gets more interesting. The story line about Bonnie & Clyde will keep your interest, and the hidden object scenes get a little more diverse. I enjoyed some of the mini-games, too. For an old-school HO game, it wasn't half bad!
I recommend this game!

A "FROG" Game You'll Enjoy Playing Again And Again
I've played this game several times over the years, and STILL enjoy playing it again and again. As FROG (fragmented object games) games go, I find this one particularly enjoyable. I also love the numerous mini-games. It's simple, it's easy and it's fun. Cute story line, too. Great if you're not in the market for anything too cerebral (we all have our days where we just want to play something easy). Try it, you'll like it!

Cases Of Stolen Beauty
The talented journalist, Eva Sanders, witnesses strange events while working on a story and soon finds herself implicated in the most incredible plot of the millennium!
I'm guessing the people giving this game the bad reviews probably didn't stick around for the whole game. Yes, it's old school HO, the graphics and game play a few years back can't possibly compete with the newer ones, but I thought this game was fun! It was a silly but fun story line, the hidden objects you found actually had to do with what was going on, and I enjoyed mixing the remedies (it was NOT difficult, regardless of what you've read).
I recommend this game!

Exorcist
Garret Ghostfighter was born with the gift of being able to see demons! Help him use his gift to defeat the evil Mephisto!
Although this game is older, I still enjoy playing it. The story line is interesting (although it kind of seems like they started in the middle), and the HO scenes were challenging. Lovely graphics and music, too. I was a little annoyed by the constant WA-HA-HAs from the demons, but my children and I laughed when the woman would scream (you know, since we're playing a man). Over all, I consider it to be a classic and will play it again!
I recommend this game!

This game has the "old school" hidden objects scenes, so don't expect the cool, new graphics they have out nowadays. Still, the story line kept me interested, and there's something to be said for simplicity. Plus, you could "earn" card games by achieving hearts. It's a very sweet story about a soldier going MIA and his sweetheart at home. It kept me busy for most of the day, so I don't think it deserved all the bad reviews it's getting.
I recommend this game!

Dark Romance: Vampire in Love Collector's Edition
Can a vampire and an ordinary girl be together, if the vampire's father opposes this?
I've played this game several times and still find it interesting. In the CE version that I have, you get to collect things to decorate your page, your castle, vampire lore and you get a bonus chapter where you can choose your own ending! My very favorite part, though, is that you get to play BOTH of the main characters. This game cannot be missed!
I recommend this game!

A Fun Game Filled With Historical Tidbits Along The Way
I wasn't expecting much from this game since it's an "old school" type of HO game, but I was pleasantly surprised! The cool (but very sad) "who done it" storyline, the interesting historical facts and the beautiful music all made for a really fun game!
I recommend this game!

Nancy Drew Dossier: Resorting to Danger
An unseen prankster plagues the exclusive Redondo Spa! Now it’s up to you, as Nancy Drew, to stop them before the clients retreat!
Even better than the first Nancy Drew Dossier game! You have more options, and there's a great deal more game play. A must have for fans of the Nancy Drew game series, as they use the original Nancy Drew, and there are many character links to other games (even the animals in the lab were featured in other Nancy Drew games). Very fun!!
