I have enjoyed Spirits of Mystery (I mean earlier versions) very much and always looked forward to buying the next one. This one is a nonstop horror. Sorry but I could play it for 10 min and quit. If you enjoy horror movies maybe you will like it. For me it is a nightmare!
I don't recommend this game.
The city is being taken over by dark forces!

I loved playing the Dreampath games. But I was greatly surprised if not shocked by the fact that I had to play the same puzzles twice (maybe more but I stopped playing it). I am so disappoined! Nevertheless if you don't care it is not really a bad game.
I recommend this game!
Search the Siberian forests for your missing husband.

I loved the series and played all of them. When I started playing Reflections of Life - Hearts Taken CE demo I was of two minds and faced Hamlet's problem: to buy or not to buy: as there were rather many unfavorable reviews.
Nevertheless I bought the game. I should say it is one of the best games I have played: lots of various mini games and HOS. The graphics is like nothing I have seen and played before: gorgeous colors and super resolution. Just watching the ripples and cloud shadows in the water is really something. And last but not least: the length.
Being a Russian, I did find some minor errors as far as names and costumes are concerned but they were few and far between. Collectibles (and there are heaps of them) make playing even more engaging.
Though it is unlike the first Reflections, it is a gem!

I have enjoyed playing Labyrinths of the World series very much. And when I saw Labyrinths of the World; Secrets of Easter Island CE I bought it without reading all the reviews. I will never ever do it again.The game is really bizarre: the plot has little to do with Easter Island, the colors are garish, the soundtrack drove me mad. The puzzles were repetitive and I encountered only 3 HOGs. The objects you have to find are really unbelievable; from modern gadgets to a Russian military winter hat. The scenes were over cluttered and more often than not I had to resort to Hint. I was fed up with all that lack of logic and monotonous puzzles.
I don't recommend this game.
Help your little sister get a second chance this Christmas after she gets on the naughty list.

This game is one in a thousand. It is not only beautiful and enjoyable. It is perfectly done in the spirit of Christmas. The story is wonderful and you can't stop playing because it is a real pleasure to the eye and mind. The HOGs are bright and fun to play. The mini games vary from easy to hard. And you can even crack the hard ones if you spend more time. My special thanks to the creators of this magic game! Like one character remarked it is purrfect!

I have played all the games of the series but Spirits of Mystery: Amber Maiden. That doesn't mean I haven't tried it. I have and many a time but I couldn't finish the demo even. As I have run out of the choices and my free coupon was nearing its expiry date I bought the game. I should have heeded the demo negative impressions. The colors are blurry as well as the graphics. My favorite HOGs are a jumble of hard to pinpoint objects which are very difficult to find: who could have looked for a wooden paddle in a dark corner in a basket?! The HOP heaps are almost the same, only you are to look for different objects. But the worst feature was the Hint or rather the absence of it as I can' t regard the phrase: "There is nothing you can do here" as a hint. I got sick and tired of visiting the same locations and reading the same verdict.
I don't recommend this game.
Toxic flowers have been claiming victims and withering plant life in the Netherlands. Can you cultivate the answers to this mystery?

I have just finished playing European Mystery - Flowers of Death. It is incomparable! The graphics is outstanding. The costumes are very elaborate and great.The HOGs are really beautiful and fun to play. Mini puzzles vary from simple to pretty hard; I skipped some of them. The voice overs, the mimics, the attention to costume details are super. OK, there are some funny tasks and searches that border on improbable but they are few and far between. The teleport works like a clock and is very helpful. The animals are cute and they are far from becoming your regular helpers.
Bottom line: one of the best games I have played. And I am really proud of the fact that the production team is Russian.

I really fail words to give the game its due. First and foremost it is LONG. And it is so colorful and there are so many different HOGs and mini games that you keep on playing. You forget about time and enjoy every minute of solving the puzzles. Teleport facilitates playing and hopping from one place to another in no time. To sum it up, it is an awesome GAME!
I recommend this game!
Help young Sam save Princess Aurora and stop the villain from seizing control of the Kingdom of Aurelia in this puzzle adventure.

When you buy a game you are supposed to enjoy it: solving mini games, playing puzzles and HOGs. Here I had to repair, assemble gadgets I had idea what they should look like and for what purpose. All those valves, pipes, broken engines nonstop.The graphicsis leaves much to be desired.. As for HOGs you can hardly call collecting umpteen number of ropes and glass shards a true HOG.
I got stuck with making a call from the top of the mountain. I had the number but I couldn't dial it. It took me much time to try to do it and then I consulted the game forum (I was not the only one who couldn't solve the prob). Huge thanks to the person who advised to go to Options and replace the designer cursor by a simple arrow!!!!
The last straw was the accident with milk seasoned with laxative (how appropriate to find it and to add to the milk) that made the bad guy run to the WC. Our hero secured the WC door with a bar (that was within reach) and went on with his business. Why don't we all do the trick with our bosses!!!!
That was the limit: I quit and deleted the game.

I have played Queen's Quest many a time: good story, gorgeous graphics and fun to play.
Queen's Quest 2: Stories of Forgotten Past CE is a very good game as well: the same exquisite graphics, variable mini games. All in all it would be a great game but for the fact that it is too short! I finished Bonus Chapter in no time. I just started enjoying it when all of a sudden it was over. That's not cricket!!!! Besides I reckon using the same HOGs in Bonus Chapter is rather cheating. And when the game is filled with loud cries of kids that is not really enjoyable.
Still it is a VERY good game but it should be positioned as SE.
