The Lost Amulets games are beautiful, relaxing and different. A combination of HOs and Mahjong. There are ways to earn extra points. By spinning the optional Wheel of Fortune after each Mahjong game you can play a mini game to earn Jade pearls. Bonuses, shuffles and hints are purchased with the pearls found throughout the game. I enjoyed the mini games, Bingo is my favorite which includes Mahjong tiles and moving Bingo balls. The balls move along like they do in Marble Poppers. The graphics are excellent, artwork is very lovely with bright beautiful colors and the music is nice. I play Lost Amulets frequently, to relax.
I recommend this game!

I had a lot to acquaint myself with before finding the fun with this puzzle collection. It has great features and options, good instructions. Yet I found it difficult to enjoy and struggled with assembly.
The categories were appealing but the images were not. The subject matter was not interesting, very little variety. The food pics were downright ugly. Of the 15 piece types my faves were Animals, Concentric, Ripple but all were very cool. Number of pieces depend on which piece type you select. There are 4 levels of Rotation difficulties, choose from Plenty of Hints down to No Hints, Jigsaw or Slider puzzles. You can zoom in and move the puzzle around, the trays are quite large for storing pieces, the are several not very appealing backgrounds. Placing the pieces felt "sticky" to me, hard to move and release.
I really enjoyed the variety of options, especially for the pieces. I expected Ireland to offer more beauty in each category so I was disappointed with that. In fact I'm buying this collection for the challenge and the unique piece styles that make it so. Normally I would shy away from puzzles like these because most of them just don't visually appeal to me. So I'm just going to jum in and maybe I'll end up with a surprising bunch of fun! I think it's probably a 5 star game for most puzzle lovers but for me it's 3.5-4 stars.
I recommend this game!

I love stories involving Camelot, the Holy Grail, King Arthur. Anything from the Medieval days is an adventure into treachery, mystery. romance. I wish games reflected more of it and offered more of these stories. In this one the queen has fallen ill and King Arthur calls upon the court's magician, who adventures into 3 different worlds to save her.
I really enjoyed this story. Good variety of HOPs, puzzles were easy and fun, there weren't scads of tasks to mess with and the game was just the right length for me. The graphics weren't terrific and the scenes were mostly dark, deep colors. However, it wasn't a hinderance. The cast of characters and locations were interesting. Challenge was good.
I appreciate Telltale Games for their quality creations. Their stories are not the boring copycat stuff we see in most other games. I loved Pride and Prejudice and The Green Knight. I bought the CE version of Camelot 2, it isn't loaded with lots of extras but if you love morphs they are really good here, as was the Bonus Chapter. However, I'm sure you won't be lacking any fun with the SE.
I recommend this game!

Lots of Halloween stuff scattered throughout the scenes as well as circus related items. Everything is very colorful and appropriate to the theme, love the costumes. I thought the graphics were excellent.
Characters were well rendered but I didn't like the voices very much, especially the Valley Girl voice of the girl in the beginning. The monsters looked hokey to me but that's typical in most games that feature them. The story seems like it might be pretty good, at least better than Domini's recent ones. I enjoyed the demo but as always not enough action was revealed. And of course the usual tasks started popping up right away, wasting valuable time. A broken key, bees to chase away, a cat to distract, etc. etc.
I thought the HOPs were very creative, I loved the interactivity. But items were often hard to make out due to the dark scenes and drab colors. The puzzles were very easy but fun. The lock and chain in the HOPs don't serve their purpose well and I hated the loud sound.
Extra content is the same old format, I doubt it will ever change. Easy achievements, I earned 5 without even trying. Even though the Halloween theme was flowing and the visuals were fun, I didn't see enough adventure to give it a high rating. I feel it is too risky to buy a Domini game these days, I've been disappointed too often. The games are basically copies of past ones with only title and characters changes.
Domini offers nothing special in their CEs and they are not, imo, the fantastic dev that another reviewer always claims them to be. They have become mediocre and lazy in their efforts. Originality disappeared, nothing ever changes. But I love to demo in case I am proven wrong and a new game is waiting to knock my socks off or at least pleasantly surprise me! Based on the demo, I think 3 stars are adequate.
I recommend this game!

The review page deleted my review 3 times, so sick of this issue!!! Please Big Fish, fix it!!!!
I think this game works for Halloween because it's frightfully bad! Honestly, this dev should just pick up the pieces and stash them away. The puzzles are always unappealing, filled with things that have little to do with the title. Amongst today's most boring are the book & sword, gauntlet, jug in sand. And one of the models looks like she has a hangover. There are scads of people in costumes, too many staged images and boring settings. Of the 500 puzzles only a handful are colorful, the pics are dark with mostly drab colors.
Photography is awful and the long-shots of castles and scenery wipe out the detail and beauty of everything. No attempt at quality! Just click away at whatever to reach the 500 goal.
Same features as always. Still lack of options to make puzzle assembly more enjoyable. For instance, sorting the pieces is a chore, pieces are scattered everywhere with most covering one another, making it so hard to clear a space to actually work the puzzle. Today's collection may appeal to many puzzle lovers. Unfortunately I am not one of them.
I don't recommend this game.

If you own Number 2 you know how this one works. This is a nice series but I've grown tired of these HO games, there are so many of them and all basically the same. Nice graphics and colors, no cartoon tourists.
Find all the collectibles in each location for extra rewards: raccoon, postage stamp. 3 silhouetted items. Various list styles, the items are small. Pink print indicates hidden in or behind other items, blue means item is interactive. A magnifier appears when you hit the spot of a "pink" item. Some areas, especially outdoors, are quite dark so items are harder to find, colors are also a hinderance. Zoom zones are inside the sparkles and may contain collectibles.
No special features/ options, only 1 play mode. Locations are pretty. There is a bit of trivia included for each tourist spot. Fun for a while but I became bored in the demo. Played 2 mini games which were fun, Memory and Billiards. Give it try, you may enjoy it more than I did. But it is a good game!
Had to rewrite my review as my original was deleted when someone else's was posted. I really hate that, Big Fish! The review page is STILL broken, since the first week of Aug when new format was installed!!!
I recommend this game!

Not a big fan of chain Match 3s but I like the Hellas series. The games always have lots of features, boards are of various shapes, tiles are unique. Plenty of colorful explosions all through the game with the great power-ups. If you like fireworks you'll be pleased with this game.
Graphics are great but a little dark, I like the colors and tile designs. The challenge grows and strategy moves are often needed as the game progresses. Finding hearts, flowers, artifacts, gems, clearing the obstacles will help you remove the darkness that has overtaken Hades and restore the wasteland to its original beauty. I bought the CE and enjoyed it a great deal. I own several of the previous games, all were very busy, lots of fun.
I recommend this game!

More trick than treat, imo. The difficulties are Casual and Expert. Game modes are Timeless, Timed, Limited Moves. I tried each mode, preferred Limited Moves. Casual wasn't super easy and Expert really slowed me down.
The boards and tiles are chunky-clunky and unappealing. Everything was so dark. I assembled one jigsaw which was ugly, didn't get to play any of the games. You have a project of repairing a delapidated house in the dark forest to ready for Halloween. The repairs are costly. I couldn't see the 2 repairs I made in the demo because the graphics were so dark or they were hidden at bottom of screen. Don't know!
I had trouble earning 3 stars, levels can be replayed. I really liked the challenge of the obstacles and there were a lot of them, various types. I don't think I would like this game very much, after 6 levels I really wasn't interested in going on. I didn't care for the very dark graphics and repairing the house was very ho-hum. Having 66 extra levels is great IF it's a fun game and I love pipe puzzles. There's no indication of exactly how many mini-games there are, there are trophies to earn, didn't get to check out the wallpapers.
It may be a good game but for me it was a flop. I would suggest definitely trying the demo on this one!

This is a strange Halloween game and quite the challenge. I think it is not a good choice for the younger set, it wil be great for adult players who don't like easy cookie-cutter games and the typical boo-day theme.
I bought this game when it first came out because I loved the demo. After playing for a couple of hours the game was too frustrating to continue and I was beaten down by the challenge. I uninstalled, never to see again, until now. My skills are much greater now and I'm ready for the challenge. What better time to rediscover this odd-ball Halloween treat with so few good games available for this fun event.
I've been playing long enough to figure out what to do and how to do it. The hint works a little differently, there is no map, still hard for me in that respect. Cannot breeze through this game. Think, think, think! But it's a cute storyline about a little boy, curious about his father's Halloween book and has become enchanted by it. It's really a lot of fun! Not for everyone but try the demo, you might end up with a new Halloween treat!
I recommend this game!

Autumn is the perfect time to visit one of our national forests. Pinecreek is my favorite retreat! Being disabled now, my getaways are all pretend but still fun and beautiful with the Park Ranger series. I look forward to the new releases and always purchase the CE because it has the bonus levels and so much extra content.
Even though they are all similar, there's a difference in locations and ranger get-togethers, they are packed with activities. I love the variety of HOs, puzzles, mini-games. So many of them, very busy, lots of beautiful scenery, visitors everywhere. I love that they are not cartoon and animal characters.
Park Rangers is a terrific value, imo. Whether you pick the CE or SE you will have an abundance of things to do, scenic beauty with animals roaming about, people soaking up the outdoor fun. Many of you may not share my enthusiasm, but I am hooked on Park Rangers.
I recommend this game!
