Would prefer to give this game 4 1/2 stars.
Probably easier to say what is wrong with the game as it is almost perfect.
I thought it was slightly on the short side, although the bonus game was a decent length.
No achievements or bonus hidden objects to find.
Some puzzles were way too easy.
Storyline was fairly predictable, and didn't have me wondering what happens next.
Other than that - catered for wide screen, with stunning graphics and good voice-overs.
As well as the regular, had a couple of fully interactive hidden object games - wish there were more, as they were great fun.
Everything else was fairly standard, but still totally enjoyable.
Game flowed nicely, and bonus chapter followed on from main story, but wasnt essential to it.
Would definitely recommend the CE version of this game.
I recommend this game!

A vast improvement on the first in the series.
Graphics were well done, voice-overs good.
Catered for widescreen.
Hidden object scenes were easy, and puzzles varied from easy to moderate, with a good variety.
Achievements to earn on the way.
Storyline flowed well, but didn't capture my interest.
Bonus chapter followed on from main story but wasn't essential to the story. Bonus chapter was a just passable length - could have been longer.
Would like to give this 4 1/2 stars, but settled on 4 stars as story was unresolved - another sequel?
I recommend this game!

Would really prefer to give it 3 1/2 stars.
Going against the grain here, but I think it was better than the first one, which I found tedious. This game however was fun to play, even if unimaginative.
Graphics and voice-overs were good, but nothing spectacular. Catered for wide-screen.
Three levels of play. I played Extreme which gave you no sparkles or hints - which was great to see.
Puzzles and hidden object games were standard and very easy. I played the whole game without once needing a hint button or strategy guide.
Not a long game, but still over 3 hours which is passable for an SE game.
Storyline was boring, but still flowed well.
If you are after an easy game without frills, then this game would be perfect.
I recommend this game!

Graphics in this game were stunning, and catered for widescreen, but everything else was somewhat average.
You had a choice of 3 levels to play in both main game and bonus chapter - my review is based on 'hard-core' level.
Hidden object games were slightly interactive, with objects clear and easy to see. Puzzles were rediculously easy.
There were no bonus objects to find or achievements to earn - something i like to see in a CE game.
Also a lot of running back and forth between scenes which gets a little tedious.
Hint button wasn't active, but strategy guide was easy to use and follow.
Game length was okay - but would have thought it would have been longer as the game was quite large in size.
Game story flowed well, but didn't have you wondering what came next. It also followed what seems to be the current trend of being somewhat depressing.
Bonus chapter was a reasonable length, with a little extra task of using your 'senses' for some scenes.
Whilst the main story is of 'her' view, the bonus chapter is 'his' story - which of course we already know the basis of from the main game, so felt a bit pointless.
Whilst this game was enjoyable to play, and I would definitely recommend it - I would tend to lean towards the SE version instead.
I recommend this game!

The topic matter totally destroyed this game.
What started as an enjoyable game became depressing at the end, purely from the storyline - and didnt take long to get there either, as was somewhat on the short side.
Lovely graphics and voice-overs. Story flowed well but I had long waits between scenes.
No bonus objects or achievements to earn - something i consider a must in CE games.
Puzzles were easy, and hidden object games were interactive, which were enjoyable to play.
Bonus game was the father's story and i completed it in 1/2 hr, which i don't consider long enough.
I'd guess they've left this open for a sequel as the only real plot was to find the girl and solve the mystery of the virus. And perhaps also work out who the other man is - of which you get the girl but that's it.
I wouldn't consider this game CE calibre, and have to say I don't recommend purely because you're left with a bad taste in your mouth at the end.
I don't recommend this game.

Would probably lean more towards 4 1/2 stars.
Firstly, graphics were stunning. The details in each scene were amazing - each time you looked there was something you hadn't noticed first timer around.
Catered for wide screen, and had good cut-scenes and voice-overs. I had a small delay between each scene which was a little frustrating.
Puzzles and hidden objects were of good variety, although offered nothing new.
Bonus 'flowers' to collect along the way, and coins earned each completed puzzle scene.
The game was an okay length, but the story was utterly boring, and disjointed.
The bonus chapter was completed within an hour. Story may have flowed on from main storyline - truth be told couldn't even work out what the goal was until i had done it, even more dull than main story. But this didn't hinder completion in any way.
Whilst the storyline was unoriginal and uneventful, the game was still thoroughly enjoyable to play.
Highly recommend it...

This game had the potential to be great, but fell short on a few areas.
Firstly, it did not cater for wide screen which i find a big off-put.
The graphics were well done, and voice-overs clear. Cut-scenes were mediocre.
Annoying sparkles for hidden object scenes.
There was an equal mix of hidden object and puzzles, with the hidden object games being fuily interactive. Very few items could be found without completing a small task first. This made things far more interesting than straight hidden objects.
The puzzles were of a good variety, but extremely easy.
Hint button took you directly to the scene that needed completing, making it almost a 'cheat' rather than a 'hint'.
Not a particularly long game, and didn't require much thought to get through it.
I loved the way this game was set out, but it seemed more suited to the novice player. Still enjoyable to play.
I recommend this game!

I may as well start with the only downfall in this whole game - the bonus chapter was too short. I took less than 1/2 hour, which ruined an otherwise perfect game.
There were 3 levels to choose from - i opted for hardcore, so my review is based on that..
The game catered for widescreen, played smoothly, and had amazing graphics and cut-scenes.
There was an even balance of puzzles and hidden object games - which were all enjoyable but slightly on the easy side.
There were no annoying sparkles, plus had achievements and bonus objects to find - all a plus in my book.
There wasn't a lot of running back and forth through the bulk of the game - only the last chapter, but not to the extent of being tiresome.
The stategy guide was easy to follow, but barely needed. There was also a map that i never used.
The storyline, whilst not captivating, was still interesting, although i thought slightly sad. Have to wonder whether the ending was written to leave it open for a sequel.
The game length was passable. A few minor holes in the story, which if filled in, would have made it a better length.
I highly recommend this game, but would probably lean toward suggesting the SE version - purely because the bonus game wasnt worth a pinch of salt.
I recommend this game!

I'm really not sure what to make of it.
Thoroughly enjoyed playing it, although the storyline had me somewhat confused.
Good voice-overs and graphics. Puzzles and hidden object games were moderately challenging. Some of the hidden objects were a little obscure and hard to find.
The game was a reasonable length.
Was still confused slightly at the end of the game, but hoped the bonus chapter would clear things up for me.
Totally the opposite - now i just don't have a clue what the story was about.
Great game if you don't try to make heads or tails of the actual plot.
I recommend this game!

It's been a while, but I did enjoy the first one. The sequel however fell short.
The storyline was somewhat lacking, the cut-scenes were plain, basic and boring. There was no suspense, and the romance was dreary.
The puzzles and games, however, were enjoyable. Often different to the regulars, and a good variety and fun to play.
But between all the cut-scenes and feeble attempts at story-telling, there just didnt seem to be enough of them.
I'd recommend this game, but only just.
I recommend this game!
