I am not reviewing the game in full but thought you should know that having paid for a CE i could not access the CE content and got just the music and a black screen which I shall report.
The game is rather short as well and although no glitches it seemed all a bit thrown together to me. Not suggesting it is not worth playing though given we get so little ot this genre now.
I recommend this game!
Breathe new life into precious paintings and photographs!

What the reviews show is we all have different tastes so this may appeal to some it seems. I have been a member for a long time and therefore identify what to me seem like revamped game with little challenge and poor storyline, (to me anyway). To put a CE price on it is in my opinion unjustified. This is just so others realise that this game may not appeal to those who remember the good old hidden object adventure games which are now very rare.
I don't recommend this game.
Resolve a family squabble before the gates to the realm of the dead swing open!

I read the reviews and whilst I had, after the inital trial decided not to buy, from the reviews I thought I was missing something and bought. Game was clunky, some items did not pick up straight away, had to keep clicking and now at the end of the main game I have a glitch. Thought it was my version of windows but I think others have experienced similar. This is another game that is not a CE on any level. Game had some good ideas but they were simply not executed well enough for me

A comprehensive guide of the game has been previously given. My review is to suggest perhaps waiting to buy as it is my view that this a SE game that has been split to allow a CE price. The graphics were in part put together on the cheap I think as well. (ie the cut scenes). We get so few decent games now in the field that I was again tempted to buy and rushed in as I do not dislike the Crossroad Series. As said just my opinion and compared to the last couple of games we have had this for me was a bit of let down,
I recommend this game!
Own the original three Detectives United adventures in one collection!

I am not going to reivew the entire game as still playing. Just to say I was not locked out and found this game lengthy and well worth the price for a change. You may have the same issue as the previous reviewer so buyer beware

Based on the trial. This is okay if you just want HO and puzzles, however I remember some of the HO games that have been poached from other games. The ladder assembly is an example. Clearly not enough of my kind of game being developped at the moment.
This time I remembered to play the trial so avoided for me an unwanted purchase.
I don't recommend this game.
Without darkness, the stars would be invisible.

Very simply another HO and puzzle game only. If that is your bag then fine but it is not mine. Also got a file corrupt which is not unusal for DO games now. No real quality assurance before publishing so played very little of the demo.
I don't recommend this game.
A dark story is creeping into the streets of Paris.

Glad I read the last review. Would have purchased but the corrupt file is a recurring issue for me also and to avoid frustration I will vote with my pocket and refuse to purchase until I can be assured I will get the complete game. Domini are letting themselves down with rushed, and unchecked games and the only loser seems to be the end user. Might purchase during a sale so that if I get an issue I do not feel so cheated.
I don't recommend this game.

I have not bought a game for some time given i have an unresolved issue going back to November, however I thought given the offer today I would give it a go. BOGOF.
Well as my review title says I will not be enticed any more, it will take both good and rave reviews for me to do so. I got in 4 chapters for the game to corrupt, so I will have to start at the beginning again and it seems there is every chance it could happen again after chapter 4. Only gamers will appreciate how annoying and frustrating that is. It would appear that games are rushed out with no quality assurance as to their bugs and issues and yet again customer focus is the least of the consideration it seems to me.
I don't recommend this game.

I was a member for 20yrs but no longer. One because I have been waiting over 2 months for an issue over this point to be resolved and secondly, I would not waste my money in any event. Clearly BFG do not care anymore about either the quality of their games or customer service (a misnomer as there is no customer focus and certainly no service), merely how much they can get. This is just a put together game from others already available in the main. An absolute joke. What a pity BFG was a good site with good customer service and some good games. Clearly as given there is no feedback given to anyone nobody cares a sad reality of todays world.
I don't recommend this game.
