I am an avid fan of these type of game. Since the pandemic I have noted with have gone down in the number and quality of the games but this game is the biscuit. The whole strategy guide is only 28pages one page of which is for collectibles. The game is same old same old and for me was far to easy. The strategy guide does not work properly in that the instructions for the mini games are not in sync with the actual mini game being played
We have been in a pandemic for so long now it leads me to believe the developers are getting complacent at best or lazy. How on earth this can be viewed a CE edition I sball never know. Think I will consider a break if they do not improve.
I don't recommend this game.

All has been said before me about the game. It is good and given we get less of this type of game it is worth it. My only issue is as one other has mentioned we are getting fairies and other fantasy creatures a little too often and it does therefore make the storyline boring for me.
I recommend this game!

I firstly wish to say that Big Fish are always understanding to the gamers issues, however I feel I need to post that I had an issue different to another review where I could not pick items from the box being held by the skelton just over half way through the game.
It puzzles me how we have differing bugs and tech issues however as I said to BFG we should not be checking these games having paid for them. The developers are only now producing one game a week when we had two so it is all the more disappointing that I cannot finish it, even having tried the usual starting over and reloading.
Not the best or the worst game I have tried however it lacked the attention to detail by the developers
I recommend this game!

This has to be one of the worst CE editions I have played. Not only was it short beyond a joke really, I could not finish the game towards the end of the bonus chapter due to the graphics not allowing me to pick up an item.
The developers are really pushing their luck a little with this one claiming it to be a CE. I also found it all too easy and would suggest it will not pose a great challenge to many
I don't recommend this game.

AT LAST A GREAT CE

I have been critical of games purporting to be CE only for a SE game in length being shown as three chapters and a bonus when in reality the bonus only reflects what used to be in a SE game.
This game is both a great storyline, good if not greatly challenging puzzles and what I consider to be the right length.
It has been a long time that I have not finished an entire game in one sitting but this game did just that and I had to break away from it to pass on my views. This sort of game used to be the norm, well done developers. The only critical point I have is that in places the game is a little clunky. It could be my computer, however I thought I would pass it on

Quite the reverse to the first review I am refreshed that at last we have a good lengthy game worthy of a CE edition. I will not review further given you have quite a helpful review already on the game but I thank the developers for considering the difference in price of a CE and therefore ther merits of a longer game.
I recommend this game!

This looks a good game. Does respond a little slowly on my computer but the storyline and background music is good. I normally turn the music right down but it adds a little to ambience in this game. If you are not a beginner I would suggest the hard challenge on the mini games as I found easy was for me just too easy. The collectibles are shown at the bottom near the inventory so you know what you are looking for and can make sure therefore that you collect without having to refer to the strategy guide to check. This is a buy for me
I recommend this game!

This game is most disappointing but joins the theme of Collectors Edition being sold when in reality that are basic SE with a strategy guide. It is a basic hidden object game with very little storyline with no flow. Okay for those who like this type of game but and expensive purchase for what you are getting
A VERY short game Strategy guide only 24 pages and this includes the collectible owls pages. A poor output by the developers who have in the past given some good games
I don't recommend this game.

I can only think it must me me or the reviews in my support are not posted. Again this is a CE game with an all too familiar Christmas storyline and so short . It is Christmas time so Scrooge immediately comes to mind.
I want some of the longer games that are worthy of a CE price. Not just a Strategy guide and a considered bonus chapter that merely gives what would have normally been viewed a SE. ]
There was little attention to detail either as you jump from chapter 4 to 6 so 6 chapters it would seem was initially considered or as is normal it was probably going to be one chapter choppped into 2 short parts
Game was an okay sort of game other give a more in depth view in earlier posts.
Shame but I feel my loyalty to these sort of games is being eroded my suggestion is wait for the SE or an offer later on
I don't recommend this game.

I have only played the trial. Whilst not that bad, I think that this is a case of padding rather than substance. I unlike the other review think we do deserve longer games for CE editions. Older games have six to eight chapters or more and now we are down to three. That said I cannot say I am not enjoying to some degree what I have played and the above review gives a lot more in depth account.
I recommend this game!
