This is a great game in the tradition of ghost stories whispered at night and eerie old houses best avoided because....You get the idea, right? The fear and suspense are at a perfect level and the music and graphics are super appropriate. Only 2 drawbacks, one minor and the other less so. First, the ghostly "helper" has a voice both irritating and hard to understand. No wonder he seems grouchy and sarcastic most of the time! The other downer (for me) is that the spot shown in the "hint" for HO scenes is sometimes hard to see clearly and separate from the background. But regardless, this is a super supernatural trek into the past and back. Even the puzzles keep a mysterious feel going. If ghosts and hauntings are your thing, give this game a try. Not perhaps at midnight with no lights on, but prepare to be "spirited" into a tale you'll remember for a long time.

This is a fun game with clear, amusing graphics, and appropriate sounds. But, due to a major (for me and I fear for many other gamers) flaw, I can't play it comfortably or with even a chance of winning. The flaw? The calls come too fast for anyone who hasn't got excellent sight. Even using 1 card, by the time I've located and daubed 1 or sometimes 2 of the called numbers, the next balls appear and/or my opponents have called "Bingo!" I recommend you try it if you enjoy Bingo and want a challenge. But with no option to adjust the call speed, it's a no buy for me. Maybe there'll be an update with more control? Well, one can wish, right?

I liked the idea of hidden object scenes used to unravel the past, but the actual play didn't make the grade. The "game board" consists of the mansion's rooms and sliding jewels which randomly land on 4 rooms at a time when the dice are rolled Armed with only 5 non-renewable clues, the player must find all listed objects to get to the HO room in the center of the board. Solving this scene reveals a dull, visually trying match 3 game which, if solved, refils your 5 hint maximum. A chapter of the "story" (I use the term very loosely) follows and the process is repeated until the story is told. But...the grammar is poor, the plot makes little sense and there's absolutely no incentive to progress. There are actual riddles to solve (1 to each room, each round it seems) and jewels to find, but that's it. Total it. As for the ending, I couldn't make sense of it at all. I suggest you visit the demo and, if you can endure the oddities and frustrations, this might be your game. It absolutely isn't mine. The elements of a good game are there, but highly misused. I hope for a better 2nd game from this group.

I'm a m3 fan, so this is a super combo of m3 and rpg types. The graphics and sounds are excellent and the story is well done. But a downer for me (hence 4 stars) was he necessity of solving the tile type to empty the screen, not matching. I'm sure many players like those and I've no complaint about them being included, but we should be able to gain spells, train better mounts, etc. without having to solve them all. Aside from that, I recommend this game to m3 and rpg players as there's something for us all in this offering.
I recommend this game!

This hybrid of several game types has a lot going for it. It's farming, trading, planning and building homes, fountains, eateries and even an awesomely lovely castle! So why 4 stars? Well, for me there's a major downer. Events, farming and almost any kind of progress takes literally hours of real time! A few crops do mature within an hour but many take much longer and building, cooking and manufacturing can take 4, 6, 8 hours or more! Not everyone has that much computer game time and/or can check back regularly to see if anything has changed. I've noticed this "timing" trend in other games but this one seems excessive! If you have the time and patience it's a fun and challenging game. But be ready to devote literally hours and days to make any progress.

This game has some of lots of things. HO scenes, match 3, riddles, odd characters, etc. It's a...well, I'm not too sure what it's actually trying to be, but somehow it's addictive. You'll want to try just one more search, one more m3 and see if you can fill another Collection. But I couldn't give 5 stars because of the confusion (at least in my mind) about the story and the actual goal. But I suggest you try it and see if your puzzle and curiousity sense is activated by the various tasks and enigmas presented. The toughest puzzle of all? What's really goin' on here!

I really enjoy these "yard sale" HO games. Especially when there's an optional "relaxed mode" without time pressure. This game has that, the usual bullies wanting to take away the "poor girl's" only home, room full of salable items and lots of customers. So what's the problem? One word will do-graphics! The cartoonish style is annoying enough, but the objects you need are often out of proportion, warped and misshapen and/or odd colors. This detracts hugely from what is otherwise a good member of the honorable HO yard sale family. But I'm recommending it as you may find the style agreeable and enjoy the game. Give it a try and if the graphics don't detract from it, it may be a win for you.

Having played and enjoyed the first 2 in this challenging series I was ready for another "de-haunting". And it is! A match 3 game with goals, challenges and observable results toward the game's goal-a ghost free home. The plot itself isn't new but the mechanics definitely give this gem of a game it's glitz. Power-ups, several kinds of coins and treasurers, a cannon to shoot and great sound effects. So why not 5 stars? Well, my only slight downer (and very slight at that) is the great length of the later levels. Just looking at the layout can be distressing and knowing it'll take eons of time to move ahead let alone finish the goal can feel daunting. But if you've got the time and play relaxed mode, there's no problem. I'd have liked more but shorter levels with the same challenges and good looks that are the hallmarks of this and the previous episodes. I do recommend the game and that you try it first. But if eerie houses and m3 games are your thing, this one's a keeper!

The game began well with good music, spooky intro and seemingly clear, bright graphics. But as the story unfolded, the flaws in presentation became hard to deal with. The main cursor is a lacy, pink arrow which too often blends into the background graphics. The HO's haave many small and poorly drawn objects and some of the spelling isn't correct. The constantly morphing objects in the HO scenes are distracting and add nothing to the game. No reward for finding them so far has appeared. The "other world" with its floating glyphs is very difficult to match ecause of the murky grey background and the swirling dark clouds. The story is excellent and had it ben better presented this could've been a 5 star game. But I suggest you try it as you may find it enjoyable, flaws notwithstanding.

I really liked the idea of combining a positive theme with a cleaver match 3 base. The game plays much like the 2 Fruit Locker titles I have and that's a definite plus. The music is soothing, the power-ups unusual, and the scenes are colorful and well drawn So why 4 stars? Well, as has already been said by others, some of the objects to match looked a lot alike. This is especially true for the green plants. The other downer, but not necessarily for everyone, was the use of the Holy Spirit as a game element, and the stilted dialogue. The Noah story is exciting and wonderful but the conversations were "wooden" and "unrealistic". But that would've been ok but for the inclusion of what might be for some players, a light and almost frivolous use of serious Biblical themes such as faith in God's word, doubt of His plans and abilities, etc. But if that's not an item for you, the game may well give you challenging m3 pleasure. I suggest giving it a try and letting it "speak for itself".
