Really loving this game. Nice touch being able to customise the way you play eg no sparkles, quick fill hint and skip features. Plenty of morphing objects and other collectables. Graphics are fabulous, and the map (thankfully it has one) is very useful at taking you to various scenes with objectives. Only halfway through bonus chapter, and really don't want game to end. Not many games keep me wanting to play to the end, but this is one of them! Real quality, and devs have put a lot of work into it. HOS are easy ish, and you can choose a matching game instead if you prefer. Puzzles are well thought out, although rather too many 'circle' puzzles which get a tad boring. But, all in all well worthy of a CE and if all games were like this I'd be stony broke!
I recommend this game!

This game is different in a way to many games. No ghosts, spooky mansions and dead bodies. I played advanced level, only skipped two puzzles and had finished the main game in 2 1/2 hours. HOS nothing different, but all items were easily found. Hint and skip filled at a reasonable speed in the middle mode. Thank goodness for a map! Without one I think I'd have given up on the game as so many places to visit, and go back to. The hint system was a talking book that was amusing. Got the feeling that halfway through developing the game, they ran out of ideas as the first half was more entertaining than the second half. Not played the bonus content yet. There were collectables: a skull in each scene, and various posters. Didn't add anything to the game. The graphics were beautifully done, and the music was in keeping with the mood of the game.
I recommend this game!

I love the games in this series, and this didn't disappoint. Played advanced level; the hint and skip buttons refilled fairly quickly. No map, but game is quite linear, so didn't really need one. Found hint button lost its way now and again, particularly in the bonus content. Rather a short game, and the bonus chapter really isn't anything special. Puzzles were nicely done, and fun. HOS a bit bog standard with minimum interaction. I couldn't see the point of growing flowers in the garden, which added nothing to the game. Nor did some seals you collected...
Just the game alone, even without the bonus content was value for money, entertaining and definitely worth playing.
I recommend this game!

Played until the end in advanced mode. Fabulous game in all areas. HOS not too numerous, and not too difficult. Really good graphics also. Fairly linear game play so not too much back and forth. Useful map. The storyline was fun, the music very easy on the ears and in keeping with the atmosphere. For a change not too much hand holding either. Held my interest right the way through. Puzzles were beautifully done, and all doable. A bit of everything in the way of puzzles, and they'd been well thought out. Excellent hint system too. Had to collect coins for your pet shop. Wasn't that interested in that part, and it wasn't intrusive. Really class act from these devs...if only all games were of this calibre!
I recommend this game!

I've enjoyed the games in this series, but this one is a lame duck. Way too many HOS..one after the other after the other, and not very inspiring. Too much hand holding, and far too linear. The map was pretty useless; wonder why they bothered with it at all. Very disappointing. `Be okay for beginners maybe.

Very good game. Played 'hard' mode and it took about 4 hours to finish. The graphics were super, and the music in keeping with the mood of the game. Wish more game devs offered a sparklle free mode, that does allow you to skip puzzles and get hints. Skip and hint took longer to refill, but not laboriously so. A nice variety of HOS, and puzzles. Nothing new in the puzzle dept., but well put together and excellent graphics. Hint system was excellent; I liked the way the hint took you to the place where there were things to do. The map was good, but at times the objective was incorrect. Never needed the SG. A little too much hand holding...we have brains enough to know a screw requires a screwdriver! The bonus content wasn't value for money, too short and too many bog standard HOGs. All in all enjoyed this CE!
I recommend this game!

Really enjoyed this game, as quite different from the run of the mill CEs. Prefer frogs to hogs, and the graphics were beautiful. Just felt there were too many find the bits to give it a 5* rating. Not often I play a game to the end, and the bonus chapter was as good as the main game. Love 'Blue Tea Games', and they excelled themselves with this offering. Challenging enough, with excellent hint system. Puzzles were rather easy, but offered something a bit different. Sad its the end of a trilogy, but hopefully there'll be more from these debs!
I recommend this game!

I've loved the games in this series, but for me this was too boring. No interaction in the HOS, lots of cut scenes with too much chit chat. The worst bit was the stupid things you collected to use on various sparkles. There was no mode to be 'sparkle free' and I detest them in any game. Journal I just couldn't fathom; half a book page with no map or tasks. The graphics were excellent as one would expect. Quite a bit of hand holding. The puzzles were the usual 'put all the lights on/off' but were nicely done. I just couldn't get any enthusiasm to play it again after exiting the game. I usually buy most CEs, but after the trial hour deleted it.
I don't recommend this game.

This game is a lot better than many CEs out there. Played without issues on my Macbook Pro, and playing in expert mode (no skips, hints etc) took 4 hours to complete. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the mode options offered either help and sparkles or nothing at all. I've never played a game before without using hints and skips, so was a bit nervous that I'd get halfway through, and hit a puzzle I hated or couldn't do. In fact all puzzles were doable, and fairly simple but also nicely done. The game was fairly challenging, and I liked the fact there wasn't too much going back and forth. It wasn't totally linear, but not frustrating. Fairly believable storyline for a change, with a nice little twist at the end. Would like more games like this one!
I recommend this game!

Enjoyed this game a lot, but it was very short. Playing advanced mode and no puzzle skips and it only took 2 1/2 hours. Not too many HOS, which is always a bonus for me. Graphics a bit grainy, and a bit too much hand holding in places but if you don't read the text you can be left to work it out. Silly story line as usual, and the voice overs were so slow.....almost as though they were speaking to a non-English speaking person or a toddler! Hint system was good; I only got stuck a couple of times throughout whole game. A w/t isn't necessary. Fairly challenging and a real bonus for me was zero sparkles. Click on something and it opens either to explore an area more or for a HOS. Wish all games allowed us to use our brains more when playing advanced levels. Thanks for the Mac version...and it ran smoothly!
