Played the demo and this game is not worth the price even on" tax day" sale today. The added features for this CE, in fact all CEs in my opinion, don't have the content to be worth the CE price. A full chapter, if included in a CE and if said chapter is the same good quality as the game itself, is what I have always considered to be the game's bonus. Screensavers, music, coins, and clothes for bunnies do not a CE chapter make. Played the demo hoping to buy, but...Maybe wait for the SE. Try "VIOLETT".
uninstalled this boring game 3/4 (?) of the way through. running around to collect a dozen inventory items and then using them all in a dizzying run around the boring land in which this "game" takes place. BUY 'VIOLETT' INSTEAD.
Violett is reluctant to move to the dreary countryside. But when a strange light lures her to into a world of magic, she may never find herself bored again!
Bright, different and a mind-boggling challenge (for me). Am not familiar with this type game, but am a fan now. The second time I let the bottle escape from the jaws, I was hooked. Love the HO and adventure games, but this one got me.
The flying birds in an overcast sky, waving grasses and all the creepy-crawlies one could hope for. Reminds me of the Sullivan River game. Jump map came in handy as I became bored at the last chapter. The story and art work kinda' fizzle out as the heroine discovers an underground vault decorated with the usual demon statues and puzzle locks.
The game was predictably good-looking and some puzzles were quite good. The HOs were interesting and attractive. But, why the silly coin search? Let the Poe series RIP. Just one person's opinion. Check it out.
Dark, small, too much running around, HOs too simplistic, puzzles ?....... Thought I was gonna like it, as I did the other Grim Tales, but no. There were many glowing reviews of this game--to each his own.
Most seemed to like this game more than I. The connect the numbered dot "puzzles" knock this game from serious consideration as "best game". The art work is good, though too purple/pink for my taste. The game is long, but the downside is that the inane story goes on and on.

The teapot in the kitchen, in fact, all the interior scenes are as good as it gets. Really enjoyed every minute. HOs are standard, puzzles not the usual (though not MCF Puzzlers). As always, try before you buy.
Purchased after seeing all the five-star reviews, BUT, this game just didn't do it for me. Silly story; disjointed game flow and jumping from one unrelated thing to another unrelated thing made for a boring time. And, please, no more critter helpers. Uninstalled half-way through.
