Storyline is good. Some new style puzzles (always a plus). You get varying "helpers", depending on your location (a nice variation). Altogether a very nice game.
I played this game on the middle level of difficulty. I found it quite enjoyable. There is a nice range of puzzle, none of which are very difficult however. The story line holds your interest. I thought the graphics were excellent. Game length is good. This is the second in this series that I've done. Enjoyed both.
Not as many HOS as some games and the puzzles aren't all that challenging but what I really liked is that the puzzles and HOS were logically connected to the goal of finding the daughter and husband. Lately many games I've played the puzzles and objects seem random with no connection to the game storyline.
To save your father from a hideous monster, you've decided to sacrifice your own freedom. Now you must journey through a strange and magical land before time runs out!
I think what dimmed my appreciation of the game was the predictable storyline. The game length is good. The graphics are good. The puzzles are fine. God but not great.
I recommend this game!

I liked the other PuppetShow games better. For some reason I just could not quite get into the spirit of things. The game length is good, the puzzles are good, some really new. But the foreign origin is a bit obvious in this one, dialogue not quite right and some puzzle descriptions are so vague that you are left to fumble around trying to figure out exactly what to do. Having said that I still think it's a good game.
The game is nice and long, the graphics are beautiful, and the storyline is good. The HOS are good, some lists some picture, some build an item. This review is based on the SE. I hope the developer does more in this line!
This is the sequel to the Ghosts of Maple Creek. Sometimes sequels fall flat but not in this case. This one is every bit as impressive at the first. Really great story line. Interesting (but, I must admit not challenging) puzzles. I like the evidence wall. The map is useful but not overly revealing. I can't wait for the sequel! (Warning - ending lets you know there will be one.)
I was curious to see if this game would really match the super ratings its been given. It does, in spades! Lovely long game. The evidence wall is new and rather useful/interesting. The storyline is great. Warning: it has a cliff hanger "to be continued" ending. That was fine with me, it got me to play the sequel, which is equally great. What a find!
I was impressed by the large number of folks who enjoyed this game. Now I can count myself amongst them. Some different puzzles, which is always a good thing. Enjoyable story line. Nice long game.
