Great Game for Hops Lovers with Fun Puzzles.

I just finished the whole game and I loved it. This game was challenging enough for me. Most Hops had 3 layers, like matching, what ever? Rings. Then a list, then the main thing to find. The Hops were plentiful and enjoyable. I counted 15 in the main game and 8 in the bonus chapter. For some reason you can't replay all the Hops from the Bonus Chapter. This game has the best story hops, with some, chalk drawn, stain glass with story telling.
I found using the Glyphs relaxing and fun.
The puzzles are the fun type. Matching, Simon said, the door glyphs, steering the rooster, select what 3 patterns are represented, nutshell game with lady bugs, climbing the wall, color flower circle, jigsaw, manual dexterity and paint by number. Not all of them have instructions but if you have been playing for a while you don't really need them. Like in a certain order. The one's I don't like have arrows at top and bottom. Any kind of swirling around, sliding and swapping puzzles to make the picture. I couldn't do all the puzzles, so I think they're challenging. I don't want or need them harder. I did buy this game from the Hidden Object section not the puzzle section. Not everyone even likes puzzles. Being an Adult isn't measured by your puzzle ability no matter what any one says or I should of stopped aging along time ago. Remember not everybody can do everything well. The map is good and I used it the most in the bonus chapter.
My favorite Hops are the panorama, armor, chalk drawn, animal and stain glass. But they are all Great.
My detail awards goes to the wind up squirrel, rooster with the saddle, lobster scale, firefly beetle, lupines, woodcutter armor, piggy chest, very blue spruces, very blue oak leaves and bug juicer.
With 90 collectible glow spheres. I only had 50 some after the main game and I should of had 60 some. I retrieved them then before moving on to the bonus chapter. In the bonus content, in Collectibles this changes to a replayable match 3. ( I found if your small window doesn't close it's because you still have some collectible) It's a lot more fun to be able to get all of them.
The Morphs are 15 Flowers. They look like the rare forest type. You can only collect them when you see them. They disappear.
In Media Content, you have 18 Concept art, 18 posters, 14 video, 8 music you can't download. Replayable- 21 mini-games and 19 Hops.
I recommend this game!

Amazing and Funny. Like a Cult Classic. Their mouths move like they're talking a foreign language but you hear American. Loved the storyline, gameplay, Hops and puzzles. Wish I could replay the Hops.
I have played the hops like this before but it's been along time ago. You use a few things from your inventory to finish the hops, more often I didn't receive all the items I need for the hops so I had to come back to it.
The puzzle that I really liked was the hamster maze, jigsaw, shooting the bell and most of them.
Liked the Bonus Chapter even more. More intelligent and more adventure.
8 Chapters + Bonus and I had to use the guide a few places after chapter 6. The map is very good. In the bonus chapter I had 8 places that had tasks so the guide helped. It's a really good guide with hops included.
My special detail awards go to the hamster, red bluejay, flying cat, Ivanhoe the android and searcher bird.
The flowers you collect goes into the philanthropy. I had 3 different places to go and I missed 5 flowers, so I couldn't finish the last one.
The main voice to me sounds like James from Haunted Hotel, also a Elephant Game. Very Sexy.
7 wallpapers, a screensaver, 7 concept art, 4 music, 4 bonus videos and 15 mini-games.
I loved this game more than some of the newer games. At almost 5 years old the graphic aren't as good but the fun makes up for it.
I recommend this game!

I think this game is well done. It has a pretty good flow. I know there are more than 13 Hops in the main game and 4 in the bonus chapter. If your a stickler for realism you won't like this one.
I collected 12 figurine that morph before you collect them. I collected 141 flowers and I know I missed at least 2. In the bonus content you have the Secret Room. The flowers unlock it. It's Hops related. I have three doorways.
My favorite hops was a tattooed mannequin with ten arms, (make sure you scroll right with the mannequin) The computer screen that you flip through 3 screens to find what's on your list and the Boulder. In the bonus, wind chimes. I didn't like the sideways hop.
I liked a few puzzles. The maze was a lot of fun. So was the hand silhouette to guess the animal. There are 8 and if you miss one you have to start over. Memory game. Setting radio reception with multi sliders that are red, yellow and turn green when you have it.
My detail awards go to Charley the Robo-Dog, the black kitten and the fire hyenas.
The bonus chapter is a prequel and Officer Riley is the Star.
10 wallpapers, 10 concept art, 5 soundtracks, one screensaver and achievements. Replay 15 Hops and 11 puzzles.
I'd like to see more than the word hops in the guide. More Hops and less puzzles.
I recommend this game!

I really liked the bonus content. I collected 50 some coins. When I went to my collection. It had game machines to buy. Car game, shooter game, checkers game, smasher game, billiards game and floating ball game. So far I purchased the floating ball, smasher, car and shooter games. I'm shy 4 coins for both of the ones' I haven't got yet so only can choose one. Each game has a different price. I have played these more than once, they are short but fun.
The Developer Diary has people in scary scenes. I think they are the game crew.
Collected 72 morphing puzzle pieces that you put together for 6 jigsaw puzzles.
They also have 4 music tracks, 24 concept art, 14 wallpaper and achievements.
This is a murder mystery. It has blood spatter and old dilapidated rooms. I didn't think it was scary but some might. Liked a small amount of puzzles. The Hops are plentiful and good. Pretty good special affects. The bonus chapter takes place in Vermont. It adds to the main story. I think they could have ended it better. I didn't like where the main character didn't speak. I was thinking doesn't Uncle Rick speak? Or Zane? It has good pace but you have a lot of back and forth. Has a good map. Getting around isn't bad.
I recommend this game!

At least when you had a missing zip you knew what to do when you found something to replace it. Have you heard the saying be careful what you wish for? For all the people who wished for some thing different in game play and the not expected this game is for you. So not expected that you constantly hit hint. The puzzles are so difficult and hard I skipped them. Some you have to skip 3 or 4 times because they repeat in a harder sequence. Even with the guide, I have no desire to touch them. I won't use the 21 replayable mini-games.
I did like looking at this game. It's just Beautiful. I like learning about another culture. Some complain about the Marigold wreath and the sugar skull but I learned something I didn't know before. The Music is great. Loved the small amount of Hops with some having Morphs (11) and collecting 35 signs that look like a painted and embellished scorpion. Some of them easy and some hard, like in a dark place. But you can go back and get them if you don't find all of them. They need a better indicator. I'm not counting the different scenes and that is the only way the numbered indicator would work. Just about every other game maker does this better. Eipix step it up! Eipix you do have some of them beat by having a way to pick up the collectible you miss after game play. When I clicked on bonus content I was so happy that you have a lot of things I like. Video being a big one. Souvenirs are fun for me too but with only 15, I think you cut back.
The Beautiful Hops are Great. Maybe just a little too hard. They should have them in the guide. I keep clicking and a giant skull would cover the scene. Talk about old school. I kept doing it to entertain myself. I would like all of your Beautiful Hops to increase with more morphs and delete all the puzzles. Maybe keep stacking the hats.
The game play is so slow. So much like running up hill and not getting any place. I regret buying this yesterday when I was playing but when I finished the bonus chapter today I'm happy I have it. I learned about I culture I knew nothing about. It's very Beautiful. The Hops are Great. I will replay the Hops.

The 37 graduation hats that I collected can be tricky. Don't like the lack of indicator and the count doesn't help me. But you can go back to get them. The Souvenir Room has 12 items and to get them you have interactions.
Loved the throw back to Final Cut, Myths of the World and Mystery Case Files.
After you finish the bonus chapter you read, you played the last Dead Reckoning game.
I enjoyed lots of the puzzles so they may not be for people who like Super hard ones. I really liked the pinball machine, maze, sliding colored balls, mail drawers and matching. In the bonus chapter I liked shooting items and door lock. I'm really good at shooting because I played a whole lot of Zuma. Oddly, I don't like the bubble shooter, which is included in the bonus material.
The hops are good. Love the Lists. Ten in the main game and 2 in the bonus. They should have out number the puzzles because this is in the Hidden Objects category. The replay of Hops are only 10 to the 19 mini-games.
The Story/Mystery was a unique one to me. I didn't figure out the person responsible. Nice twist. I for one don't want to know much about the story of a game before I play it. It spoils it for me. So when I read reviews, I skip over where they write about the story. I don't want to know. I do want to know just a bit about the bonus chapter to see if it's something I would like. So in the bonus chapter you have Oliver and Alison and a third person with Miss Douglas. Viktor also returns.
I recommend this game!

I Collected 68 Owls. The Morphs are very slow. So slow that I would click on it not knowing it was a morph so I didn't see it morph, so that was disappointing. Has very good indicator for your collectibles. In the extras it has video/movies, one of my favorites.
The hops are good. Mostly lists, just how I like them. In the main game I liked the garden with blue roses, the stables with the jack o lanterns, golden gate, projector and so many more. It even had one that had a throwback to Beasts of Bremen. In the bonus chapter my favorite hops was one with lots of drawers.
I liked the puzzle with different predators, runes and more. In the bonus, I liked one where you move to the cave by fixing obstacles but it took me a while to figure out. Had to skip some puzzles because I couldn't figure them out even with the guide. So I guess that's good for someone who likes it more difficult.
My special loved details are-flower lighter, bird whistles, frosted roses, squirrel family and winged lion candles.
I bought all the Living Legends in the series in Collector Editions. This one and bound by wishes are my top two.
Extras- I collected all my owls. So when I went to the Collection in the bonus it said Play. So I had a nice surprise. 10 wallpapers, 4 screensavers, 10 concept art, 5 music, 32 movies. Replayable-15 Hops and 16 mini-games.
I could really tell that the game makers did there best to have something for everybody. I was very happy. I have my replayable movies and my list hops and morphs and a good story and smooth game play. A decent amount of owls to collect. Great bonus extras. No glitches or problems.
I recommend this game!

I just finished the game with the bonus chapter and let me say there are twists and turns. I read reviews that sounds like they quit in Chapter 1 or 2. Chapters 3,4 and 5 are mainly spaceship, robot related. I call that Sci-fy. Chapter 6 is the rescue with a Halloween note. The bonus is father and daughter related with a dog named Toby and a Christmas Tree. I Loved the Storyline. It was a great ride.
I thought the puzzles were hard. I skipped 20 of them. Some hops were hard too, so I wished they were in the guide. The puzzles I did like were shooting aliens and later ghosts, the elephant puzzle is where you run him through a maze and try to avoid the clowns, while picking up items that will help you get out. Liked jigsaw and grab claw to move boxes.
I collected 148 flowers out of 153. So I had entrance to the secret room where I played a game. Had a message Completed the Secret Room puzzle and unlocked bonus prize. I still can't see or figure what that bonus prize is. It took me to the screensavers. I don't know if I had 2 screensavers before. So I entered on a different profile and I still had 2 screensavers. So it's a mystery alright.
Collected 12 figures that are morphing when found. They have info when you hover by them in their room. My favorite hops in the main game has coffins and in the bonus chapter it has blowfish.
Since it is a Elephant game I have Elephant sighting in the game. 5 sighting with one being a tie pin. ( A Elephant Tie Pin)

The Challenge fit me just fine. It is fun and comfortable game play. Just the way I like it. I'm more concern about the lack of extras. I Loved collecting 24 owls and 6 statuettes. But only collectibles in the main game. Only 6. I would of liked a lot more. No replays for hops or mini-games. Loved the jigsaw and achievements. The bonus game is fun but short. The bonus is about the tools of Titan. You go through three portals. Nice.
The hops are varied. I'm not big on story hops and they have lots of them. The story hops did tell you more about the story but I would have preferred a video in it's place and more list hops. I really Loved the hops with coins with a grab claw. Loved the hops with choosing two pictures like bird and fire equals phoenix from the list.
I loved all but two puzzles. The maze is great.
My little Scarecrow companion, Tom is the cutest.
I recommend this game!

Boy, have we improved in 2017. This game I think was from July 2012. Just Five Years old. The best part for me is the story and the mystery of it all. So impressed how the Bonus Chapter wrapped the story up. The Map is top notch, better than I have seen in some newer games. I wouldn't want to play this game without the guide.
In the main game I liked the puzzle where you set levels so all three race horses arrive at the same time and I liked the stars that made pictures. Liked a puzzle from the bonus chapter and it was a grab claw machine that you scan for color, size and shape. The skip and hint are a very long wait. Normal for the year it was made. Nothing wrong with the other puzzles but not for me. Puzzle lovers I think would like them.
I usually love hops but for some reason they didn't fit me. Were Ok. More analog. Not HD. 12 Hops in the main game and 4 in the bonus chapter.
Collect blue flowers that look like forget me nots. They are in plain site and I didn't mind that. I had fun collecting them. I enjoyed buying things at the store for my office. That's why you collect all the flowers. I only bought 9 items. The "My Office" is on the opening screen. So once finish the bonus game you can just go there without going through the Extras.
In the Extras you have 4 music, 2 cut content, 12 concept art, 1 screensaver, 9 wallpapers and 3 Extra mini-games ( They look like there from the bonus chapter that you already played.)
I recommend this game!
