Different than the usual HOA we're offered which I appreciate. Based on the demo, I found game play too easy and a bit slow, was almost ready to abandon play very early on but stuck with it to give it a fair chance. The story so far is quite interesting -- the best part of the game for me. There are many short mini-games and I found them all quite easy, didn't have to skip any. The hidden object scenes were fun to play. This would be one I'd use my free coupon on or buy when there's a 2-for-1 sale. Overall, it was fairly enjoyable to play, good for when you want more relaxing gameplay rather than a challenge.
I highly recommend you play the demo and give it a try.

Incredibly poor dialogue, incredibly fun to play M3! Came here to buy as soon as I finished the demo. A choice between three different ways to play and near the end of the demo it became challenging for me to complete the board quick enough to earn all three stars in the more usual swap and match mode I played in. I do enjoy some challenge throughout a M3 game rather than just in the final levels so that seals the deal for me!
I'm looking forward to playing this game through in all three ways (which I consider good value, too!). I highly recommend that you give it a try.
I recommend this game!
A unique combination of crime story and match-three puzzle.

...but I've given glowing reviews before based on playing the demo only and at least a couple of times, wished I could take back my recommendation after purchasing and playing further. I'm going to take a chance on this one and hope I don't regret it. I'm not a fan of limited moves; as for timed play, I like to be given the choice because sometimes I feel like challenging, fast play and sometimes I don't. Other than music & sound effect levels, you have no choices here.
I did enjoy playing the demo and like to have a selection of M3s on hand -- different types of gameplay, bonuses, levels of challenge -- to suit my mood at any given time. Story isn't a big deal for me when it comes to M3s but this one seems a bit interesting. I wasn't asked to enter a player name so I'm assuming that only one player can play the game until he/she finishes before another can start a new game.
The game's a bit different from most M3s so I highly recommend you give the demo a try before you buy.

I had a lot of fun playing both styles of M3 boards in this game and would've loved to continue. I played the demo in relaxed mode and know I'd love to play this one again in timed mode, too. Matching is as quick as you want it to be which I really appreciate; I often prefer fast game play and it's certainly nice and smooth here.
The mini game -- the same one each time, the dropping picture blocks you have to catch and place on the correct spaces -- was not for me, not gameplay I enjoy. Because it can't be skipped and appears to come up fairly often, I'll more than likely skip buying this game. What a shame because I really, really liked the M3 gameplay. I recommend you give this game a try if you're an M3 fan. If you don't mind the mini game, I think you'll have a lot of fun playing this one.

Just finished playing the demo and am interested enough in the story to want to know what comes next. The graphics are well done and pleasing to me, so are the music and sound effects -- they fit the story well and contribute to an overall "atmosphere" that made me want to keep playing. Game play was smooth and I didn't encounter any glitches. Worth the price to me to buy it on a sale day.
On the negative side, there were too many puzzles for my liking, some I didn't even want to bother with. Nothing much new here but it's very well put together, is good entertainment so far. I recommend you give this game a try and see for yourself.
Save the Maharaja's Park from its curse and create your very own exotic garden!

...but it may be yours. I played about 40 minutes of the demo, wasn't having fun, so uninstalled. Graphics are crisp and clear but too colourful for my taste and along with the story, made the game too "girlie" for me. Music is relaxing (probably because it's so boring), game play isn't your typical M3 type (described by other reviewers) and I just didn't enjoy it; it's not the sort of game I personally like to play. It does get challenging and I really appreciate that in any game. Going by how long I played, how long it took to earn enough money to buy something for the garden, I'd say you'd get many hours of game play from this one.
I urge you to give the demo a try and see for yourself -- it's different than most other M3s (game play -- the bubble shooter style match making). It also has much in common with the many (too feminine and/or juvenile, IMO) garden/house decorating/castle building type of M3 we have seen a lot of over the past few years. My boredom with those also influenced my opinion of this game.
I don't recommend this game.
Solve mysterious crimes and expose insidious criminals in this exciting, multilevel hidden object game.

There are some predominately hidden object games that are fun to play now and then -- series such as Park Ranger, Christmas Wonderland, Cruise Director and more. Objects are well-hidden, offer just enough challenge to find, and scenes are broken up with (too) easy mini-games that some enjoy. This wasn't one of them for me. I played the full hour of the demo watching for one of those advertised mini-games to appear and never got a one. Objects were far too easy to find offering no challenge at all. Some might enjoy playing this for those very reasons so I strongly suggest you play the demo before deciding to purchase or use a coupon for it.
I don't recommend this game.

I was starting to worry there wouldn't be a 2016 version so when I visited Big Fish this evening to see what the new game of the day is, I shouted, "OH BOY!". I love these games -- also own Halloween: Trick or Treat 2 which features the same (very wholesome!) family and love it just as much, if not more, than the Christmas games. They all share gorgeous graphics, tons of mostly well-hidden objects and mini-games designed to be played by the entire family without suffering any frustration.
I may be all grown-up (a long time ago, lol!) but I do enjoy a good, simple game to relax with now and then. If you aren't familiar with this series, I urge you to give the demo a try!

I thoroughly enjoyed playing the demo and am purchasing this game. Match 3 is my favourite genre and this one didn't fail to please.
I own the first Claws and Feathers and although I enjoyed playing it, too, it's not one I play over and over (but have played more than once). This one's pretty much the same based on the demo but I do like the pirate theme!
Fun to play, challenging but not frustrating. You need to employ strategy to meet each level's goals which include obtaining a certain number of points, eliminating all cats, opening coin chests and freeing chained birds.
If you're also a fan of M3 games, I highly recommend you give this one a try.
I recommend this game!

I often pass on even trying a game if the preview photos are very heavily blue-coloured as these ones are but I vaguely remembered beta-testing this one and loving it so I downloaded and played the free trial.
Nothing about this game disappoints me and I've returned today to purchase it. The graphics are gorgeous -- such beautiful winter/Christmas scenes! Smooth play, no glitches, decent story, not difficult at all but not boringly easy either. This is a family game both children and adults can well enjoy. I'm sure I'll replay this one every Christmas season!
