It's not often we come across a new M3 game that requires a fair bit of concentration, presents us with challenging boards. If you're a big fan of the Jewel Quest series and only want to play more of the same - or if you prefer to just take your time in relaxed mode - you'll likely be disappointed. If you like something new and challenging, please give the demo a try. After playing 10 levels, I decided to purchase and can hardly wait until I get back to it.
We are given one or more goals to accomplish in every level; eg, turn all tiles gold and ring a bell 3 times in 30 moves or within two minutes. I'm not a big fan of limited move M3 boards, prefer to be timed, but I do appreciate the variety (depends on my mood). And I haven't yet figured out why I lost a star on a couple of levels. For example, one board required that the goals be accomplished in 30 moves and I did so in 11 moves but lost a star for some unknown (as yet) reason. I've come across that problem before. Why don't developers just tell us when we begin the game!
I like having a variety of M3 games to choose from to suit my current mood. I really like to build things, create villages, acquire goodies but they aren't necessities for me to enjoy a game. Sometimes I just enjoy playing an M3 in relaxed mode for some good, stress-free fun and do so quite often (favourites I've played many times include a couple of the Cradle series, Imperial Island, 4 Elements II, Spooky Bonus). Sometimes I really want to be challenged, to have to think about the moves I'm making, how best to accomplish goals and get every star in every level. This one looks like it'll definitely fit that bill but I really hope that when I get near the end of the game, it doesn't become too frustratingly difficult!
Story is not at all important to me in an M3 game and this one hasn't managed to interest me but there's plenty of variety and challenge here if that's what you're looking for!
I recommend this game!

If you've played any Park Rangers game before, you know exactly what to expect. I could do without so many tedious, easy puzzles between hidden object scenes - they take too long to complete without offering any challenge so I soon started hitting the skip button before I finished them. A new soundtrack would be nice, too.
These are great games to play together with young children who enjoy searching for the often well-hidden items. And of course, I have fun playing a good old-fashioned HOS game like this myself every once in a while. The scenes are beautifully illustrated, have just enough challenge so it's a perfect game for when you feel like something fun and relaxing. The story's interesting based on the demo. I'm always happy when I see a new one's been released. A purchase for me.
I recommend this game!

"The best Clutter yet" according to this game's description and I tend to agree (based on the demo). I've been patiently waiting for the next Clutter game and I'm not disappointed one bit. If you liked any of the previous games, I'm sure you'll love this one! A for-sure buy for me -- I know I'll have hours and hours of fun.

I'm a big match 3 fan and love a challenging M3 game but when the biggest challenge is desperately trying to find which box I still need to 'smash' because I can't find it even with my reading glasses on, I get disappointed. That's not the challenge anybody's looking for -- it's a game flaw; hence the low score for "VISUAL/Sound Quality". That caused me to lose one or more stars on almost every level.
Another complaint is that I can't make matches as fast as I like to. I'm not sure if that's the game's fault or my computer since I don't see any other reviews mentioning it. I found it just too slow for my liking -- not painfully slow though (and no "floaty mouse" problem which makes me think it's not my computer).
For those two reasons, I'm sitting on the fence regarding purchase (good game otherwise). I figure I probably will with a free game coupon; I definitely wouldn't purchase if I had to pay for it. I highly recommend that you give this game a try to judge for yourself. Other reviews have noted the 'visual' problem; no others have complained about slowness so that could just be me.
I recommend this game!

I'm a big fan of M3 games and this is one of my favourites. I'm playing it again for the Halloween season, play it at least once a year. Choose relaxed mode if you're in the mood for some relaxing, stress-free fun or play timed if you feel like a challenge (but man, level 100 is challenging both ways!).
Plenty of reviews here outlining the game's features so I won't waste your time repeating them. I especially like how you can make very quick matches, one right after the other, bam/bam/bam. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about it. I highly recommend this game for both adults and kids.

Just finished the demo and came back to buy. It can be hard to find a Match3 that's challenging enough and lots of fun to play. I'm not a big fan of the Barbapapa-like characters in the Laruaville series which are likely more appealing to children along with the story/graphics but the M3 boards are far from childish. Not so difficult that it becomes frustrating (based on demo only and previous game in series). This one has some new twists that I liked and I'm itching to progress and discover more. If you're an M3 fan, I highly recommend you give this game a try.

I'm always on the hunt for a good, addicting Match 3 game, love them. Based on playing the demo, this one's not a buy for me; I found it pretty boring and the music annoyed me. No technical glitches -- game play was smooth and responsive. Not a bad game, certainly not bad enough for me to not recommend it. I do recommend playing the demo before purchasing so you can decide for yourself.

Just finished the demo and signed in to purchase. I really enjoyed playing this one -- visually pleasing (love those wood-coloured tiles!) and more challenging than the penguin series which I find a little too easy. One of the best, if not the best, mosaic games I've ever played. If you like this genre, I recommend you give Forest Riddles a try. You won't be disappointed!

Normally I like playing this type/series of hidden object games every once in a while for a change of pace -- good for some relaxing fun before heading to bed after a stressful day. But this one's not for me; many objects are too difficult to find, time-consuming to the point of becoming bored after playing only a couple of scenes (but I soldiered on through the demo) . Don't get me wrong...I like that feature in these games, the increased challenge in finding all objects, but this one went overboard in my opinion. Made it just not fun for me.
Seems strange to be rating level of challenge as 'poor' since that's what I'd usually say about game play that's too easy. This time the poor rating is for "too difficult to be fun". If you're looking for challenge in your hidden object games, this just might be the one for you so I do recommend you give it a try.
I don't recommend this game.

I love mosaic puzzles and I'll definitely be purchasing this one! World Mosaics is a bit more challenging than the penguin series -- was more so before this introduction of different colours (Colour Mode) - but I can also play without the ability to switch colours (Story Mode) so that's not a negative.
When you've completed a row/column, the unfilled/unused squares aren't automatically crossed off for you as they are in that other series. You have to do it yourself which adds some challenge, another way you can make an error. Also, you don't always know which number in a series you've found/completed in a row or column. For example, say the number list in a row shows five ones and you filled in one of them (not at either end of the row) while working on another row/column. You won't know which of the five ones you've found because it's not automatically crossed off the list of numbers for you -- unless it's at the very beginning or end of the row or you've pegged the other squares at the start/end of the row to show that it's the 1st or last one.
I won't comment on the story other than to say it's not something "exciting", not like in an adventure game. I don't care whether there's a story or not, am only interested in the puzzles. I do miss being timed in this version. Once I've completed the game, I like the challenge of beating my previous time when I play again later.
Besides the choice of playing in colour or not, I also like another change I found when playing the demo. Sometimes, when playing fast, I forget my finger's on the left mouse button, think it's on the right one, which was a deadly error in previous versions of WM if I was holding down the button to 'peg' several squares at once. Each square = a mistake so I'd lose, have to start that board over. I did that once in the demo but was only 'awarded' one mistake instead of several. Another plus over the previous version of WM: far easier to see which row/column you're working in, pegs & marked squares also more clear/don't blend into the background as much as before.
I recommend this game!
