This is the first in the series that I tried. I did like it at first, the games were not bad, the HOS were okay. It's a little dark, but the graphics are good. My peeve with the game is the ending. Now I know that a lot of these games are very abrupt at the end so I am used to that, but would it have really killed the designers to let us know what caused Stanley to start his reign of terror? There is not one clue in the SE. Maybe it is in the CE, but if so, that is really a cheap trick. I know that I have at least one more of these in my bag, but if it the same way, it will be the last one that I buy.
I don't recommend this game.

After Four Aces, I was very excited for The Void. Alas, it was so disappointing. While the storyline was cool, that was all that kept me going, Unfortunately, it was a waste of a good plot line.I was very bored with the puzzles. The graphics were dull, the hidden object games were very repetitive, there was just no sparkle to this game. It felt very old school, almost like it wasn't meant to be a Mystery Tracker at all, and just got revised a bit so they would have something to put out to meet a deadline. Very sorry that I wasted time and money on it, very glad that I am done with it!
I don't recommend this game.
