The artwork was awesome. The hidden object scenes are quite different than most HOG's. I had no idea what I was doing, but something was always going on. The game had a bit of an arcade feel to it with the rewards. The map was helpful, and the storyline was pretty clear, but the game seemed to have so much happening at once it was a bit confusing at times. It's definitely worth the time to dig into it.

The pictures were absolutely wonderful, colorful, and relaxing. After driving down a two-lane terribly congested country road the last thing I want is another difficult challenge. When I work these puzzles, I feel my blood pressure going down! The puzzles fit the fall season to a "T".

This game I first played about five years ago, and was one of my first HO games. The story line made little sense, but the minigames were worth it. There is no "skip" button on the games, but if you hit "close" your elevator still gets charged up. I like the Haunted Hotel series, especially the later ones.
Played casual game mode. Easy to move around, although a bit more back and forth than I cared for. Very clear graphics, Played mostly through Chapter two so far, and am enjoying the multiple layers of the story. It's definitely not a simple two-dimensional game. Things you uncover during the course you will need later to proceed. Hard to stop playing.

Game was easy to maneuver around in the trial version. Some items were annoying, like the talking bear, but the HOP items were clear and easy to find. This game was not particularly what I would rank as a "keeper" like some of the other popular series, but not a bad afternoon's entertainment. Good for beginners.

Excellent graphics, excellent artwork. Characters were real, voiceovers very good. I can see another installment for this series, only, . . . I once held a tarantula in my hand for about 2 seconds. I can't imagine holding a spider as big as the one Morgana had at the end of the game, let alone PETTING it! The only drawback was a few of the mingames, without the guide I couldn't make them work.
It should have been a tremendous achievement, but the tunnel through the Ridge of Leviathan became the site of a great disaster. What really happened that day?

This is a straight-forward easy game to enjoy. The mystery level was good, not too much running around. I never used the map, so I have no comment on it, but the hint button worked well as a guide. The interaction on the HOS between the item list vs. inventory vs. finding the items needed for inventory to find items in the HOS was rather creative. Good game.

Nothing like a few twists and turns to keep your interest! Game supported a map, but the map was not the clearest. The game came with a couple of helpers, one, a fairy, the other a "ravensaurus" who would do anything for something to eat. Game was simple and uncomplicated, w/o too much back and forth travelling. I liked the time control of the hint and skip buttons. Good game overall.
I recommend this game!

Even though the entire game may have been considered by many as weak, it was a nice adventure. I liked the opening menu picture of a Thomas Kinkade-type watercolor. The game moved rather smoothly and with little "back and forth". The hint button charged quite rapidly in casual mode, and was a good guide for lack of a walkthrough (the Dev had one on posted on the internet). Nice game overall.

Not bad for a low-budget game. Storyline was easy to follow, and when you ran out of hints and couldn't find any rubies right away, the hint recharged like most other games. It lacked a walkthrough, and it's my understanding BFG doesn't post one unless there is a CE edition. A kind-hearted fellow player posted one on YOUTUBE, which was a big help.
