I liked that there were no dark dismal HOGs and that the people were pleasant. The surroundings were nice and each step led on to the other so one was not trying to guess where to go next and not getting anywhere. This was a pleasant change.
I did use the walkthrough towards the end, but I think I was lazy, it wasn't really necessary :)

The only thing against this game is that there isn't an untimed game.
For the rest, it is great and the visuals and sound are brilliant. I am on my third attempt but haven't yet managed to complete the final level. That one is challenging and it is necessary to harbour all your weapons to defeat it.
Was so pleased to have bought it.
Warning tho', it is addictive :)

The cradle games are my favourite at present and I am on my fourth turn at the Egypt game.
The last level is hard unless you are really experienced, but it's one good way of gaining that.
I love the building of the city and all that the people are doing. My favourite is the chook that runs across the bottom left hand corner... she vanishes into the corn and then reappears again to rush on her way.
I think it has all been said here and all I can do is endorse everyone else's comments...
Just one warning, if you try it, you'll become addicted
I recommend this game!

I just love this Jewel Quest. I have had it for years and when I accidently delete it from my computer I go looking for it again...It's quietly challenging and very peaceful :)
