This is a HOG with some fun twists. Objects are either really easy of somewhat hard to find. There are the type of mini games that I enjoy mixed in with the HOG. Story line is not hard to follow. I don't listen to any games so I can't comment on sound effects, music or dialog. I haven't finished but I can say it has kept me occupied for a while. It is easy to leave and come back to because there's nothing to backtrack on or try and remember from other levels. A good bang for the buck.
Game played smoothly though not always logical. I liked the mini games because they were somewhat different than other ones I have played. Has a Rube Goldberg twist to it. Game felt a bit short. Played in the easier mode and was not difficult at all. I liked the game but will probably not play it again as it was a bit boring. I don't usually listen to sounds or music so no comment on that. I only slightly recommend it.
This is one of the best HOGs I have played in a long time. There was plenty of challenge and the mini games took some thought. There are three levels of difficulty so there is something there for everyone. I admit to two trips to the walkthrough because I was stuck. It played smoothly and did not have too much jumping around from screen. It also didn't have very many screens in any chapter so even if you had to backtrack it wasn't hard to know where you were. I really enjoyed myself and give it a big thumbs up!

Good graphics, but can't comment on music as I don't listen. Story line was okay. I was suprised at the end because the game just stopped and the credits rolled. I guess I was looking to tie things up so it feld a little empty. None of the challenges were too hard. A couple of the puzzles were a bit different and took some thought to solve. Not much character interaction and nothing "cute or humorous". Left me feeling pretty flat so I guess I won't reccommend it.
I loved the first edition of Royal Envoy. This new game has the same characters with new ones too. Some of the tasks have changed in the way they are accomplished. This game moves fast in some challenges and there are a few head scratchers too. There are some new characters to deal with and it is different enough from the first version that had to work some to solve quests. I don't feel the same level of "like" as I did for the original version but that didn't stop me from playing. The expert level is beyond my skills at this time.
