as it doesn't seem to end. Half an hour into the trial I found . myself still being tutored. The emphasize of the developers seem to have been to be funny or preferably hilarious. But that didn't work either. They should go back to concentrating on developing good games and leave the joking to a comedian.

It felt like it and I can't remember ever having seen the logo of the developer. If it is a first one then I'd say it's not too bad. It would need some tweaking to make me want to buy it, though. The game is very simplistic and gives little challenge. However, I liked the idea of being a ghost and wished it would have been a bit more spooky. If I have the chance of being a ghost in a game I want to be a scary one. In that aspect the game failed and had little atmosphere.

How can this be a game? There is nothing involved that justifies it being called that. It's a constant being told exactly what to do. No way of applying a strategy, the game won't let you do that, so there are moments in which you have to wait to get prompted to do something you already know you need to do. About as exiting as watching paint dry.

I played about 20 minutes into the free trial and think this game is a real disappointment and I wonder why they bothered making a CE out of it. Dark HO scenes, not much colour in anything the characters and voice overs are so outdated. The game feels as if it is many moons old. There are better Standard Editions about.

Really not good. The first puzzle already annoyed me: "Fit the missing emblems so that no colour and shape repeats itself vertically, horizontally and diagonally. The green lights will tell you if you're correct". In two squares the puzzle pieces DID repeat themselves with the already fixed ones diagonally, but the green lights came on anyway. Got me so annoyed, that I abandoned the trial and deleted the game.
Apart from that, it's the same old story: Missing person, evil character clad in a black robe with glowing red eyes. This is such an old hat and I already own enough and much better games of better quality and with puzzles that don't give false positives, that not even 2 punches for one purchase, as is the offer for this particular game today, make me want to buy it.

I'd go for the CE for this game. I own the SE, but will upgrade to the CE eventually. The game is quite long and you have to think out of the box. Without giving too much away: I remember one scene where I had to attach 'something heavy' to something and immediately thought of a weight, but what was needed was something which 'yes...IS heavy as the real thing' (I won't say anymore because I don't want to spoil the solution for anyone). It's a great game with lots of Hidden Object Scenes and puzzles to solve, but as one the first reviewers mentioned, the SE is lacking the final chapter. I don't often advise to invest into the CE of games, but in this case it's worth the extra money.

and therefore no buy for me. The game starts with the advice that the game is best experienced with the sound on, something I can't confirm. I tried it with sound on and with sound off and the experience didn't change. In fact, I found the sounds annoying if anything. At first constant wooshy sounds, interrupted by loud bangs and the usual jingle when after I found something important. When you get into the jungle there's hardly any sound at all, which for a jungle is a bit unusual. From the title I was looking forward to a great expedition, but no, very early into the game some red fuzzy entities appear and tell you to hand the relic you found or else. These I found really annoying, because they whoosh through your screen for what seems to be ages until they disappear and you can get on with what ever it is you need to do. Really frustrating. The graphics and artwork aren't exactly the Creme de la Creme either, so I'm really not sure why this mediocre game was launched as a Collector's Edition. In the Hidden Object Scenes you have the find the usual items with some items being interactive and at the end of each one they added a bit of poetry in a futile attempt to make it a bit more interesting to find the last item which is also happens to be the only useful one. To that add some stupendously easy puzzles and boredom is guaranteed.

After I played the trial I really don't understand the hype over this game. There's absolutely nothing that hasn't been there before. From the usual person that goes missing in some mysterious environment up to some guy in a black cloak with red eyes. Nothing is new. The graphics are nice, I give this much and instead of doing Hidden Object Scene you can choose to play a game instead, but even that has been done before. The puzzles are far too easy for my liking, absolutely zero challenge in solving them.

This would have made an excellent pure adventure game, but sadly it is spoilt by ridiculously unnecessary Hidden Object Scene that completely interrupt the flow of the game play. Apart from this and the far too easy puzzles I love the topic and the story line. I recommend it to somebody who likes easy Hidden Object Scenes with puzzles that don't require any engagement of the grey matter. A shame that the developers seem to have target exactly this clientele, rather than fans of pure adventure games with this game. What may have been a classic of the future is now doomed to disappear among the masses of Hidden Object adventures that are becoming easier by the month anyway.

I never found a multi puzzler game of this type that was enjoyable let alone challenging. They just don't cut it. The only innovation to the disaster here is that there are no instructions, which makes it challenging, but not in the way I like to be challenged. I am sure that eventually I would have figured out what has to be done in the puzzle I chose, but I really could not be bothered with terrible music blaring into my ears and finding the menu back to turn the music off, was another challenge in itself. Once I found the main menu, I just thought I might as well just leave the game and delete it from my HD. This game really is as pointless as square wheels. When it comes to puzzles of this genre I think I stick to a magazine and a pencil.
