There seems to currently be a race to the bottom in graphics quality going on for most of the games on Big Fish these days. Even the larger developers such as Elephant Games (which is typically my favorite) is now going backwards in terms of quality of graphics. Elephant, please let this be a one time occurrence. Even the earliest releases from Elephant didn't have graphics this bad.

I'm sorry to be negative, but this was worst game I've played in several years. The graphics were ancient and childish. I purchase and play the majority of the adventure games on Big Fish, but even as a free game this was a waste.
I don't recommend this game.

Ok, this is primarily a puzzle game. The difficulty level was about right for me....challenging yet they didn't feel impossible. There was subtle humor built into the story also when you clicked incorrectly and there was also a friendly jab at other game adventure game styles.
All in all, this was a SE game that was every bit as good as any of the CE games that I've played. (OK, I don't care about awards and bonus chapters myself)
Give it try!
I recommend this game!

I'll add my agreement with most of the other reviews. This game was an astonishing surprise. It's great in pretty much every way. This developer has "grown" a lot since the first Nightmare Realm. I wish some of the others (who've been around a lot longer) would take a page from these guys!
You won't go wrong with this game. Kudos again to the team that created it.

Everyone has different tastes and preferences, but I thought this game was excellent. It was very engrossing and I like the fact that the hidden objects were truly hidden and you had to find them in the area (more like real life).
I also congratulate Big Fish Studios for creating games more like the "high end" adventure games of the past. A lot of thought, creative development, and apparent cost went into the making of this premium game.
At least give the trial a run before making up your mind.

ERS seems to have gone for a race to the bottom. Every game has the same music, the same graphics, and the same tired feel. For a developer that has been around this long, this is sooo pathetic
I don't recommend this game.

I know that many of these developers are small companies, but I actually quit playing the game because the female voice over was so bad. I think if they had used an artificial intelligence speaking voice it wouldn't have been any worse. Good game overall. Too bad about the voice though!

My hat is off to the developers for a games with a truly engrossing atmosphere and feel. I wish more games were like this. I play a lot of Adventure games and this ranks near the top.

I wish every game on BFG was like the Drawn series. My hat is off the developers for the best series of games I've played in a long time. The music, the graphics, and the storyline are all top-notch. These games have an all-engrossing atmosphere that draws you in completely. Please keep up the good work and continue making more like this!

This game is of the same caliber as the "Drawn" series of games. I love Big Fish but wish that more games on the site were of this quality, challenge, engrossing, and a joy to play.
I recommend this game!
