I really liked the first The Keepers game, it leaves a deep impression that even another game developer other than Elephant can produce a game with nice story and excellent graphics. This game has the previous game's interface, but I don't know why I am not so convinced. The background music is very soft to almost none, and the voice acting really slow and it makes me sleepy and wants to finish this game quickly. There are lots of puzzles and HOG but the usual ones, nothing much interactive. The characters are cartoony and not very much like human. You need to collect some dolls for achievement but after a while I am no longer interested because I just feel bored and want to finish the game soon. If you are a fan of the first TK, I suggest you to try the demo first before buying.
A late-night subway ride takes a bizarre turn into a mystical cemetery. You have been summoned by a strange entity to free the cemetery’s lost souls. Will you succeed, or is this the end of the line?

I think it is just a short while before another RC game comes out. I liked the previous one before this. I think this one is rather short, you just need to save 3 souls, and as always, portals. Your mission is basically to save the dog and why are we there in the cemetery in the first place? there is no logical explanation except that you board the wrong train to nowhere. The game starts with your cute dog, but too bad as an SE, there is no extras for your dog (however I tried the demo for CE but I think the extras for the dog is rather useless). The game tried to add more length by giving you a raven with special powers, which has to be recharged every now and then, and to do that you have to solve a puzzle. The graphic is getting better, still you feel the atmosphere of the usual ERS game: colors, drawings, background music, but the graphic is sharper and less blurry. It's a good start to a new improvement. I wish they could bring more of this for their future games.

I wasn't convinced enough to buy the CE, but I saw this for the weekly deal and couldn't resist. The game is fine, has many good potentials, the graphic is nice with some good animations and the ice, snowy theme is just perfect for summer, it feels cool. I don't pay much attention to the story but it's not very engaging, IMHO, I don't feel much connection with the ghosts on the game, they're not tragic enough and they just appear and disappear for a very short while. The snow queen appears every now and then, but she has no expression and it's all the same animation. One bad thing is that there is no voice overs, which is a pity because if there's an evil queen, you would want to be more convinced with a good voice acting. But none here, so it was rather bland. In the end I don't feel much impressed with this game but still I am sure there are people who might like the story, so I would recommend this if you like stories like sorcery, a little bit of fairy tale and adventure.

Wow, I don't know that there is game dev out there who is in par with my favorite Elephant Games. This game has all the potential and they deliver it really well. The story is intriguing, very engaging and character development and graphic are really well done. Lots of interaction like making scents, which I like, and the murder scenes are not gruesome. The bonus chapter is also very nice, which takes you to London. Oh, and this game is set in Paris and you can get scenes of old Paris and even the Notre Dame. When I tried the demo, I was very impressed and bought the CE as I long to see what the bonus chapter is about. The last part of the ending, was kinda disappointed but that doesn't really matter. Try this game if you are into history, action and adenture at the same time!

Among the Maestro series this one is probably the best, in my opinion, with lots of interactive scenes, HOPs and kind of good story. The other part of the game are your regular ERS: graphic, music, voice overs. I liked the part when we can play the violin. The hint and skip buttons are faster recharged than the previous one. The ending scene is not bad, kind of leaving me more questions than answers, and giving me more excitement to the next game (hopefully). Job well done for ERS who improve this game better than the former ones.

I kinda dislike the first Maestro so I waited so long to buy this one, basically I bought this using the free game coupon that is about to expire. I love ERS Games but their games plot is sometimes disturbing, involving kids kidnapping and the like which I really don't like. And this one as well. The graphic is the usual standard ERS, but the voice over is not bad, unlike their recent games where children are voiced by adults, this one seems to be genuine. The HOG scenes are clutters of junk, and the usual HOG games, not puzzle. The ending, is what I like and what makes me give this review 4 star. Not the usual ERS games where the ending ended abruptly so that you buy the CE. All in all I finish this game in about 4 hours. Not bad since I use the SG to play. Recommended if you are a fan of ERS Games.

I am a fan of the first and second games in the series but this game is not up par to its predecessors. The voice overs are okay, the graphic is the usual ERS and so does the music, but I don't know why, I don't feel much excitement playing this game, and the HOG scenes, although creatives in some part, others are just the regular junk piles, and I mean really junk! How the character shows up in the final scene is confusing to me. The overall story is not that engaging that want me wants to finish this game, not in good way, because I want to finish this game quickly to play other game. I am getting over with werewolves and I hope this will be the last game of the series. Time to move on!

I bought this game to use my free game coupon as it is about to expire. I wasn't a fan of the series but I like ERS games so I bought this one. First, the idea of kidnapping children is really not to my liking, but I assume since it is just a game, I can live with it. Many scenes in the game are kind of disturbing but they don't make any sense, at all, even if it is just a game. Like how do we take water in a top hat? How do we get a tornado inside a flask? how can we block a huge, monstrous tentacle with just a balloon? how could we possibly pass the evil doctor through doors in front of him without him seeing??
the HOG scenes are also junk piles, like finding stuff inside a stove? it's ridiculous. The best part of this game is probably the voice overs and the fact that there's no backtracking needed so map wasn't necessary. The final part of the game is just like... wha??? I don't even know why we are there in the outer space in the first place. I am glad I bought this game for free so I suggest you try the demo first and choose whether to buy this one.

I bought this game because I love ND game series but this game is certainly not to my expectation. The preview of this game from the previous game, Shadows at the Water's Edge is so convincing but in reality it doesn't deliver. Like what monster? The game is set in Germany, but the game takes place at nighttime and never goes to another morning although ND has her own room. She can only go to a few rooms in the castle and the woods. The passageways are a bit creepy but nothing scary to make me jump from my seat. The length of the game is fine but maybe because it has so many conversations with the characters which are super long and tedious, and they are not likeable either and too bad the conversations cannot be skipped. I hate having topics of relationship problems in this game. ND should act professional and the conversation about boyfriend problems just weren't necessary. I think the devs just want to make the game look realistic in real life, but to me it just looks amateurish. The difference with real life conversations like the one in Syberia just wasn't delivered nicely here. Fortunately the puzzles are few here and some are the most creative I have ever seen. The last part where usually ND explains in her final letter doesn't fully explain like why there's a monster in long time ago, what happened? And final confrontation with the culprit is so hu-hum.. not interesting and no rush feeling either. I have high hopes with this game but left disappointed.

I love zombie movies and this one gives a good scare. I actually didn't plan to buy this one but I tried Pilgrim Hook and I love it and I know there's another Small Town Terrors game. The story seems not to be connected but it is like a ghost town story, which I like. More like 'Silent Hill' to me, so it gets me hooked. My concern is only the slow hint and skip charges although I chose Casual, and the map is pointless because it can't take you to places. There is no voice over and the people's graphic is rather amateurish, but other than that this game gives a good scare factor and if you like to jump of scare at times, this game may give you some goosebumps^^
