Myths of the World: Black Rose Collector's Edition could have been good.... I mean wow, adventuring in the bayou chasing the undead!? Yet I am SO disappointed I purchased this CE as it falls short literally as well as waaay short [in substance] very early on!
It appears some of the worst games appear to have waaay too many 'cooks' and you know the saying, "too many cooks spoil the broth"!? Well ultimately this reveals as an unappealing corny, cheesy, overly dramatic and just plain boring game... Where have all the good storytellers gone?!
IMHO after buying the CE I conclude: this game is just plain bad.... and not in a good way!
Avoid unless you have waaay too much time on your hands and nothing else in the world to do.

Despite what another reviewer mistakenly referred to as "old" point and click adventures, well, surprise, there are MANY new adventure style games which are highly admired and extremely popular and the style is not going away anytime soon! Albeit, adventure games are not as popular here as many customers at this site prefer very casual gaming and in particular, hidden object.
That being said, this is a delightful short but very sweet casual, adventure-light game with a few hidden object scenes within.
The puzzles are challenging and, like most adventure style games, no... there is NOT a lot of hand holding and spoon feeding involved, yet more so than most main stream adventure games, thus the "light" label I've added.
I am thoroughly pleased to recommend this wonderful little game that actual has an interactive storyline to offer that has a beginning, middle and end without running into chaos and nonsense which so many games appear to lean toward lately.
The only negative remarks I recall are a couple of misspells and one ingredient which was supposed to by thyme but was actually rosemary.
Overall the game was a pleasure to play and once I got into it, I had to play it straight to the end. Oh and btw, also despite reviews that there was no voice acting, there actually was occasional voice cuts between main scenes which were superbly, appropriately and professionally done... and, yes, the balance of the game was reading [gasp!].
So if you enjoy well-developed storylines, good [static] graphics which are beautifully drawn, as educationally focused adventure games with a twist, as well as challenging puzzles, you will want to buy this wonderful little game.
Enjoy and happy gaming!
btw: due to the preview video being directly over my review area, I am unable to edit... I apologize for any errs in advance.

To keep it short and to the point, my review is that Beyond The Invisible: Evening is everything I don't want in my gaming experience: monotonous, and dreadfully slow, dreary, stereotyping, and overall poorly designed.
Pass it bye... there are many other games worthy of your leisure time.
I don't recommend this game.

I played and enjoyed the earliest RC games. and am totally amazed at the high star reviews for this game. I' never ever seen anything so absolutely ridiculous and mindless ever here on BFG.
There have been plenty of details covered for this game so I am just giving my opinion at this point.
It is SO bad.... furniture out in the open where the player finds a skeletal hand to unlock a gate, etc. Just crazy busy-work which I can only guess must make up 98 percent of the game if one bases opinion according to the demo.
It was just nonsensical.... avoid if you enjoy challenge!
btw due to script errors on the review pop up pages of late, I am unable to edit my reviews... I apologize in advance for any that may have occurred [another reason I'm keeping it short and not so sweet].

Stranded in Time released just in time for me to get my 'fix' for a nice little adventure game.
The story is fun and definitely different sinc the dialogue creates an immersive atmosphere that kept me intrigued enough to want to buy it to see how it pans out.
The game is cartoon style with static frames and drag and drop inventory. There is lots to read [again... very cartoon style since many cartoons contain the same] and yet the interactions are more sophisticated. The characters are both charming and intelligent [being scientists] so this game will satisfy both younger gamers as well as more advanced [older] IMHO.
I suggest you give the demo a try; many reviews here are negative yet you may just be among those of us enjoying and appreciating this great little game. A nice variation of the theme.

Truly, the LAST game I needed was, so I thought, uyet another solitaire game in my ever expanding, vast collection of BF casual games.... I have purchased SO many variations of the theme that I almost didn't even DEMO it.... SO glad I did because, alas, it is a Solitaire game created by none other than one of the most earthly connected developers who knows how to design addictive, down to earth, wholesome, FUN and just, well... exceptional games in our galaxy, Grey Alien!
Ok, forgive me for the corny verbiage, yet I am a bit overboard with delight with this newest addition and highly recommend you give the DEMO a try.
I just purchased it and know I will get much mileage from it, just as I have from all of Grey Alien's other wonderful developments.
That said, I can't wait to see what this developer has next up his sleeve [do aliens have sleeves?]
Seriously, thank you SO much developers and BF for this great addition to fun and creative gaming; this one for the quieter times.
Happy gaming!
btw any errors are due to a script error which will not allow me to view what I am typing... sorry in advance if any occurred.

Adventure lovers, those seeking the unique, immersive, exciting, and just plain FUN, I urge you to at least check out this game via the Demo.
This developer is so talented and they managed to create an adrenaline boosting game without the typical and recent 'as-per-usual' additions of supernatural, gloom and doom. This game provides excitement without the headache inducing graphics, sound, vo and music.... all of those features are incredibly well done yet all with the theme of intrigue and mystery.
I have not been inspired to purchase many games as of late due to so many clones and look a-likes [whereas prior to this trend I owned almost every game BF offered] so I was SO particularly happy to FINALLY demo a game that I enjoyed from the beginning to end as well as one I'm eager to purchase!
So as you can tell already, I am very, very impressed with this Collector's Edition [CE] by Eipix; there is so much creativity and sheer talent that went into this game.... it definitively deserves more than the 5 stars I allowed to give it.
Please give it a whirl; [and to think I almost passed this one by]!.... BRAVO developers, thank you and thank you, BF.... PLEASE more like this!?!

Christmas Eve: Midnight's Call: Oh gads, If you cherish the true meaning behind the holiday for which it's named you'll want to stay away from this insultingly awful, nightmare of a game.
